We explored how to express these activities in English and practiced forming simple sentences and questions using the present tense.Firstly, we learned about waking up and getting ready for the day. I usually wake up at 7 o'clock in the morning. After waking up, I brush my teeth, wash my face, and comb my hair. Then, I get dressed in my school uniform and have anutritious breakfast.Next, we discussed school activities. Every day at school, we have different subjects such as English, Math, Science,and Art. During English class, we learn new words, read interesting stories, and practice speaking in English. InMath class, we solve problems using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Science class is fascinating as we learn about plants, animals, and the world around us. Additionally, in Art class, we get to express our creativity through drawing and painting.Aside from school, we also explored extracurricular activities that we may participate in. Many of us have hobbies such as playing soccer, swimming, dancing, or playing a musical instrument. I enjoy playing the piano after school. It helps me relax and improves my concentration.Unit 2: My FamilyIn this unit, we focused on describing our family members and their relationships. We learned vocabulary related to family members and practiced using possessive pronouns to describe our own family.To start with, I have a nuclear family, which includes my father, mother, and younger sister. My father is tall and hasblack hair. He is a doctor and works at a hospital. My mother is kind and loving. She is a teacher and teaches English at a school. My younger sister is adorable and always makes me laugh. She is in kindergarten.We also learned about extended family members such as grandparents, aunts, and uncles. I have two grandparents, my paternal grandfather and grandmother. They are retired now and always shower me with love and affection. I have an aunt and an uncle as well. My aunt is my father's sister, and my uncle is my mother's brother. They often come to visit us during holidays, and we have a great time together.In addition to learning about family members, we discussed family activities and traditions. Every Sunday, our family goes for a picnic in the park. We play games, have a delicious meal, and enjoy quality time together. During festivals like New Year and Spring Festival, our extendedfamily gathers to celebrate. We exchange gifts, cook traditional meals, and watch colorful fireworks together.Overall, these two units have provided us with essential vocabulary and grammar skills related to daily routines and family.
