模型和方法
齿轮齿条弹塑性接触 问题的算法：迭代法、增 量法和迭代增量结合法。 迭代增量结合法，即混合 方法，继承了迭代法和增 量法的优点，从而削弱了 各自的不足之处。齿轮齿 条的啮合负荷通过混合方 法分段处理。本文采用该 混合方法作为算法来解决 齿轮齿条的弹塑性接触问 题，如图所示。
模型和方法
本文考虑齿轮齿条 接触硬化层和核心未硬 化层的接触弹塑性有限 元分析。利用ANSYS Workbench中提供的“划 分重组结构”工具，将 模型导入之后，将把齿 轮齿条模型划分成硬化 层齿形区和其他无硬化 区，然后将工程数据中 定义的材料特性添加到 硬化齿复杂的工作条件，升
降系统的性能将会直接影响平台的表现。目前，有两种
常用升降系统：液压升降系统和齿轮齿条升降系统。齿 轮齿条升降系统因更快的提升速度，简单的操作和高效
率已得到广泛使用。
齿轮齿条机构连接着自升式平台和桩腿，桩腿上的载荷 通过齿轮齿条机构转移到平台，而该平台上的载荷也通 过齿轮齿条机构传递到桩腿。一方面，齿轮在很长一段 时间的高负荷状态下需要高的强度和韧性;另一方面， 齿轮齿条接触需要高耐磨损性能。
结果与讨论
齿轮齿条弹塑性接触分析结果 齿条齿宽确定为145毫米后，便利用齿轮齿条模型对 硬化层进行分析。啮合位置1被选作分析对象，分析结果 如下表所示：

激光热处理的工艺参数主要包括决定功率密度的激光 输出功率和光斑直径，以及决定激光和工件作用时间 的扫描速度。这些参数直接影响激光硬化层的深度、 宽度、硬度、结构和机械性能。经过无数次的实验， 激光相变硬化工艺参数如下：激光功率 2.5Kw ，扫描 速度15〜20mm/s。 激光淬火后，在垂直于升降齿轮凹槽表面的区域取样 做金相分析,用HXD-1000TMC显微硬度计评估样品的淬 火深度,用VHX-600数字显微镜观察试样激光淬火前后 的微观结构。实验结果表明，激光硬化层的硬度可高 达760 HV0.1，初始质地硬度约为279 HV0.1，硬化层的 深度约为0.75mm，这满足了升降齿轮的技术要求。
自升式钻井平台介绍
自升式钻井平台，又称为 桩脚式钻井平台，是目前国内 外应用最为广泛的钻井平台。 自升式钻井平台可分为三大部 分；船体，桩靴和升降机构。 需要打井时，将桩腿插入或坐 入海底，船体还可顺着桩腿上 爬，离开海面，工作时可不受 海水运动的影响。打完井后， 船体可顺着桩腿爬下来，浮在 海面上，再将桩脚拔出海底， 并上升一定高度，即可拖航到 新的井位上。
进行了说明，并且也分析了硬化齿轮齿条的应力结果和分
布情况。
