推土机安全操作规程一、推土机的操作应遵守一般安全技术要求的有关规定。
二、绞盘式推土机钢丝绳的安全技术要求，应符合起重机械的一般安全技术要求。
三、推土机使用前的准备工作，应参照挖掘机使用前的准备工作办理。
四、推土机工作中，应注意以下安全事项：1、发动机起动后，严禁有人站在履带上或推土刀支架上。
2、推土机工作前，工作区内如有大块石块或其它障碍物，应予以清除。
3、推土机工作应平稳，吃土不可太深，推土刀起落不要太猛。
推土刀距地面距离一般以0.4米为宜，不要提得太高。
4、推土机通过桥梁、堤坝、涵洞时，应事先了解其承载能力，并以低速平稳通过。
5、推土机在坡道上行驶时，其上坡坡度不得超过25°，下坡坡度不得大于35°，横向坡度不得大于10°。
在陡坡上（25°以上）严禁横向行驶，纵向在陡坡上行驶，不得做急转弯动作。
上下坡应用低速挡行驶，并不许换档。
下坡时严禁脱挡滑行。
6、在上坡途中，若发动机突然熄火时，应立即将推土刀放到地面，踏下并锁住制动踏板，待推土机停稳后，再将主离合器脱开，把变速杆放到空档位置，用三角木块将履带或轮胎楔死，然后重新起动发动机。
7、推土机在25°以上坡度上进行推土时，应先进行填挖，待推土机能保持本身平衡后，方可开始工作。
8、填沟或驶近边坡时，禁止推土刀越出边坡的边缘，并换好倒车档后，方可提升推土刀，进行倒车。
9、在深沟、陡坡地区作业时，应有专人指挥。
10、土机在基坑或深沟内作业时，应有专人指挥。
基坑与深沟一般不得超过2米。
若超过上述深度时，应放出安全边坡。
同时，禁止用推土刀侧面推土。
11、推土机推树时，应注意高空杂物和树干的倒向。
12、推土机推围墙或屋顶时，用大型推土机墙高不得超过2.5米；用中、小型推土机墙高不得超过1.5米。
13、在电线杆附近推土时，应保持一定的土堆。
土堆大小可根据电杆结构、掩埋深度和土质情况，由施工人员确定。
土堆半径一般不应小于3米。

摘要本课题要求是设计一种简单，经济实用的小型推土机（推雪），主要用于果园、菜地，院子等小面积地面作业。
其关键问题就在于如何很好的实现推土（推雪）功能，尤其是传动系统、整体结构、工作装置的设计。
推土（推雪）功能的实现是设计工作的一个很大的难点。
推土机（推雪）工作时所产生的大量灰尘、噪音大和产品可靠性等方面也较难解决的问题。
推土（推雪）范围的大小不仅与推土机（推雪）的各部分的尺寸有关，并与它的总体设计结构形式有关。
工作部分机构小工作效率就会降低推土（推雪）范围也就变小，满足不了工作地点的要求，工作部分机构太大则设备就会太大从而增加机器负担。
使推土机（推雪）难以提供足够的动力。
因此合理的选择机构的大小及机构布置极为重要且比较困难。
因此本次设计还存在一些不足，欢迎指正。

小型推土机（推雪机）广泛适用于平原、山区、丘陵的旱地、果园等。
配上相应机具可进行推土、发电、抽水、耕地等作业，还可牵引拖挂车进行短途运输，小型推土机（推雪机）可以在田间自由行使，便于用户使用和存放，省去了大型农用机械无法进入庄家行距的烦恼，是广大农民消费者的最佳选择。
推土机在国民经济与国家建设事业中，占据重要的地位。
它广泛应用于铁道建筑工程、公路工程、机场建设、水利工程、房屋建筑、市政工程、港口建设、矿山工程、地下工程、军事工程等各种工程项目中，我国建国五十多年社会主义建设的实践充分说明，如果没有大量优质的推土机，是不可能高速高质完成国家的建设项目的。
至于人烟稀少，工作面狭窄，工作条件恶劣，高寒沙漠地带，工程质量要求严格的工程项目，没有优质的推土机是绝对不可能完成任务的。
推土机的覆盖面广，技术先进，直接关系国家的建设事业，有不少领域等待着人们去探讨与提高，是大有可为的。
因此我们从国家建设事业出发，选择了小型推土机的设计。
小型推土机是一种多用途的自行式土方工程建设机械机。
例如，不管在院子里还在田野里可以完成很多的作业，冬天时可以扫雪，可以省人力。
体积不大，也不太重，使用很方便。
2011年，该机在赛买提师父和伊力哈木老师的共同协作努力下，终于初步完成了结构大改造。
目前，该款推土机（推雪机）生产厂家大多采用凯马单缸柴油机4马力或6马力，扶手架可实现上下左右全方位旋转，锄作刀具也逐步多样化，全面化，能够满足各地各种耕作的要求。
1.1国内小型推土机（推雪机）发展概况1、起步阶段我国很早就开始了推土机（推雪机）的开发，但由于多种原因没有形成产品，直到20世纪80年代未和90年代中期，随着土地联产承包责任制的发展、农民收入的提高及我国小型柴油机和汽油机趋于成熟等，我国多功能农用推土机（推雪机）的发展开始起步。
这一时期，主要是仿照国外产品，但由于材料、热处理工艺和国外的差距，所以刚开始时齿轮箱和刀具部分存在的问题比较多，推土机（推雪机）工作不长时间，齿轮箱就发热严重、漏油或齿轮损坏，还有旋刀不入土、刀片易断裂等故障。
2、发展阶段20世纪90年代中期至2001年，随着我国农村种植结构的调整，工厂化设施农业的迅猛发展，经济类作物种植面积的增加及农民收入的继续提高，多功能推土机（推雪机）有了一个较大的发展。
这一阶段，除了许多农机厂和农机研究所外，一些发动机厂、拖拉机厂、机床厂、林业机械厂、汽车配件厂和摩托车厂等也都纷纷涉足推土机（推雪机）行业。
如安徽长江农业装备股份有限公司(安徽六安手扶拖拉机厂)生产长江系列田园管理机，山东常林集团(山东手扶拖拉机厂)生产沭河系列耕耘机，浙江四方集团公司(浙江省永康拖拉机厂)生产四方系列管理机，东风农机集团公司(常州拖拉机厂)、福建拖拉机厂、广西南宁手扶拖拉机厂等也开始生产推土机（推雪机），就连重庆的3大摩托车生产厂(嘉陵、隆鑫和宗盛)也都先后涉足推土机（推雪机）。
据估计，仅山东省2000年生产推土机（推雪机）的企业就超过了30家，到2001年底全国生产微耕机的厂家达100多家。
众多厂家依据自身的特点开发和生产不同类型的推土机（推雪机），有的还根据当地农作物的种植特点给推土机（推雪机）增加了一些新功能，比如开发了一些用于套种的配套机具等。
3、成熟阶段从2002年起的约5年内，我国的推土机（推雪机）应该处于成熟阶段。
机型和质量将基本稳定，生产厂家的数量也将趋于稳定。
目前国内厂家生产的推土机（推雪）产品从地域上可分为南方型和北方型。
南方机型结构形式以参照欧洲的机型为主，在推土板方面又吸取了日本产品的特点，初期以水田作业为主，逐步发展成水旱兼用。
代表机型为广西蓝天和重庆合盛等推土机（推雪机）产品。
北方机型以参照韩国和我国台湾的机型为主，代表机型有山东宁津通达机械厂生产的3WG-4型多功能推土机（推雪机）、山东华兴机械集团生产的TG系列多功能田园管理机、北京多力多公司生产的DWG系列推土机（推雪机）等。
从性能和功能上分也有两种类型：一类是功能少(动力小于 3.7kW、配套机具少)、操作不够方便(手把不能调节、无转向离合器、前进和后退挡位少等)的机型，称之为简易型推土机（推雪机），因其价格低(主机售价低于3000元/台)，销售量逐步增加；另一类机型功能较多(可配套机具多)，使用可靠性高，操作方便，称之为标准型推土机（推雪机）(主机售价为4000-7000元/台)。
售价低于3000元/台的推土机（推雪机）多配水冷柴油机，3.7kW以上的多配风冷柴油机或汽油机。
风冷发动机外型美观(机体为铝压铸)，拉绳(带恢复器)启动，但对燃油的品质和维护保养要求较高；水冷发动机外型稍大且显粗糙，摇把启动，但相对故障率低。
柴油机动力强、经济，汽油机排放少适于棚内作业。
4、发展趋势一、多功能化。
不断配套新机具，增加新功能，在完善农用功能的基础上，逐步向城市园林、园艺领域扩展，如配套剪草、清雪、枝叶粉碎机具等。
目前，山东华兴机械集团正与中国农业机械化科学研究院合作开发与其生产的主导机型TG4型配套的多种园艺机具。
二、选用适应性强的发动机。
低噪声、排放少、动力强劲和适应性强的发动机将更多地被应用。
三、操作更加简单。
操向手柄、前进和后退速度的调节更加方便。
四、更换工作部件快速化。
为了减轻操作者的劳动强度和节约更换偿同农机具的时间，推土机（推雪机）与配套机具的挂接采用快速挂接装置，拆换农具简单、快速。
