The PhD project has to be approved and coordinated jointly by professors of LMU and of the Chinese university. The project should therefore not be an individual project of the PhD student but a joint project of the PhD student, the Chinese supervising professor and the professor of LMU. This program has been especially designed to strengthen the scientific cooperation between LMU and Chinese universities of excellence. The duration of the scholarship cannot be extended when in Munich.Model Three: Stay as a post-doctoral fellow or visiting scholar at LMUThis program enables researchers who already obtained their PhD to do scientific work and research at LMU. The length of stay may vary from 3 to 12 months. The research project has to be approved and coordinated jointly by professors of LMU and of the Chinese university. 7月26日下午，代表团一行听取了慕尼黑大学外事办公室针对法学院代表团的专场报告，双方就互派学生、推动我院与慕尼黑大学法学院双博士项目进行了深入探讨。

德国博士申请作为一名知名学者，在此选取之一的领域为例，就德国博士申请问题进行探讨，谈一些自己的看法和经验。
德国是一个世界著名的高等教育强国，不少中国留学生也选择在德国攻读博士学位，但是申请德国博士并没有那么简单。
以下是一些我对申请德国博士的一些经验分享。
首先，选择合适的导师和课题是很重要的。
德国教授非常看重博士生自主思考、自主研究的能力。
因此，博士导师会非常注重候选人的背景和基础，以此判断其是否适合自己领域和课题组。
为了增加自己的竞争力，申请者可以提前了解自己想要研究的领域和导师，了解导师的科研方向和课题组的研究成果。
同时，了解德国博士导师的招收流程和标准也是必要的。
其次，德国申请博士需要申请人自己准备申请材料。
这些材料包括个人背景介绍、学术背景和经历、研究计划、学术成果等。
个人背景介绍包括个人基本情况、教育背景、实习、兼职以及其他经历等。
学术背景和经历则包括参与科研和论文发表等。
研究计划则是介绍自己想要研究的领域和问题，并说明自己的研究有什么创新性。

慕尼黑大学博士申请条件解析慕尼黑大学博士申请条件和其他的德国大学一样，慕尼黑大学实行的是宽进严出的形式，入学的要求不是非常苛刻，但是想要毕业，就必需要非常努力，才可以顺利拿到毕业证。
首先就是考试成绩，主要就是课程考试的平均分，需要在70-75分之间，而且不能挂科；然后就是德语的成绩，一般需要到达四级以上，即总分要有16分。
目前慕尼黑大学大局部专业都实行了本硕别离，本科四年，硕士两年；但是照旧还有一少局部的专业秉承Diploma学制，一共五年，本硕连读。
再详细讲的话，德国慕尼黑大学研究生申请者只要本科毕业即可，无211、普通大学的限制。
提供合格德福〔或托福成绩——如读的是英语授课的专业的话〕，本科平均分正常在70-80分即可。
德国的研究生申请跟本科一样，是向学校的提交申请的。
德国博士的申请是直接由导师决定的，不需要与学校联络。
语言要求，录取不录取均由学生所联络的导师说了算。
德国博士的申请要求学生在国内的大学正式注册，一般要求有一样的专业的学士或硕士学位。
要求申请者成绩优良，有较强的独立工作和科研才能。
要求学生自选课题，自己联络导师，一切都由导师决定。
慕尼黑大学课程介绍一、学位授予：教育学博士〔Ed.D.〕二、课程宗旨：该博士课程提供基于研究的综合课程，并向慕尼黑LMU语言与文学学院所有语言教育专业的博士候选人开放。

德国慕尼黑大学博士生项目
一、项目简介
根据国家留学基金管理委员会与德国慕尼黑大学合作协议（China Scholarship Council- Ludwig Maximilians Universität München Joint Program），国家留学基金管理委员会2009年拟选派具有较大发展潜力的优秀人才赴德国慕尼黑大学攻读博士学位，或作为联合培养博士生进行1至2年博士研究生的学习和研究。
国外合作机构介绍：
德国慕尼黑大学是欧洲顶尖的研究型大学之一，历史达500年之久。
在德国政府启动的旨在推动高水平大学研究的“精英计划”中，慕尼黑大学被认定为是优秀大学并被拨予大笔款项进行研究。
到2011年，慕尼黑大学将会另外获得1、8亿欧元以进行神经学、蛋白质研究及高能物理等方面的创新性和跨学科研究。
学校下设18个学院，拥有700名教授和3300名教师进行研究并提供内容丰富多样的课程教学。
历史上曾经有13位诺贝尔奖得主和17位莱布尼兹奖得主在慕尼黑大学完成其获奖研究，以见慕尼黑大学对于科学研究的格外关注。
二、选派计划
1．选派学科、专业领域
慕尼黑大学对我申请人开放全部专业。
优先支持能源、资源、环境、农业、制造、信息等关键领域及生命、空间、海洋、纳米、新材料等战略领域和人文及应用社会科学（详见国家留学网“国家留学基金优先资助学科、专业领域”）。
2．选派类别及留学期限
攻读博士学位研究生留学期限一般为36-48个月；
联合培养博士研究生留学期限为6-24个月。
3．选派规模：
攻读博士学位研究生：8人；
联合培养博士研究生：20人。
三、资助内容
被录取人员在德国留学期间免交学费；在德国留学期间的奖学金生活费和往返国际旅费由国家留学基金提供。
四、申请条件
1．关于申请人
申请人应符合《2010年国家留学基金资助出国留学人员选拔简章》规定的申请条件。
2．其他条件：
申请人必须达到慕尼黑大学博士学位课程在学术和英语水平方面的一般选拔标准，并获得慕尼黑大学的正式录取通知（录取通知须注明校方将免除留学人员在校期间的学费）。
五、申请办法
1．选拔办法
遵循“公正、公平、公开”的原则，采取“个人申请，单位推荐，专家评审、择优录取”的方式进行选拔。
凡符合申请条件的中国公民，均可按规定程序申请。
2．申请准备
2009年10月-2010年2月20日，申请人应按项目要求对外联系，准备申请材料（申请人在对外联系时须说明申请China Scholarship Council- Ludwig Maximilians Universität München Joint Program），提交对外申请材料并取得校方正式录取通知。

3．申请时间及方式
申请人经所在单位审核同意后，应于2010年2月20日至3月20日登录国家留学基金管理委员会网上报名系统，国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目参与院校申请人请在“申报项目名称”栏选择“国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目”，其他申请人请选择“国家公派专项研究生奖学金项目”；“可利用合作项目名称”栏请选择本项目名称，“计划留学院校”栏中填写慕尼黑大学德文官方全称（Ludwig Maximilians Universität München）并严格按照校方正式录取函上所注留学期限填写“留学期限”栏。
4．申请受理方式
“985工程”、“211工程”院校由所在学校受理申请。
其他人员由国家留学基金管理委员会委托有关国家留学基金申请受理机构（以下简称受理机构）受理申请。
学校及受理机构负责接受咨询、审核、受理申请材料，并于2010年3月20日前将申请材料统一提交国家留学基金管理委员会。
国家留学基金管理委员会不直接受理个人申请。
5．申请材料
①请按照《关于准备2010年国家留学基金资助出国留学申请材料的说明（学生类申请人用）》
准备书面申请材料;
②德国慕尼黑大学正式无条件录取通知书复印件（一式一份）；
③向德国慕尼黑大学提交的全部申请材料的复印件（一式一份）。
以上材料请按顺序整理并单独装订。
六、评审、录取办法
国家留学基金管理委员会将组织专家对申请材料进行评审后确定录取名单。
七、派出及管理
录取人员请自行对外联系入学报到等事宜。
被录取人员派出时间一般为当年9月，具体时间以校方录取通知为准。
留学人员派出前，须与留学基金委签订《资助出国留学协议书》并办理公证、交存保证金和《国际旅行健康证明书》，由教育部留学服务中心审核后再予办理签证、预订机票等派出手续。
派出后应遵守国家留学基金资助出国留学人员的有关规定及《资助出国留学协议书》的有关约定。
留学期间，留学人员应自觉接受驻外使（领）馆教育处（组）的管理，具体按照《国家公派出国留学研究生管理规定（试行）》执行。
