110甲基乙烯基硅橡胶甲基乙烯基硅橡胶是以优质硅氧烷并引入乙烯基合成的高分子量聚硅氧烷化合物,添加补强剂(二氧化硅)和硫化剂后,在高温下可交联成弹性体。
该系列胶以分子端基不同可分为甲基封端和乙烯基封端两大类。
型号中带"S"的为乙烯基封端的甲基乙烯基聚硅氧烷。
110系列硅橡胶可用于制造模压胶、挤出胶、电绝缘胶、阻燃胶等各类混炼胶。

使用说明书
一、外观及主要成份:
本胶粘剂系双组份胶粘剂,A 组份由环氧树脂、增韧剂与填料等组成,外观呈咖啡色,B 组份由新型胺类固化剂、促进剂与偶联剂等组成,为金黄色粘稠液体。
二、应用范围:
该胶对金属、陶瓷、玻璃、玻璃钢及硬塑料等材料均有良好的粘接性和密封性,可取代铆接、焊接或机械装配。
广泛用于航空、军械、汽车、仪器仪表、机电产品、模具、量具、手工艺品及照明灯具的粘结和修复,并可作为石油化工、煤气管道、容器等快速修补用,还可用于浇铸。
三、特点:
1. 具有较高耐冲击性能。
2. 对金属、陶瓷等材料粘接性能优异。
3.可耐190℃高温,并可在水、油、弱酸、弱碱等介质中长期使用。
四、技术性能指标:
1.两组份的配比A :B=7:1,10分钟不流淌,15分钟定位,室温30分钟固化,24小时可达到最高强度。
五、使用方法及注意事项:
1
.表面处理:将被粘物用砂纸打磨去锈,再用丙酮清洗,使表面无油污、水份。
2.涂胶:先将A 组份搅拌均匀,再将A 、B 两组份按重量比7:1混合均匀,涂布于被粘物,表面刮平。
3.粘接后略施接触压力,挤出多余的胶,擦净。
4.A 、B 两组份用毕后将盖子旋紧贮存。
六、贮存
密封贮存于避光干燥处,室温下保质期为一年。
七、包装:
本胶按A 组份:B 组份=7:1配比包装,每套1公斤或5公斤两种包装。
