一，如何清洁和消毒吸奶器？请在首次使用和每次使用前清洁和消毒吸奶器消毒方法：将吸奶器的所有组件拆开，在洗碗机或者温肥皂水中清洗之后漂洗干净。
不要使用含有抗菌成分的清洁工具和清洁剂。
吸奶器可以放在新安怡蒸汽消毒机内消毒，也可以通过在开水中煮10分钟消毒。
如果使用新安怡蒸汽消毒机消毒，那么只要不将消毒机打开，吸奶器将在消毒机内保持至少3个小时的卫生状态。
PS：在新安怡的官方论坛上，对于吸奶器的清洁和消毒是这样说的（请大家对照来看）：吸乳器的清洁母乳中含有大量脂肪，在吸乳器使用过后在其配件中容易残留大量的油脂，这可能造成配件之间磨擦力增大，容易打滑以至于影响吸力，所以请使用能够溶解油脂的安全洗剂来清洗吸乳器所有配件，这样有助于下次的使用。
清洁后建议使用蒸汽的方式进行全面的消毒，这种消毒方式最为安全有效且更有利于保护配件。
消毒一般而言每天消毒1－2次即可，对于刚生产完毕的母亲来说，吸乳的频率相对很高（一般2－3小时进行一次）但建议无需每次使用后都进行消毒和清洗。
过度消毒和清洗易造成配件过早老化，缩减吸乳器的使用寿命。
建议每天彻底清洗一次乳渍及蒸汽消毒一次即可。
吸乳的间隙请注意使用吸乳器上配套的防尘配件：漏斗型罩口封罩及泵盖。
（！注意：如果吸乳是为了储存的目的，请务必消毒所有吸乳器配件，否则乳汁易变质不易储存）二，如何组装吸奶器1、洗净双手。
将白色阀门g（光面朝下）从下方卡入泵身f；注意：如果白色阀门掉了或者安装不正确，吸奶器将无法使用！2、将泵身f装在奶瓶上；3、按顺时针方向轻轻旋转泵身，使其与奶瓶口吻和，注意：不要旋得太紧！4、将硅胶隔膜d装在泵身f上，用手指向下按压隔膜，使其边缘完全和泵身吻合（组件未干的时候组装更易）；5、将把手e有叉的那头装在硅胶隔膜d下面，轻轻按压把手使其卡住；6、仔细地将按摩护垫b插入泵身f中，确保边缘完全吻合（组件未干时组装更易）；7、将泵盖c安在泵身f上，若要使吸奶器更牢固，将奶瓶插入底座i中。
