常听教师说课，不管是常规的教研活动说课，还是面试、竞赛说课，都不同程度地存在着诸如面面俱到，套话连空话，目中无人，逻辑混乱，游离教材、目标，面无表情读（背）稿子等问题，想解决好这些问题，要做到“六个切忌”。

一、切忌面面俱到面面俱到表现有二：一是，不管要求，不管内容，不管目标，把教材分析、教学目标、学情分析、教法选择、学法指导、教学程序、练习布置、板书设计等八项内容一一铺陈；二是，板块单项内容也面面俱到，如说教材，把教材功用、识字写字、理解积累词语、遣词造句、文本内容、表达形式到思想情感一并说来。

这种面面俱到从表达上说罗嗦繁琐，让人生厌；从内容上说，眉毛胡子，没有重点，说课者自己也不知道所说何为，听众更弄不清楚了，说课的意义也就大打折扣了；从形式上说，呆板机械，说课成了公式化的套路。

所以说课切忌面面俱到。

怎样避免面面俱到呢一是根据说课时间要求对板块内容进行取舍和整合。

说课时间要求在20分钟以上的，可以把上述八项内容逐一作个交代，但要有重点，不能平均用力，确定重点的依据就是依据课标学段要求，教材教学价值制定的教学目标。

说课时间要求只有10分钟或15分钟，那就可以把八项内容整合起来，如把学情分析、教法选择、学法指导、练习反馈内容整合在教学程序板块中。

比如说，只给10分钟时间的《雪地里的小画家》说课，可把上述内容整合在教学程序中阐述：根据一年级学生喜欢小动物和以具体形象思维为主认识事物的特点（学情分析），课前制作好小鸡、小狗、小鸭、小马、竹叶、梅花、枫叶、月牙图片，教学时把句子和图片一一对应……理解意思，指导朗读……（教法选择），把抽象的语言还原于看得见摸得着的直观形象（理念），出示课前制作好的小鹅……卡片，让小朋友观察鹅的脚掌，想象像什么（像扇子……），然后根据“小鸡画竹叶”的句式说话——小鹅画扇子（练习设计）……在这个过程中相机把图卡贴在黑板上……形成系统的板书（板书设计）。
