问其原因多数教师又会说“我们的学生基础太差，我们的课业任务难以完成等等。
”总的说来，课堂导入简单枯燥，没有发挥其应有的引导学生做好学习新知识的心理准备、认知准备，并让学生明确教学内容、学习目的、学习方式以及产生学习期待、参与需要的作用，根本发挥不了任何实效性。
怎样发挥课堂导入环节的实效性，提高学生的学习兴趣和学习质量呢？我们课题组全体成员经过了认真的讨论，认为：要充分利用学生的好奇心理，并根据新的将要学习的语言材料的特点来进行导入。

4.经验总结法：收集活动中的资料进行整理，并对研究过程中取得的经验和体会及时进行总结归纳，形成研究方法。
五、课题研究的实施步骤计划及具体时间安排：
1. 第一阶段：2013年3月
准备阶段：撰写计划，收集相关资料，学习新的课堂教学改革理论和有关于高中英语导课的先进的教学课例和经验总结。
我们注重从相关的著作以及网络资源中吸取精华，充实自我。
每天保证阅读30-60分钟。
如：阅读张文质老师的《生命化教育的责任与梦想》、《英语教学精彩片段和课例赏析》，《高中英语新课程解读》等著作或文章。
2. 第二阶段：2013年4月——2013年7月
实验阶段：结合课堂教学进行导课实效性研究，建立资料档案，进行研究。
确定研究方法，总结课题的成功与不足之处，进一步探索改进提高生命化教育理念融入英语课堂导入环节的策略。
交流心得体会，提出新问题。
目前我们了解的导入方法主要有：“实物导入”、“歌曲导入”、“游戏导入”、“看图提示”、“故事导入”、“生活化导入”、“情境表演导入”、“影视作品导入”、“网络资源素材导入”、“视频导入”、“背景导入”、“想象导入”、“竞赛导入”等多种形式，来分别运用到不同的课程内容当中去。
另外，我们本阶段的重点还是还针对本班学生的基础情况，在课堂导入提问时分层次设置，对程度不同的学生设置难易不同的问题。
在此期间，我们课题组成员还要坚持自2011年3月以来从未间断过的每星期写一篇不少于300字的工作实录，记录了我们外出听课，学习，对名师、好课的借鉴与收获的体会，记载我们的具体做法，学生们在课堂上的反应，对于课堂上的突发事件，我们的应对方式，反思，疑问，彼此相互指出大家的不足之处，和我们研讨时的点滴心灵的感悟。
另外，我们每位课题组成员还准备了一个专门的笔记本，每个月每位老师写一篇不少于1000字的科研学习心得和感悟，及时总结和反思我们的科研活动中的不足之处，同时也记录了我们的好的做法，总结成经验，便于交流。
这两个笔记本，我们全体课题组成员已经坚持记录了整整两个年头了，它们记录了我们这一路走来，从开始对课题研究的困惑迷茫，到一知半解，再到逐渐有了头绪，到刻苦钻研，到能够应用到实践当中，就像由一个刚刚会爬的小婴儿逐渐长成了一个健康，步履稳健的儿童，我们相信，有它们的陪伴，经过长时间的积累，蓄积力量，我们在未的科研道路上来一定会长成健步如飞的壮年，随心所欲的在生命化教育的这片田野上奔跑。
此外，在我们的英即将建立关于课题的栏目，及时发布进展信息和学习研究体会.接下来我们要做的还有完成个案的分析。
包括对学生和对某一节课的导课环节的反思。
完成阶段反思，对学生进行分析，总结效果。
3. 第三阶段：2013年9月——11月
总结阶段：总结研究成果，归纳成功与失败的经验，形成论文，课例，案例反思，教育故事等。
预期研究成果：
1. 通过对课堂导入环节的精心设计，逐步树立起学生的学习信心，是他们坚信“好的开始是成功的一半。
”
2. 撰写研究报告。
3. 优秀课例展示。
总之，我们的最终目的，不只是要是完成科研课题，而是要使学生真正从细微之处体会到学习英语的乐趣，在愉悦中学习，在学习中成长。
其实我们生命化课堂的终极目标就是要找到适合学生的教育。
