1型班用单帐篷（迷彩）使用说明书秦皇岛天恩帐篷有限公司（原中国人民解放军第三五二四工厂）二零零七年四月1用途主要供野外条件下住宿、办公用。
2主要结构形式81型班用单帐篷系底部为正方形，篷顶为四坡尖顶的支杆式帐篷。
前后围墙上各有一个门和两个窗，前后坡顶上各有一个可任意开关的天窗，两侧围墙各有两个窗。
篷身为一整体，靠一根中柱（4节）、十根围墙柱（2节）十根拉绳、十跟地桩支撑和拉紧的联合作用将其牢牢地固定在地面上。
围墙四角用套绊连接，需要时可以解开套绊把围墙撩起。
3规格尺寸及使用面积长4.8m、宽4.8m、围墙高1.6m、中心顶高3.2m。
使用面积23.04m2。
包装运输总质量45kg，体积0.128 m3。
4主要材料4.1 篷身：采用400D X400D涤纶沙漠迷彩防水帆布及210D X 210D丛林迷彩防水牛津布。
4.2篷架：中柱为© 2篷架：中柱为© 38X焊接钢管，边柱为© 25 X焊接钢管；拉绳：© 6mm草绿色涤纶包芯绳；地桩：全部为30X 30 X 4角钢，长450mm。
5帐篷的零部件及分类包装每顶帐篷所有的零部件分类包装后，共计2件。
详见表一。
-1-表一帐篷的零部件及分类包装6架设与撤收6.1 架设6.1.1选择地势较为平坦的地方，清理帐篷预定架设地面的杂物，使场地平整6.1.2打开所有包装件，清点核对零部件的品名、数量。
6.1.3先将分为三节的中柱插接在一起，将柱顶管插入篷顶洞眼内。
将天窗钢丝框取出装入袋形天窗盖内，扎紧袋口扎带，试拉天窗拉绳，看天窗是否开关自如。
然后由一至二人将篷布用中柱支起，其余人员在四周把篷布拉住，并把围墙柱插入围柱洞内，把拉绳套在围墙柱顶管上，再用地桩把拉绳固定于地面上。
地桩位置应使拉绳与地面成60°〜45°角为宜，四角拉绳对准篷顶脊线。
帐篷支起后，如地桩位置不合适，应进行调整，拉绳松紧以帐篷平展为宜，风大地区可适当拉紧些。
单帐篷技术标准
1.1 样式救灾专用 12m2单帐篷为长方形双坡面直墙建筑样式。
两端山墙上开三角通风窗，一端山墙开门另一端山墙开窗户一个，两侧墙各开两个窗户，侧墙可支起成阳篷，整体帐篷通过拉绳拉起，用三角桩加固，其样式、结构及主要尺寸见图1及表1（单位为毫米）。

1.2.3 框架由通用杆、立杆、山墙地杆、阳篷杆和端架三通、中架四通、地杆四通及钢丝拉绳组成，各部件名称、结构及主要尺寸见图2及附录B中图B.1～B.9(单位为毫米)。
图中未注公差的线性尺寸公差按GB/T 1804—2000中的中等级规定。

1.3 材料规格主辅材料规格与质量要求、用途见表2。
表2 主辅材料规格与质量要求、用途表2 (续)主辅材料规格与质量要求、用途1.4 篷体外观质量1.4.1 篷体面料应符合附录G的规定，面料颜色为天蓝色，涂层颜色应与面料颜色一致或浅于基布颜色，色相及织物组织的选择按主管部门审查批准的标样。
篷体各部位色差不低于GB/T 250-2008规定的3-4级。
1.4.2 白色的印字应端正、清晰、色度饱满、牢固，不得露底色，不得脏污。
做防雨性能试验时，不得有褪色、掉色和流淌油墨现象。
1.4.3 篷体应平展、整洁，表面污迹面积不得大于100 mm2，限五处，污迹面积小于50 mm2的不计，但不得密集。
1.4.4 缝制部位返工修复残留针眼长度不得超过100 mm，非缝制部位不得有残留针眼。
1.5 篷体缝制质量1.5.1 缝纫部位表面应平展、整洁、线迹直顺、针码均匀，各配件位置准确。

Tie the rope to the tab located on each corner of the canopy top then attached the rope to the stake.Repeat on all 4 corners.Striking InstructionsNOTE: The Pronto Fast Shade top may remain in place for easier subsequent set-up. However, to prolong the life of the fabric, we recommend that you remove the top when storing your Fast Shade.Before storing your Pronto Fast Shade, be sure the top is not wet or damp. Storing your Pronto while it is even slightly damp may cause mildew. Allow the top to completely dry before taking it down. If you must take down your Pronto while it is damp, remove the top from the frame by unfastening the hooks. Grab the top of the center frame section where it forms an inverted “V”. Lift slightly and walk towards your partner as the frame folds in. Keep walking until the frame is about halfway closed. Be sure to avoid pinching your hands or fingers. Hold the outside legs and continue closing the canopy as you walk towards your partner. The folded canopy should stand on its own.5. With the canopy standing, unzip the roller bag and place the top / frame in the bag. Carefully zip the roller bag, being sure to keep the zipper free of the top as this could result in damaging the top.For maximum life of Celina fabrics, Celina recommends hand washing with a soft brush using mild soap and water. Thorough rinsing and drying is required before storing the fabric. Never use harsh detergents, abrasives or bleach. Do not machine wash.To improve the opening and closing action of your Fast Shade frame you may spray a small amount of silicone lubricant on the legs (silicone not included).Things that will cause premature degradation and may reduce life expectancy of a tent:• Improper handling during installation/dismantling on rough surfaces will create pinholes and abrasions.ALWAYS USE A DROP CLOTH/GROUND CLOTH DURING INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING.• Walking on the fabric during installation/dismantling will create pinholes and abrasions.• Extended use of the tent without cleaning.• Storage of fast shade that has not been dried thoroughly. Even a slightly damp product can promote the growth of mildew when folded and stored. Mold and mildew may require harsh cleaners to remove, which may cause premature wear. The best solution is to take every precaution to keep mold and mildew from growing in the first place. 韶光帐篷使用说明单顶帐篷架设1.选择地势较为平坦、隐蔽的地方，清理帐篷预定架设地面的杂物、积雪、石块等，使场地平整。
2.打开所有包装件，清点核对零部件的品名、数量。
3.两人一榀顶架，抽出立柱，将三榀顶架全部拉开呈三角形，平行落位于地面上，三人分别将三榀顶架扶稳，另三人将六根檀条卡进顶架对应的卡口板内，这时顶架已稳定，人员可松手。
4.六人将篷顶抬起覆盖在顶架上，以脊线和中间一榀顶为轴线调整好位置。
然后在拉绳对应位置打好地桩。
5.六人每人各持一根立柱，将架子抬起后，将立柱插入顶架两支点的插套内。
调整篷顶适当拉紧拉绳（拉绳要对称位，不可在帐篷单面用力拉，以免损坏帐篷）。
若遇大风天，可由三人将一侧的篷顶拉住，余三人将另一侧拉绳调整好长度挂在地桩上后，迅速抬起这一侧，插上柱子，适当拉紧拉绳后，再到另一侧，六人一起以同样的方法拉起柱子，拉紧八根拉绳。
系好内部系带。
将顶篷内的拉筋和弦筋位置调整好，拉紧固定。
6.系好内部钢绳弦筋，并将钢丝绳上下弦筋拉紧固定。
7.将前、后山墙安装在篷顶上（有门的为前山墙）。
上端的铝蓬圈与篷顶檐布上的环套的连接方式如图三所示。
对准山墙与围墙的正中，开始穿套连结，套结完毕后系好各柱的困柱带，装好窗玻璃。
8.在压土布上压土，并修简易排水沟。
9.调整篷布、立柱位置和拉绳松紧度，使帐篷舒展平整。
（二）撤收1.撤收方法、步骤与架设呈反序进行。
2.按照包装尺寸，将篷布叠好，按照前述帐篷零部件分类包装明细表将篷架捆好。
3.按照帐篷零部件分类包装明细表，清点各种包装件内零部件，核查无误后，依次放入包装袋内，适当整形后，包好包装袋。
帐篷的使用方法
帐篷的使用方法
帐篷是露营、野外探险或户外活动中必不可少的装备之一。
以下是帐篷的使用方法：
1. 选择合适的地点：选择平坦、干燥、无水坑、无石头、无尖锐物的地面，以便于搭建和睡觉。
2. 搭建帐篷：将帐篷铺开，找到帐篷的地钉和顶杆，将地钉插入地面，将顶杆插入帐篷的顶部，然后将帐篷张开，拉紧帐篷的绳子，使其稳定。
3. 安装内部设施：将睡袋、充气床垫、睡垫等设施放置在帐篷内部，注意不要将设施放在帐篷门口，以免影响出入。
4. 维护帐篷：在使用帐篷时，要注意保持帐篷的干燥和清洁，不要将湿物品放在帐篷内，以免影响帐篷的使用寿命。
5. 拆除帐篷：在拆除帐篷时，先将帐篷内的设施取出，然后将绳子松开，拆除顶杆，将帐篷折叠起来，装入帐篷袋中。

84A帐篷说明书
84A型班用寒区帐篷使用说明书一、用途主要供寒区部队野营条件下住宿使用。
亦适用于南方地区部队。
二、主要性能简介1、帐篷为双坡面框架式结构，长3.90m、宽3.70m、顶高2.602m、檐高1.70m。
占地面积14.43㎡。
包装后总质量201.0㎏、贮运体积0.574m ³。
其架设后的展开状态见图一、平面布置见图二。

安装前先将床边杆穿入帆布床面一边锯齿形的套内，再将传遍杆两端的铆钉头扣在边立柱与中立柱、边床梁与中床梁对立的卡口板内，然后收紧帆布床面另一边和两端的拉紧带即可。
8、前围墙和后围墙的安装，应首先判明两者之间的区别和位置。
有门的是前围墙，无门的是后围墙。
后围墙应安装在靠布置床铺一侧。
两围墙在帐篷端部正中立柱处合拢。
位置确定后，将篷顶四周的连环套穿入前、后围墙上沿对应的铝篷圈内，连环套与连环套之间再互相连环（见图三），最后打结。
两围墙合拢部位的连接方法与此相同。

10、进一步调整篷布、立柱位置、风绳松紧度等，使帐篷舒展平整。
11、住用时间较长时应修设简易排水沟，边挖边向压土布上培土即可。
（二）撤收1、帐篷的撤收过程与架设相反，撤收时参照假设的方法、步骤反序进行即可。
2、折叠篷顶和前、后围墙时，要根据篷身包装箱的箱底尺寸，按照先1 / 5四、架设与撤收（一）架设1、清除帐篷预定架设地面积雪、碎石等杂物，并适当平整场地。
2、打开所有包装件，清点核对零部件的品名、数量。
3、六人分三组将三榀顶架拉开呈三角状，按1.95m左右间距，由三人将其平行扶立与地面上。
另三人随机把6根檩条两端的铆钉头扣在顶架脊点和两落地端对立的卡口板内，使之形成一个基本稳定，可承受一定自重荷载的空间顶架受力体系。

可承受8级风力、自重和8cm厚的积雪荷载。

81 型班用单帐篷使用说明书
一、用途：主要是供热区部队野外住宿和办公用。
二、主要性能简介：
“ 81 型班用单帐篷”系底部为正方形，篷顶为四坡尖顶的支杆式帐篷。
前后围墙上各有一拉门和两个带纱网的窗，前后顶坡面上方各有一个可任意开关的天窗，两侧围墙各有两个带纱网窗。
篷身为一整体，靠一根中心支柱（两节），十根围墙立柱、十根拉绳与十根地桩支撑和拉紧的联合作用，将其牢牢地固定在地面上。
围墙四角用套绊连接，需要时可以解开套绊把围墙掀开。
三、规格尺寸：
帐篷长4.8m、宽4.8m、围墙高1.6m、顶高3.2m,使用面积23川，住用人数12人。
包装后总质量57.5kg，总体积0.128 m 3。

四、主要材料：
篷身采用28 X 2/28 X 2草绿涤纶防水帆布。
其防霉性能，防水性能优良。
支杆为焊接钢圆管，每顶帐篷包装2 件，详见包装明细表。
五、支撑与拆卸：
1.选择平整场地，清除地面的杂物。
2.将篷身展开，先将四角边柱支起，在拉绳对应的地面上呈45°角打好地桩，拉绳套在地桩上，拉紧拉绳。
3.再将分为两节的中柱插接在一起，柱上方顶管插入篷顶洞眼内将篷布支起。
4.调整四角立柱的位置，支起其余边柱，拉紧拉绳
5.进行适当的调整，使支起的帐篷平展、美观，并修好排水沟
6.拆卸方法与架设呈反序进行。
六、注意事项：
1.选择平整场地，切勿拖拉帐篷。
2.不要使帐篷接触腐蚀性和油污物品。
3.启用、包装时清点零部件。
4.帐篷支起后，四周修排水沟。
