二、专业培养目标

本专业培养适应社会主义现代化建设和信息产业发展需要，德智体美全面发展，熟悉国家信息产业政策及国内外有关知识产权的法律法规；具有良好的科学文化素质、较强的自学能力、分析能力和创新能力，接受良好的科学思维和科学实验的训练；具备光电信息科学与工程技术领域内宽厚理论基础、实验与工程能力和专业知识，了解学科前沿和发展趋势；具有较好的人文社科知识、人文素质和自然科学基本理论知识，较强的交际和协调、组织能力；能在光电信息相关领域从事科学研究、产品设计、应用开发或技术管理工作的应用型高级专门人才。

三、学制与学分

学制四年，毕业生应修最低学分197学分，其中必修课106学分，限选课41学分，任选课10学分，集中实践环节32学分，课外科技与实践活动8学分。

九、集中实践环节内容及基本要求

本专业在四年中安排了软件设计、认识实习、电路仿真课程设计、电装实习、数字逻辑课程设计、专业课程设计、生产实习、科研训练、毕业设计等实践教学环节共计32周。这些实践环节对培养学生的实践和创新能力有着极为重要的作用。

1、软件设计

时间：第二学期，1.5周。

内容目的：使用理论课程中已学习的计算机高级语言知识，上机编写具有一定功能的应用软件，进一步熟悉并掌握该高级语言，同时掌握计算机软件设计的基本方法。

2、认识实习

时间：第二学期，0.5周。

内容目的：参观相关的实验室、研究室等，了解本专业的研究方向、内容及应用情况。

3、电装实习

时间：第三学期，两周。

内容目的：掌握简单的电路原理图和印刷版图的设计方法，完成收音机或电话机的焊接、装配与调试，着重于独立操作和动手能力的培养。

4、数字逻辑课程设计

时间：第四学期，两周。

内容目的：指导教师给出多个具有实际应用价值的设计题目，学生根据知识掌握情况和兴趣选择题目，给出功能设计方案，插接、调试电路，完成要求的任务，达到巩固和应用“电子技术基础”和“数字电路与逻辑设计”课程基本理论和方法，初步掌握模拟与数字电路系统设计基本方法的目的。

5、专业课程设计

时间：第五、六学期，四周。

内容目的：设计实现较复杂的光电信息处理与显示应用系统方案、原理与实现电路，巩固和应用“光电子学”、“光电显示技术原理”和“光电信息处理技术”等课程的基本理论和方法，熟悉常用的光电信息检测、显示器件及其测试方法，初步掌握光电信息处理与显示系统的设计与调试方法。

6、生产实习

时间：第七、八学期，四周。

内容目的：在学完大部分专业课程后参加与本专业相关内容的社会实践，加深对各种与光电子、光电信息处理、光电显示等技术相关的应用系统原理的理解，为今后走上工作岗位打下良好的基础。

7、科研训练

时间：第八学期，两周。

内容目的：了解科研工作的基本方法，掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法。

8、毕业设计

时间：第八学期，十四周。

内容目的：根据光电信息工程专业培养目标的要求，选择光电子、光电信息处理、光通信等方面的课题，使学生在理论分析、工程设计与制作应用等方面得到比较全面的训练。

十、课外科技与实践活动

学生必须参加课外科技和社会实践活动，以下各项累计必须取得8个以上的学分： 1、专业导论（必修2学分）

参加每学期的专业导论课程，逐步了解所学专业知识和专业发展方向，确定专

业选修课的内容，为自己将来的就业和深造做一个系统的规划，可获得2学分。

2、参加课外科技活动（必修3学分）

（1）发表科技论文，按照作者排序和刊物等级，可获得0.3～3个学分；

（2）参与科研项目和科研活动，可获得0.5～3个学分；

（3）参加各种学科竞赛和创新设计活动，根据参与程度可获得0.2～3学分。

（4）其他课外科技活动，如课件制作、开放性实验等，由指导教师申请，可获得0.3～3学分。

（5）参加四年级实践综合测试考核，可获得0.5～3学分

3、参加各类讲座、考级、职业资格认证

（1）参加各种培训、考级、职业资格认证等获得证书者，视证书与专业的相关性及等级可获得0.5～1个学分。

（2）听各种学术报告和讲座，每次可获得0.2分。

4、参加校园文化活动及社团活动（如体育比赛、演讲、辩论、演出、书法绘画等），

每次可获得0.2～2个学分。

以上第1、2项的学分，专业导论2学分和科技活动3学分是必修学分，不能用其它形式的活动替代。其中课外科技活动中的3学分可以是5种选项的任意一项或几项的总和。这5个必修学分必须由专业负责人和院系领导根据指导教师给出的成绩进行签字认定方能确认。其他学分的获得需由院系、教务处、学生处等部门按

照相关规定执行。
