我接触过两个版本的性格色彩，一个是乐嘉老师的FPA，一个是True Colors， 在这里给大家介绍的是True Colors。关于True Colors。
20世纪60年代，美国心理学家大卫· 凯西博士（David Keirsey）根据他多年 临床心理学研究的观察总结，通过人类与动物区别最大的两个维度-语言（具 体/抽象）和工具（合作/实用）在使用上的差别，将人格气质划分成四个维度： 技艺者、护卫者、理想主义者、理性者，并于1967年出版了Please understand me（《请理解我》）一书，详细阐述了自己的这一理论，创立 了性格类型学的另一个体系。

PDP简析
PDP（Professional Dyna-Metric Programs，行为特质动态衡量系统），由 美国加州大学行为科学研究所和南加州大学统计学教授团队于1978年研究建 立。 PDP将人群分为五种类型，包括支配型、外向型、耐心型、精确型、整合型。 为了将这五种类型的特质形象化，根据其各自的特点，这五类人群又分别被称 为“老虎”“孔雀”“考拉”“猫头鹰”“变色龙”。五种类型的性格特征如 下图所示。

大五类因素包括：严谨性、外向性、开放性、宜人性与神经质人格特质。
一般记忆为OCEAN- 海洋或NEOAC- 独木舟）。
O 代表Openness to experience （开放性）,C 代表Conscientiousness （严谨性），E 代表Extraversion （外向性），A 代表Agreeableness （宜人性），N 代表Neuroticism （神经质）。
