医学免疫学1,医学免疫学:medical immunology,是一门研究人体免疫系统的结构与功能,免疫相关疾病的发病机制以及免疫学诊断与防治手段的生物科学。

2,补体:complement,指存在于人体血清、组织液、细胞膜表面的,经激活后具有酶活性的一组球蛋白,在抗体存在下,参与灭火病毒,杀灭和溶解细菌,促进吞噬细胞吞噬和消化病原体及介导炎性反应等。

抗原抗体复合物能激活补体系统,加强对病原体的杀伤作用。

补体活化的生物学功能:补体活化通过三条途径即经典途径、旁路途径、甘露糖结合凝集素途径激活后,通过末端通路在细胞膜上组装MAC,介导溶细胞效应。

补体系统在机体抗感染免疫防御、维护内环境的稳定、维系天然免疫和获得性免疫的桥梁等方面发挥重要作用。

①参与宿主早期抗感染免疫补体活化后通过溶解细胞、细菌、病毒发挥抗感染免疫作用:补体活化后可在靶细胞表面形成膜攻击复合物,介导靶细胞溶解,这种补体介导的细胞溶解是机体防御微生物感染的重要防御机制,此外补体活化过程中产生许多小分子物质,与细胞表面受体结合发挥多种生物学功能,如通过调理作用促进吞噬细胞对病原体的吞噬,介导炎性,趋化白细胞等;②维护内环境的稳定抑制IC的形成并促进其溶解促进IC清除③连接天然免疫与获得性免疫的桥梁3,固有免疫:innate immunity or natural immunity,指机体与生具有的抵抗体外病原体侵袭、清除体内抗原性异物的一系列防御能力。

固有免疫的作用由体内长期进化形成的固有免疫系统所执行,包括免疫屏障、细胞和分子。

免疫屏障包括皮肤黏膜屏障、淋巴循环中淋巴组织的滤过作用、血液循环脾滤过作用、局部屏障;吞噬细胞包括单核细胞、巨噬细胞、DC、NK、NKT;免疫分子包括补体、溶菌酶、抗菌肽了、细胞因子。

固有免疫应答特点是①非特异性防御体外所有病原体的侵袭;②病原体的反复入侵并不改变固有免疫的应答模式。

4,细胞因子:cytokine,是由机体多种细胞分泌的小分子蛋白质,通过与细胞表面的受体结合发挥生物学作用,具有介导和调节免疫、炎症和造血等功能。

《医学免疫学》名词解释1.免疫immunity:机体识别和排除抗原性异物的生理反应。

2.抗原Ag:能刺激机体的免疫系统发生免疫应答,并能与免疫应答产物发生特异性结合的物质。

3.表位(抗原决定簇)epitope:抗原分子中决定抗原特异性的特殊化学基团。

4.半抗原hapten:某些小分子物质只可与应答产物特异性结合,而不能刺激机体产生免疫应答。

即只具备免疫反应性,不具备免疫原性的物质。

5.异嗜性抗原heterophilic antigen:存在于人、动物、微生物等不同种属之间的共同抗原。
