HEALTH CLUB
REGULATIONS
1.Application for membership is accepted at the sole discretion of Health Club (“The
Management”). No reason shall be given in the event if the rejection of the application.
2.All members must submit two 1”photographs of themselves and valid ID card photocopy
when applying for membership. All members must submit their membership cards to the receptionist upon arrival.
3.All members except family members must be 16 years of age or above to be admitted to the
Health Club. Health club is only for the use of membership holders.
4.Children under 12 years are not allowed in Gym, Sauna, Steam bath, Jacuzzi or Swimming
Pool due to safety reasons, expect with prior arrangement from the Management or if accompanied by an adult.
5.Damaged cards will be replaced at no charge. Members must report lost or stolen cards
immediately. A new membership card will be issued and a replacement fee will be charged.
6.Health Club rights of an individual member are personal and not transferable.
7.Management will not be bound to accept subscriptions paid. In the event that the management
shall refuse to accept the subscription of any member, the management may on the expiration of his/her current subscription remove his/her name from the register of members. He/she thereupon ceases to be a member of the Health Club. No refunds of any kind shall be made.
8.Health Club are not liable for any injury, death or damage and losses to person or property
suffered by any guests in or around the Health Club premises, for any reasons (including the negligence of any of its employee s).
9.Please keep all valuables in the safety-box.
10.Card or chess playing is not allowed inside Health Club area.
11.The management reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close facilities for
maintenance, functions, or changes in provisions and to suspend services without giving any reason.
12.The management shall refuse to accept any membership resignation.
13.The management reserves the right to suspend, remove, amend, alter or add any
rules/regulations of the Health Club.
e of the Health Club signifies acceptance of the rules of the club, a full copy of which is
available from reception desk.
15.Family members are included 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years of age.
16.Quarterly and Semi-yearly card can’t be prolonged, will be invalid after the expiring date. But
yearly card could be for once at most one-month time by writing application.

满后,将从会员注册薄中除去他/她的会员名字,同时他/她的会员资格即可终止。
不作任何赔偿。
8、对任何原因(包括员工的疏忽)任何客人所造成的伤亡或个人财物的损坏或丢失,
健身俱乐部将不负责任。
9、请将个人贵重物品存入保险箱。
10、请勿在健身中心区域内进行其它影响他人的娱乐活动(如下棋、打牌等)。
11、因维修,活动及条款变更等情况,管理部有权短期或长期关闭设施,并不必告之任
何理由而暂停服务。
12、所有会员都不能享受退卡。
13、管理当局保留暂停,除掉,修改,变更或增加健身俱乐部任何规章制度的权利。
14、使用健身设备意味着承认俱乐部的规章,服务台备有详细资料。
15、家庭卡包括夫妻两人及两名16岁以下的儿童。
16、会员季卡及半年卡不得以任何理由延期,过期作废。
年卡可申请延期一次,时间为
一个月,经管理部批准后方可。
