一、教材分析 本节课是本单元的第四课时,即 Unit5 Why do you like pandas? Section B (2a-2c) 本课时主要是对于濒危动物的关注,2a 通过调查学生对濒危动物的了解引出保护濒危动物 大象的语篇阅读。这样的选材旨在培养学生的动物保护意识和人文素养。2b 活动让学生进 行整体阅读并选择最佳标题,意在培养学生快速阅读和归纳语篇中心的能力,2c 渗透了构 建思维导图的阅读策略培养,帮助学生将抽象的零碎信息分类整理成与主体密切相关,又 相对独立的块状知识。这不仅有助于学生深入理解语篇,抓住重要信息,而且能够增强学 生的思维能力、提升注意力与记忆力、启发联想力和创造力。 从知识的角度来看,本节课让学生学会用 why 谈论自己喜欢和不喜欢的动物,表达自己的 喜好。从学生能力上看,让学生能用所学知识进行语言的重组和整合,进行对所学知识的 输出,提高学生的英语表达能力。从情感方面来看,呼吁学生热爱动物,保护动物,保护 环境,因为热爱动物就是热爱我们自己。 二、学生分析 初一学生的年龄一般在 11---12 岁之间,好奇心强,思维敏捷,课堂参与度高。对于初一 的学生来说,大部分学生学习兴趣都很高涨,俗话说: “兴趣是最好的老师” !应利用学生 热情好奇的这一特点,从日常生活中学生感兴趣的话题出发,尝试用英语与学生对话,引 发他们的兴趣,提高学生的口语表达能力,培养学生用英语思维的习惯。 另外,在情感态 度,学习策略和文化意识方面给学生加以引导,使学生能够发现和总结语言规律,并注意知 识的巩固、积累和拓展。 三、教学目标
