SafetyThe Contractor shall ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner, in compliance with all applicable safety regulations. The Contractor shall provide all necessary safety equipment and training for its employees.8. Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
