政治考试大纲
Ⅰ.考试说明
一、内容概述与总要求
1.考试内容包括：马克思主义哲学原理、中国特色社会主义理论体系概论，以及部分重大时事。
2.马克思主义哲学原理部分，主要考查学生掌握辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义基本原理、马克思主义哲学中国化理论成果的状况、树立马克思主义哲学思维的实际水平，以及运用马克思主义哲学原理分析和解决现实问题的能力。
重点是辩证法和历史观部分。
3.中国特色社会主义理论体系概论部分，主要考查学生对中国特色社会主义理论体系的形成发展、主要内容和精神实质的理解和掌握情况，对党的基本理论、基本路线、基本纲领、基本经验、基本要求的认识情况，以及运用有关理论分析和解决实际问题的能力。
4.时事部分，主要考查学生对国内外重大事件的了解情况和分析辨别能力。
5.对各知识点的评价要求，区分为了解、理解和掌握三个层次。
了解：要求考生知道有关内容并准确再现;
理解：要求考生理解有关知识并加以解释;
掌握：要求考生理解和掌握有关知识并能运用它分析问题、解决问题。
二、考试形式与试卷结构
1.考试主要考查考生对基本知识的掌握情况和分析问题、解决问题的能力。
知识性试题(含时事)占40%，能力性试题占60%。
2.考试采取闭卷形式，时间60分钟，满分100分。
考试题型包括单项选择题(30分)、多项选择题(10分)、论述题(18分)和材料分析题(42分)。

第一节哲学和哲学基本问题
一、哲学是世界观和方法论的统一
1.哲学(理解)
哲学是理论化、系统化的世界观。
是关于自然、社会、思维最一般规律的学问。
是从整体上把握世界、人与世界的关系的学问。
世界观是人们对整个世界的总体看法和根本观点。
世界观并不就是哲学。
2.哲学与方法论(掌握)
把世界观运用于分析问题和解决问题，就是方法论。
方法论是人们认识和改造世界所遵循的根本方法的学说和理论体系。
哲学既描述和解释世界，又指导人们的认识和实践。
所以说哲学又是方
法论。
有什么样的世界观就有什么样的方法论。
哲学是系统化的世界观和方法论的统一。
3.哲学的研究对象(了解)
哲学的研究对象是世界的本质、普遍规律以及人与世界的关系。
4.哲学是文明的活的灵魂。
哲学表现为一种民族精神的传统，一种内在凝聚力，一种人生境界，同时又是文化的一种形态。
作为一种文化，哲学有精华与糟粕之分。
对待哲学传统既不能采取虚无主义，也不能采取复古主义。

二、哲学基本问题
1.思维和存在的关系问题是哲学基本问题(了解)
哲学基本问题是思维和存在的关系问题。
恩格斯指出：“全部哲学，特别是近代哲学的重大的基本问题，是思维和存在的关系问题。
”
2.哲学基本问题的内容(理解)
包括两个方面的内容：第一，思维和存在何者为第一性的问题，即意识和物质究竟谁是世界的本原?第二，思维和存在是否具有同一性的问题，即思维能否认识或正确认识存在的问题。
前者属于本体论问题，后者属于认识论范畴。
3.哲学基本问题的意义(了解)
理论意义：为研究哲学发展的历史和现实提供了一条基本的指导线索，为划分哲学中的基本派别确定了科学标准。
实践意义：世界上的物质现象和精神现象、人的一切活动都包含认识世界、改造世界这两个基本方面，其实质都是在认识和处理思维和存在的关系问题。
三、哲学派别
1.唯物主义和唯心主义(了解)
根据对思维和存在何为第一性问题的不同回答，哲学可划分为唯物主义和唯心主义两个对立的基本派别。
凡是认为存在(物质)第一性、思维(精神)第二性的哲学观点就是唯物主义;凡是主张思维(精神)第一性、存在(物质)第二性的哲学观点就是唯心主义。
唯物主义和唯心主义是两种根本对立的哲学派别。
(1)唯物主义
唯物主义有三种历史形态：古代朴素唯物主义(如古希腊、古罗马的唯物主义，以及中国古代唯物主义);近代形而上学唯物主义或机械唯物主义(如16、17世纪英国唯物主义，18世纪法国唯物主义和18世纪德国费尔巴哈的唯物主义);现代科学形态的唯物主义，即马克思和恩格斯创立的辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义。
旧唯物主义的成就：旧唯物主义是在和唯心主义的斗争中发展起来的，它以科学反对迷信，在反对以宗教神学为精神支柱的封建统治的斗争中发挥了重要作用，成为资产阶级政治革命的先导，起到了促进历史前进的作用。
旧唯物主义的两大根本缺陷：一是没有把唯物主义世界观贯彻到底，在历史观上仍然是唯心主义的，具体表现为英雄史观和天命史观;二是不懂得辩证法，长期为形而上学所束缚，把世界看成是凝固不变的，否认世界是由内在矛盾引起的自己运动、变化、发展的过程。
辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义克服了旧唯物主义的局限性，是科学的、完备的唯物主义。
(2)唯心主义
唯心主义分为主观唯心主义和客观唯心主义。
主观唯心主义认为，个人的主观精神是世界的本原，即世界是个人感觉、意识、思想、意志的产物。
客观唯心主义认为，某种客观的精神先于物质世界而存在，物质世界是这种客观精神的产物、外化或表现。
2.辩证法与形而上学(掌握)
辩证法和形而上学是围绕着如何理解世界的存在状态，以及用什么样的思维方法来把握世界形成的。
它们不独立自存，始终与唯物主义和唯心主义两大
派别相互结合。
辩证法认为世界是联系、变化和发展的，事物发展的动力是事物的内部矛盾;形而上学则以孤立、静止和僵死的观点看问题，否认事物内部矛盾的存在和作用。
四、哲学的党性问题(了解)
哲学是有党性的。
哲学的党性指哲学上唯物主义和唯心主义的对立和斗争。
形形色色的哲学派别就其本质而言，分别归属于唯物主义或唯心主义两个阵营、两个派别。
这就是哲学的派性或党性。
在阶级社会中，哲学都是为一定阶级的利益服务的。
无产阶级坚持哲学的党性原则，就是要自觉站在唯物主义和辩证法的立场上，坚持实事求是的思想路线，反对各种形式的唯心主义和形而上学。
