员工同意续签则双方正式续签劳动合同。

2、对考核不合格的员工,公司将按照有关规定,不再续签劳动合同,依法办理有关手续。

四、时间安排材料报送的截止期限7月31日,请各基层单位人力资源管理人员按时报送材料。

五、要求1、各基层单位人力资源管理人员及时通知到每位职工,并及时报送考核材料。

2、被考核的员工应认真总结劳动合同期内的工作情况,吸取教训,发扬成绩,为今后更好的工作奠定基础。

3、所有考核材料均要用A4纸打印,考核表(附件1 )要A4纸双面打印,不是双面打印的一律重新填写,并于7月31日前报送人力资源部刘国旗处,。
