广东海洋大学信息学院电子信息工程专业十一五专业建设规划王震宇制定专业发展规划是加强专业建设的依据，是提高人才培养质量的重要环节。
加强专业建设、创建专业特色是一个专业可持续发展的基础。
依据教育部和省教育厅关于加强高等学校专业设置与结构调整工作的指导意见和要求，结合我院电子信息工程专业实际，特制定电子信息工程专业十一五专业建设规划。
1．电子信息工程专业建设的指导思想高等教育在教育理念与教育观念、教学内容与课程体系、教学方法与教学手段等方面有一系列改革精神。
要按照夯实基础、拓宽专业面、注重素质教育和能力培养、增强毕业生适应性，以改革和创新精神来构建面向新世纪的人才培养计划；要服从“三个面向”和新世纪的高等教育目标（学会认知、学会做事、学会共同生活、学会做人）、结合电子行业和信息产业的地位和发展趋势对人才的要求来确定电子信息工程专业的培养目标及模式，建设任务和要求。
紧跟学校和学院“十五”规划与发展的指导思想，加强学生的德育教育和创新思维的培养，促进学生全面成才，培养基础扎实、适应能力强的电子信息类人才。
2．电子信息工程专业建设的主要任务2.1 培养目标及模式电子信息工程专业是一个电子和信息工程方面的宽口径专业。
电子信息行业在国民经济中占有十分重要的地位，是发展快速的行业。
电子信息技术已经渗透到人们生产和生活的各个领域。
该技术的发展趋势是进一步以计算机和微电子器件为依托，从模拟向数字全面过渡。
信息的产生与处理、发送与传输、接收与处理、终端的显示与执行等全面进入数字化。
由此诞生了各种新器件、新技术、新工艺、新材料与新方法。
电子信息行业处于技术最前沿，该行业对人才的需求无疑从数量上还是层次上都有更大更高的需求。
为实现“超常规”和“跨越式”发展，各行各业对电子信息方面的专业人才的需求与日俱增。
电子信息工程专业的培养目标和模式是2003年在制定培养方案的时候制定的，依据上面所述电子信息技术的发展趋势，需要对原培养目标和模式进行修改。
