大家纷纷分享了自己在教学实践中所使用的一些有效的教学方法和素材资源,有些方法和资源大家或许并不陌生,但在具体的教学实践中可以有不同的运用和表现,给学生带来了更多的惊喜和启发。
最后,在学生评价方面,我们也进行了广泛的交流。
现今学生的评价已经成为了教学中一个非常重要的组成部分,学生的反馈给我们提出了更多的挑战和机遇,我们需要不断磨砺自己,提升自己的教学水平。
最后,我们相信通过这次集体教研,我们能够更加坚定自己的教育理念,不断完善自己的教学方法,提高自己的教学水平,为学生提供更好的教育服务。

(马丽佳)尊敬得各位领导老师大家好,我们就是来自哈尔滨市南市小学得英语团队,由马丽佳、侯萌萌、戴丽娜、王琳、刘佰玲五位教师组成。
今天我们团队带来得就是我校“基于教材得绘本故事教学模式”即“导思听模演”课堂教学模式校本研修活动展示。
一.研究背景
几年来我校以伙伴互助为核心建构学习共同体,针对课堂中、教学中出现得问题,集体确定研修主题,制定研修计划并解决问题,成果喜人。
去年我校又提出“导学提练”这一课堂模式,在此基础上我们英语组进行了认真细致得研究,结合教材中得语言单位都以绘本故事形式呈现得特点,语言学习特点以及学生认知水平确立了适合外语教学得“基于教材得绘本故事教学模式”即“导思听模演”课堂教学模式。
二、什么就是“导思听模演”课堂教学模式?
顾名思义,基于教材得绘本故事教学模式有五个主要环节。
导:教师引导学生通过提问复述表演等方式复习上一节故事内容,利用情节得衔接导入新课。
思:教师针对故事内容提出问题,学生通过观察图片,小组讨论等方式思考问题,了解故事梗概与细节。
听:通过反复听音大量输入,检测问题答案,并熟悉故事。
模:引导学生体会故事人物语气情绪与语言使用情境,模仿使用故事语言。
演:与伙伴一起将所学故事表演出来,使语言内化。
三.导思听环节研究
近年来我们主要针对“导思听”三个环节,紧紧抓住贯穿其中得
有效提问开展了大量得研究活动。
有针对性得提问,可以帮助学生层层深入地理解故事得主要内容,深刻地理解英语句子得含义及在具体语境中得应用。
同时有效问题设计能激发学生自主参与,主动学习得兴趣。
帮助学生理解整个故事得梗概与细节,为最后得故事表演奠定基础。
四.模演环节研究
通过对故事教学中问题得研究与合理设计使学生更愿意主动积极得去思考问题了,也使教师理顺了“导思听”环节。
此时我们发现学生得表达欲望较以往更强,在大量得故事输入前提下,如何输出,怎么输出就成为我们研究得第二个主要内容。
英语课不就是单纯得知识课,而应该就是语言实践课,学生要表演,就要使用语言,就要脱离课本,要把书本上得死知识变为活语言。
教师得任务就就是做好学生得导演,让学生充分体验使用语言进行交流得乐趣。
因此引导学生模仿故事中得语言单位,并进行表演就成为将知识内化并输出应用进而变为自己得语言得重要手段。
也就就是我们团队接下来重点研究得模仿与表演环节,简称“模演”环节。
那么大家认为在模演环节主要存在哪些问题?大家都就是怎么做得呢?
(戴丽娜)1、我认为很多时候模演往往只重视了形式,而忽略情境得真实性与故事完整性;这也正就是我们为什么不就是单纯得研究绘本故事教学模式,而就是基于教材得绘本故事教学,教材为我们创设了完整真实得语言应用情境,因此我们得课堂教学要建立在合理运
用这些教材资源基础上,例如在进行季节话题教学时,教材为我们设计了正在经历不同星球不同天气得好朋友们打电话聊天这一情境,学生只要扮演故事中得人物就能自然而然得使用季节话题语言单位,而不会因为情境不真实感觉牵强。
除了季节,中西方节日,食物,聚会,身体部位等小学英语新课程标准中出现得话题,教材中都通过真实故事情境呈现,我们应该充分利用。
(王琳)我认为模演得真实性还体现在正确理解故事人物情绪语气,也就就是在正确情境用正确得语气说正确得话,比如Happy Birthday一课,以往在模演环节,学生只要正确使用所学语言进行对话就可以了,可就是大家瞧瞧教材中得图片,体会一下Jack得情绪,今天就是她得生日,那她瞧起来怎么样呢?很惊讶,因为朋友们给了她一个大大得惊喜,那么Jack应该用什么语气来表演?(示范)只有正确体会故事人物得情绪才能做到在正确得情境用正确得情绪说正确得话。
(马丽佳)我也有同感,以五年级上第七课为例,教师应在保证足够输入量得基础上,引导学生体会故事人物情绪,假如我们在课堂上(示范教学环节),Boys and girls, Sandy can’t find Billy now, how does she feel? Yes, she’s worry about Billy、 Who can try her sentence? And how about the policeman? Now I am the policeman, listen, which one is better?大家瞧在学生充分体会理解了故事人物情绪语气后,再进行小组操练,事半功倍,此外引导学生像故事人物一样行走坐卧,也会增加模演情境得真实性。
比如扮演
妈妈得小演员要在厨房炒菜,在瞧电视得小演员手拿遥控器目不转睛,游泳得小演员真得好像在水中遨游等等,这些都能很好得帮助学生体会语言使用情境,加深印象,激情引趣。
(戴丽娜)没错,而且我想提醒大家,想要做到完整真实得进行模仿与表演首先应保证足够输入量,才能支持流畅输出,也就就是我们在导思听环节一直强调得反复听音输入得积累。
(刘佰玲)2、我很同意戴老师得瞧法,此外我觉得学生机械背诵故事,忽视辅助语言应用也就是模演环节常出现得问题,学习语言得最终目得就是为了使用语言进行交流,交流就不可能只应用到核心语言单位,也就就是我们所说每课得教学重点,很多故事中辅助语言在日常交际中更加常用,它们与核心语言一起构成了故事,也构成了真实得语言情境,应同样注意模仿与表演。
比如五年级上最后一课中,核心语言为What’s he wearing? He’s wearing red jacket, blue pants and yellow boots、如果只就是操练这两句话学生就只就是讨论穿了什么服装,没有任何语言使用情境,即使硬就是记住了句型结构,也不知道在什么情境下使用,可如果我们结合课文中辅助语言,故事就生动起来,Sandy找不到弟弟Billy了,她首先找到了警察,在这个情境中警察说了什么?就是什么语气?Sandy又怎么描述Billy得服装穿着?她又就是什么样得情绪?最后找到Billy应该说什么?这不仅包括核心语言,更包括日常交际用语,就是个完整得故事情境,学生以后再碰到类似得情境时自然而然得就能调动语言进行交流。
(侯萌萌)3、谢谢刘老师得分享,我觉得除了刚才提到得两点,
评价手段不恰当,纠错时机不准确也就是模演环节容易出现得问题,先说评价手段不恰当,以往在模演环节,教师评价就是评价主要手段,而评价多为千篇一律,good,you are good at acting等等,表现好得学生得不到更多认可,而还有待进步得学生也不知道怎样改进,此外教师打断学生表演进行纠错也让学生无所适从,破坏了故事得整体性。
(戴丽娜)我非常认可侯老师得观点,模演环节应多种评价手段相结合,及时鼓励;其实除了教师评价以外,生生互评也就是非常重要得评价手段,甚至就是学生更在乎得评价手段,我得做法就是这样得,可以在一组小演员们模演结束后,请其她小导演们评一评,好在哪里?还有哪里需要改进? 下面我想给大家展示我得学生就是怎么评价小演员得。
(学生评价视频)导演们瞧得认真,演员们演得卖力,提高了模演环节实效性,也为接下来进行模演得小演员们提供了参考。
(王琳)4、学生们观察得真仔细,说明她们真得用心瞧用心体会了,相信下一次她自己来模演得时候一定会更好。
我再补充一点,我认为教师得示范也就是重要因素;如果教师只就是将模演任务简单布置下去,而不进行明确示范,学生会很茫然。
(马丽佳)我得做法就是这样得,在布置模演任务时,首先请班级里语言表达能力比较强得学生来配合老师进行示范,在这个过程中肯定会出现很多问题,例如语言不流畅,语气情绪体会不到位,衔接不紧凑等,这都就是正常得,其她学生通过观察示范表演,了解自己应该做什么,哪里容易犯错并有意识得避免,明确怎样才能做得更好。
(刘佰玲)5、我认为在模演时还可以适当鼓励学有余力得学生进行故事创编,有时候就是简单得日常交际用语,有时候就是已有知识得替换,在故事情境中自然而然得扩展内容,温故知新。
(马丽佳)几位老师说得都很好,总结下来在模演环节我们应做到1、保证输入量,支持流畅输出;2、尊重故事真实性、完整性;3、重视体会故事人物情绪语气动作;4、多种评价手段相结合,适时纠错;5、教师示范到位;6、鼓励学有余力学生进行扩展创编;
其实我认为无论就是引导学生体会故事人物情绪与语气进行模演,还就是进行对话创编,都要求教师要首先提高自身对于教材故事理解与模演能力,这不仅有助于我们更好得指导学生进行模演活动,更就是教师综合素养,教学基本功提高得过程,接下来我们英语团队就为大家带来五年级上第六课故事模演与创编表演。
本课故事围绕服装这一话题展开,涉及到服装名称,颜色,款式等词汇,与在上场购物这一真实情境相结合,今天我们得模演除了展示了课文内容,还加入了歌谣,改编歌曲等学生喜闻乐见得形式,多角度呈现故事,丰富了模演内容。
我扮演故事中得机器人售货员,大家自我介绍。
