1 引言 教育部新制订的《大学英语课程教学要求》指出，大学
英语教学改革的主要目的是“通过进行大学英语教学思想、 内容、方法改革，改进教学手段，完善教学评价体系，建立适 应新世纪人才培养要求的大学英语教学体系，通过充分利 用现代教育技术，建立以培养学生自主学习能力为中心的 立体化，多样化，个性化的教学模式.”（教育部高等教育司， 2004）因此，培养学习者自主学习能力成为外语教师的首要 任务.同时，现代英语学习理论也强调学习者在学习过程中 的决定性作用，即学习者的自主性.国外自 20 世纪 70 年代 开始对外语自主学习进行了大量研究，但主要侧重于外语 自主学习能力的界定、自主学习理论背景及培养策略的探 讨. 国内学者对英语自主学习的研究始于 20 世纪 80 年代， 多为对国外外语自主学习研究的理论介绍和自主学习能力 培养的必要性及其培养方法的探讨，对大学生英语自主学 习能力现状的调查不多，且仅限于自主学习能力与成绩相 关的研究.本文是对赣南师范学院非英语专业大学生英语自 主学习能力的调查与分析，内容涉及该校大学生英语自主 学习的能力水平，自主学习能力与成绩、年级、文理及性别 的关系，力图为该校的英语教学改革提供一定的依据和参 考. 2 研究方法 2.1 调查对象

小学教学中，自主学习能力培养十分重要，它可以增加学生学习的强度，养成积极主动探索习惯。

一、自主学习能力界定及其意义。
自主学习就是学生在老师的引导下，自己制定学习计划，自己阅读教材，发现问题、分析问题最终解决问题，控制自己的学习进度和学习活动。
通过学习养成一种良好学习习惯，培养对英语的深厚感情，形成英语思维方式，磨练学生意志品质，提高学生学习智商和情商，获取学习英语乐趣，培养对英语学科专注力。
通过自主学习，激发学生学习兴趣，开发学生智力，激发学生创新思维，系统地掌握英语知识。
我们教学的最终目标就是把学生培养独立开展学习研究独立工作者，这种能力就要从小开始，逐步培养，要实现从“学会”到“会学”从“要我学”到“我要学”一个实质上转变，把学习自主权还给学生，从学习奴隶变成学习主任，这是一个教育理念的革命，解放学生个性，让他们科学领域自由飞翔，这是时代要求。
二、创设课堂情景，激发自主学习兴趣。
课堂情景就是在上新课时，教师通过创设与新课内容相关情景，调动学生视觉、听觉和触觉等感官，驱动学生内在潜力，激发他们对新课内容迫切学习的心理，激发他们旺盛的求知欲望，驱动对新知识探索动机，达到解决英语问题的目的，通过教学实践我采取了以下方法：运用多媒体教学，激发学习兴趣。
因为多媒体可以英语内容直观、形象地展示学生面前。
学生也可以在生活探索英语知识，用英语知识提高生活质量，提高生活效益，学习英语知识十分积极主动。
