打造中心湖区，水体总面积约15公顷，岸线总长度达到6.5公 里，中心湖区成为软体区展现人文、科技、休闲、娱乐的重要 载体。 打造“水岛交融”的景观特色，在湖面规划设置“三大六小” 水景主节点，分别为水幕喷泉、水上剧场、水上运动俱乐部。 各组团引入水系，根据不同的组团功能设置形态各异的水景节 点，其中商务办公区可设置较为规整的水系，居住区可设置自 由活泼的休闲水系。 园区内部处处可感受水的流动，凸显园区的“水”的景观特色。
