InsuranceThe Contractor shall maintain, during the term of this Contract, all necessary insurance policies including, but not limited to, general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and professional liability insurance. The insurance policies shall name the Client as an additional insured.7. SafetyThe Contractor shall ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner, in compliance with all applicable safety regulations. The Contractor shall provide all necessary safety equipment and training for its employees.8. Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within [number] days, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [name of arbitration association].9.
