PDP(Professional Dyna-Metric Programs,行为特质动态衡量系统),由 美国加州大学行为科学研究所和南加州大学统计学教授团队于1978年研究建 立。

Personality traits are enduring patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior that distinguish one individual from another. They are relatively stable across situations and over time, and they influence how we interact with the world around us.There are many different ways to describe personality traits, but one common approach is to use the Five-Factor Model (FFM). The FFM identifies five broad personality traits:Openness to experience: This trait refers to aperson's willingness to try new things and embrace new ideas. Open people are often creative, imaginative, and curious.Conscientiousness: This trait refers to a person'slevel of organization, self-discipline, and goal-directedness. Extrovertedpeople are often talkative, outgoing, and energetic.Agreeableness: This trait refers to a person's levelof kindness, cooperation, and empathy. Agreeable people are often helpful, friendly, and compassionate.Neuroticism: This trait refers to a person's level of emotional stability and resilience. Neurotic people areoften anxious, moody, and irritable. These five traits can be combined in different ways to create a unique personality profile for each individual. For example, a person who is high in openness and extraversion might be described as adventurous and outgoing, while a person who is low in conscientiousness and agreeableness might be described as disorganized andselfish.Personality traits are influenced by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Genetics play a role in shaping our basic temperament, but our environment also plays a significant role in shaping our personality. Theway we are raised, our experiences, and our culture all contribute to the development of our personality traits.Personality traits can have a significant impact on our lives. They can influence our career choices, our relationships, and our overall happiness. For example, people who are high in conscientiousness tend to be successful in their careers, while people who are high in extraversion tend to have more friends and socialactivities. There are many different ways to change personality traits. With effort, it is possible to become more open, conscientious, extraverted, agreeable, or neurotic. However, it is important to remember that personality traits are relatively stable across situations and over time. It isnot likely that you will be able to completely change your personality, but you can make gradual changes that can have a positive impact on your life.
