3、乙方需安排专门人员组成项目工作组，人员如有调整，乙方须提前三天书面通知甲方。
4、乙方在履行本合同时可以使用甲方的名称、商标、域名、企业标识等，但使用时不能损害甲方的利益。
5、乙方对甲方提出的修正意见，应在甲方发布实施、制作执行等允许的时间内进行修改、调整，直至甲方签字认可方可定稿。
六、知识产权的约定
1、甲方承诺对于未支付费用的乙方的创意、设计作品，在未征得乙方书面同意的前提下，不得在任何环境或条件中使用，亦不得以任何方式直接或者改动、模仿使用，否则乙方有权向甲方追究违约责任或者侵权责任。

8、乙方在不影响广告效果的情况下有权在设计作品和载有该作品的媒体广告、印刷品上署名。
七、保密约定
1、甲乙双方应保守因履行合同而知悉的商业秘密，乙方对于为履行本合同所知悉的甲方的一切业务信息和资料以及乙方完成的工作成果等相关信息，乙方应严守机密。

四、甲方的权利和义务

2、未经甲方书面同意，乙方不得向与履行本合同无关的任何第三方披露此类信息资料。
3、乙方对甲方提供的素材和合作期间获悉的甲方商业秘密（包括但不仅限于中德置业及中德英伦联邦项目的所有策划、创意、营销策略和销售状况等）负有保密义务，并不得将甲方提供的素材和商业秘密提供或泄露给其它第三方，亦不得将其用于本合同项目服务以外的其它目的，否则，乙方须按照合同总金额的10%向甲方支付违约金，同时，乙方还应当赔偿甲方因此造成的全部损失。此外，甲方有权单方面解除本协议并不再支付后续款项。
