Work characteristicsPeople always the beautiful aspect of the fire ,but they never knew that fire was a terrible thing . It bring us happinessbut it also could give us disaster. In the novel,Rochester’mad wife set s fire and lost her life .Rochester also lost his property and eyesight in order to save her wife’life. That is to say .this fire destroyed life ,fortune and health. In all, we an see that fire had two opposite aspects. On the one hand ,it made the world warm ,harmonious, wonderful. But on the other hand , it can destroy life ,fortune and health. In addition, Jane’s personality fire, she was kind hearted and sentimental and she also had character. Thus , it was this kind of “fire〞 that made her independent nd happy again. It was easy to see that throughout the story. Jane Eyre behaved strong-minded enough to her love and brave enough to seek her own independence. These are all the reflections of fire in her deep heart. Though lived in a cruel society and suffered from abuse, she never gave up, because the fire was always on in her heart which prevented her from giving into the convention. At last,to be frank, Jane’s ideal life is the reflection of the Charlotte Bronte’s thoughts. Maybe we can say that Charlotte uses this great novels to express her feelings on the contemporary society.V. Journal entryAfter reading the novel, the image in the story may catch our attention. For instance, the fire image appeared in the story for dozens of times in differentchapters. But no matter where it was put, it had symbolic meanings in some chapters, It was the symbol of warmth and happiness ,while in other place it was the symbol of humanity and friendship, sometimes it even represented destrutive power. In the story, the fire image impressed us a lot while reading it,we could say fire is a symbol of human civilization and forcus of the social and family life. Thus, fire plays animportant role in the frame of the novel. At the ,fire was the symbol of warmth and happy family life . Jane Eyre who was a strongwilled woman, tried her best to fight for her own happiness and love as well as freedom, for example “Now,let me leaveyou an instant to make a good fire?〞 , in this sentance we can see that rochester saw the magic power of “fire〞 in love ang this becamea critical element to promote their .Thus, life was impartable from the fire, once the fire died out, thewould be disappearing.Fire existed everywhere in this great novel ,when Jane and Helen were invited to dinner by Mr.Temple, the fire also plyed an important role as Janeeager to win the friendship of the others and it could make her felt warm and comfortable.Trough reading the novel ,it was easy to know that the love between Jane and Rochester was not smooth because true love should stand the test of fire .Facing Rochester’s prpose,Jane on the top of the sky and it seemed that her spirit was lifted. But this feeling just last a short period of time as the news that Rochester had got a wife almost drove Jane mad.The fire of love was set up but put out .But the fire set up again years later as the love between them had never fade away.篇二:简爱英文读后感简爱英文读后感who is jane eyre? 简爱读书笔记英文版

简爱读书笔记英文版Jane Eyre, a novel by Charlotte Bronte, published in 1847, is considered one of the classics of English literature. The novel tells the story of the titular character, Jane Eyre, from her childhood in poverty and abuse to her adult life as an independent andstrong-willed woman. As I read this book, I was struck by its themes of love, morality, and personal growth, and I have created this reading journal to document my thoughts on this timeless novel.Chapter 1: As I read the first chapter of Jane Eyre, I was immediately drawn into the story of a young girl who seems to be alone in the world. Jane's isolation and rejection by her peers struck me as a universal experience that many people can relate to. Her inner strength and intelligence are apparent from the first few pages, and I found myself rooting for her to overcome her circumstances.Chapter 10: In this chapter, I was struck by the recurring theme of morality in the novel. Jane is faced with a difficult decision when she discovers that her employer, Mr. Rochester, intends to marry a woman who is already married. She faces a moral dilemma: should she reveal the truth and risk losing her job, or keep quiet and compromise her integrity? Ultimately, shechooses to follow her conscience, even though the consequences are uncertain.Chapter 23: As I read about the development of Jane's relationship with Mr. Rochester, I was struck by the complexity of their connection. It is not simply a love story, but one that involves equality, trust, and mutual respect. Jane becomes Mr. Rochester's equal and his intellectual match, and I found their relationship to be one of the most interesting aspects of the book.Chapter 28: In this chapter, Jane comes face-to-face with the consequences of her earlier decision to follow her conscience. She is accused of a crime she did not commit and is forced to flee. I was struck by the unfairness of Jane's situation and the vulnerability of her position as a young woman in Victorian society. This chapter highlights the resilience of Jane's character and her determination to find her place in the world.Chapter 38: As I read about Jane's reunion with Mr. Rochester, I was struck by the themes of redemption and forgiveness. Mr. Rochester's tragic circumstances have changed him, and he is now less arrogant and more humble. He is redeemed in Jane's eyes through his acceptance of his past mistakes and his willingness to change. Their happy ending feels all the more satisfying because of the personal growth that both characters have experienced.Overall, Jane Eyre is a novel that explores the complex themes of morality, love, and personal growth. Its titularcharacter is a strong role model for young women, and her struggles and triumphs continue to resonate with readers today. As I read this book and reflected on its themes, I found myself inspired by Jane's strength and determination, and I am grateful for the opportunity to experience such a classic piece of literature.。

In the novel, she joined the own life background, succeeded in shaping the Jane eyre this have ideal, have ambition, have individual character of woman, you love.Jane eyre parents early death in my uncle, my uncle died, after her aunt sends her to an orphanage, came to thorne field, when the hero home tutor, Mr Roach department Mr Roach eccentric, after several contact, Jane eyre fell in love with him. When back to thorne stole the castle is in ruins. Jane eyre to Finn, Mr Roach, live to the roach Mr Forrest's arms...After reading this book, appearance is ordinary to my heart as if added a confidence, because it is I understand the connotation of the rich more than the beauty of appearance.Ibelieve that the writing can bring women a lot of enlightenment, also, it can also become our younger generationon the life philosophy of revelation. It is not only the face of love, people should show the dignity, more let a person produce such a belief, that is in the life, autonomy, self-reliance, self-esteem makes people believe that their own ability, frequency more courage to strive for success and dignity.《简·爱》英文读书笔记3"Jane Eyre" is a novel with a rotation of the color, it told people the true meaning of life."Jane Eyre" Bronte, author of gentle, pure, like the pursuit of some good things, despite the poverty of her family, from the loss of maternal love, combined with her short stature, appearance is not outstanding, but perhaps such a soul deep inferiority complex, reflected in her character is a very self-esteem. Her of Jane Eyre is a beautiful, little woman, but she has an extremely strong sense of self.Jane Eyre in a survival environment, from an early age with their peers under the same treatment as people do not, aunt of the , cousin of contempt, insult and tortured cousin ...... perhaps it is because of all this, for Back to the Jane Eyre indomitable confidence and strong , a personality to overcome the inherent strength. she has steadfastly pursued a bright, holy, better life.In before, she never because he is an inferior status of the family teachers feel inferior, but think they are equal. It is because of her integrity, high moral character, pure, spiritual not secular society of pollution, making Rochester was shocked, and she can be seen as an equal in spirit and their own people to talk to, and deeply in love with her .And when they get married that day, Jane Eyre know Rochester has a wife, she must feel that they want to leave, although she said, "I want God to comply with the law issued bythe world , I would like to stick to living a sober and sometimes I was not as so crazy now when accepted . " But speaking from the heart, deeper love Jane realize that they are being cheated, she's self-esteem has been teased because she loved Rochester. However, Jane Eyre has made a very rational decision. In such a strength of love under siege, in the prosperous life under the , she still has to adhere to their own dignity as an individual, this is the spirit of Jane Eyre the most charming place.Novel design of a very bright at the end - although Rochester's manor destroyed, he himself became a disability, but it is such a condition, so that Jane Eyre is no longer in the dignity and the conflict between love and at the same time access to their own dignity and love.In today's society, people are mad for money and status of submerged love. In between poor and rich choice of the rich, and in love with does not love does not love to choose between. Few people will be like this for the love of Jane Eyre to abandon all for the character, and without looking back. "Jane Eyre" by the show to us is a kind of getting back to basics, is a fully paid by the pursuit of love, there are as a human being should have dignity. 简爱读后感英文1As Jane Eyre, in her plainness and solitude, walks to and fro in the Thornfield Hall, her unfortunate childhood, conflicting love, and religious forbiddance all cannot stop her seeking a better life and cherishing the human nature. She broke loose the chains that jailed her spirit, and through her struggles she overcame the poverty, customs, social standards, and piety which all blocked her from her dream of happiness, and finally became the master of herself! It could be said that Jane's life was earned through retaliation and pursuit, that she fought tooth and nail until the sunlight was won. The sunlight now in her palm, shines brightly unto her!In fact, one has endless thoughts for the most effulgent sunbeam that shines after the storm. I always think in a difficult situation, if and when the hardships of this life is done, if and when the road of time no longer curves, if and when I try my best to walk to the end, will I be able to see the blinding sunlight? For the most important meaning in life is that, struggling through your trials you realize the value of your life, while taking away all the bitter misfortunes. Only then will we see the true radiance of the golden sun...简爱读后感英文2Jane Eyre was published in 1847 under the androgynous pseudonym of “Currer Bell.” The publication was followed b y widespread success. Utilizing two literary traditions, the Bildungsroman and the Gothic novel, Jane Eyre is a powerful narrative with profound themes concerning genders, family, passion, and identity. It is unambiguously one of the most celebrated novels in British literature.Born in 1816, Charlotte Bronte was the third daughter of Patrick Bronte,an ambitious and intelligent clergyman. According to Newsman, all the Bronte children were unusually precocious and almost ferociously intelligent, and their informal and unorthodox educations under their father's tutelage nurtured these traits. Patrick Bronte shared his interests in literature with his children, toward whom he behaved as though they were his intellectual equals. The Bronte children read voraciously. Charlotte's imagination was especially fired by the poetry of Byron, whose brooding heroes served as the prototypes for characters in the Bronte's juvenile writings as well as for such figures as Mr. Rochester in Jane Eyre 。

简爱读书笔记英文版简爱读书笔记英文版After reading Jane Eyre, I think Jane Eyre is a great woman. Through a serious of troublesome situations between Jane Eyre and Mr. Rochester, the author set up a great female image before readers: insisting on maintaining an independent personality, pursuing individual freedom, advocating equality of life and being confident before hard conditions. Her early life at Gateshead was terrible, everyone seems harsh on her. She survives her parents at an early age, and has to live with her ugly aunt and three cousins. She suffers large quantities of bad conditions that others may not experience. However, she does not give up in despair, she does not destroy herself mentally, instead, Jane Eyre is filled with unlimited confidence, and she is a strong spirit, a victory over the inner personality. She is then forced to send to Lowood Institution, unfortunately, life there turns out to be terrible, too. She is still under physical and spiritual punishment.Mr Brocklehurst insults her to be a liar before all pupils and teachers. But there she meets one sincere friend Helen Burns and one sincere teacher Miss Temple. They always treat her well. She then behaves very well and get many people’s recognition. Six years later, she makes a teacher there. After two years teaching life at Lowood Institution, she plans to leave there to pursuit her own life and happiness. She was in a position of governess through a letter from Thornfield. Her life was totally changed after that. There she met a lovely girl, Adele and her master, Mr. Rochester. She has a special feeling about them. With the development of the plots, Jane Eyre succeed a large sum of money from his uncle, and through all bitter things which was caused by Rochester’s wife in Thornfield, Jane Eyre and finally get married and lead an ideal life.I think Jane Eyre is an autobiography of Charlotte Bronte. Although the story is made up, the heroine and people's life and the environment in the story were taken from the details of real people around and experience. Charlotte Bronte described a young girl’s struggling life to express her inner thought: everyone is equal regardless of his or her gender. The uniqueness of Jane Eyre is not only lies in its truth and the strong artistic appeal, but also lies in the particular female image. The love story of Rochester and Jane Eyre vividly shows the fire of passion and sincere heart strongly reveals their notions of love. She looks down upon the upper class who only use their power to do what they intend to do and laughs at their stupid to show her independent character and beauty dream. In the actual fact, she wasn’t pretty, even herself knows that, and of course, the ordinary appearance make others have bad opinion on her, even her own aunt dislike her. And some others even thought that she was easy to look down upon and tease, but she was totally much more than “the plain and ugly tutor”. And as a little governess she said to her master: “Do you think my poor, obscure, plain, and little has led me to be a soulless and heartless person? You have done a wrong thing!”Underneath these lines sees the equality of human in Jane Eyre’s mind. She has affection towardsher master, Mr. Rochester, but when she finds that he has already had a wife, she leaves him and her love place without consideration. Although God did not grant her a beauty and wealth person, instead, God gave her a kind mind and a thoughtful brain. Her idea of equality and self-respect impressed us extremely much and make us feel the power inside her small body.In my mind, a person’s beauty on the face can only make others feel that he or she is attractive or charming, if his or her mind isn’t the same noble as the appearance, beauty of this kind cannot last for a long time, because other people will one day find that the beauty which had charmed them was only a superficial one, it’s not sincere, they will not like the person any more. For a long time, only a person’s great virtue, a noble soul, a beautiful heart can be called as an everlasting beauty, just as Albert Einstein said: “A person must be held accountable for their biological survival or all of the meaning or purpose, from an objective point of view, I think it is ridiculous. Everyone can have a certain ideal, which determines the ideal and his efforts to determine the direction. Inthis sense, I never easy and the enjoyment of life as an end in itself, the ethical basis of this, I call it the ideal pigsty. I lit up the road, and continue to give me new courage to face up to the pleasure of the ideal life is good and the beautiful and true. If it were not for like-minded between the warm feelings, but focus on the objective world, the arts and sciences in the field of work will never reach the target, and then it seems to me that life would be empty. There are efforts to pursue the goal of the vulgar - property, vanity, luxury living, I think it is despicable.”Now I get a better understanding of what real beauty is, as we are all human-beings, so we should distinguish whether a man is noble or vulgar.Jane Eyre’s story makes me thinking about our future life and I learn much from her experiences, I know everyone will have a better tomorrow if one holds his beliefs, regardless of one’s status and the situation he is in.。
