电锤使用说明书——电锤的正确使用方法和注意事项电锤是电钻中的一类,主要用来在混凝土.楼板.砖墙和石材上钻孔。

二、作业前应注意事项1、确认现场所接电源与电锤铭牌是否相符。

2、钻头与夹持器应适配,并妥善安装。

3、钻凿墙壁、天花板、地板时,应先确认有无埋设电缆或管道等。

4、在高处作业时,要充分注意下面的物体和行人安全,必要时设警戒标志。

5、确认电锤上开关是否切断,若电源开关接通,则插头插入电源插座时电动工具将出其不意地立刻转动,从而可能招致人员伤害危险。

6、若作业场所在远离电源的地点,需延伸线缆时,应使用容量足够,安装合格的延伸线缆。

延伸线缆如通过人行过道应高架或做好防止线缆被碾压损坏的措施。

三、电锤的正确操作方法1、“带冲击钻孔”作业(1)将工作方式旋钮拔至冲击转孔位置。

(2)把钻头放到需钻孔的位置,然后拔东开关触发器。

捶钻只需轻微推压,让切屑能自由排出即可,不用使劲推压。

2、“凿平、破碎”作业(1)将工作方式旋钮拔至“单捶击”位置。

(2)利用钻机自重进行作业,不必用力推压3.“钻孔”作业(1)将工作方式旋钮拔至“钻孔”(不锤击)位置。

(2)把钻头放到需钻孔的位置上,然后拔动开关触发器。

Centre the cookware on the hob.Use cookware whose base diameter is the same dia-meter as the hotplate.Tip: Cookware manufacturers often give the upperdiameter of the saucepan. 电锤的使用说明书电锤的使用说明书篇一:电锤常见故障分析及处理方法电锤常见故障分析及处理方法轻型电锤一般轻型电锤最常出现的问题就是:没有冲击或冲击力不足。

出现这种现象主要有以下几种:㈠O型圈磨损;更换O型圈。

㈡活塞破损或缺少润滑油;更换活塞或添加润滑油。

㈢摇摆轴承破裂;更换摇摆轴承。

㈣花间轴或摇摆轴承打滑卡不住;更换花间轴或摇摆轴承。

㈤冲击套卡死;修理冲击套。

轻型电锤在正常使用的情况下,很少有大的毛病出现,只要平时注意保养,对延长寿命有很大的帮助。

重型电锤重型电锤由于机械结构比较复杂,承受的强度比较大,所以相对的故障比较多。

㈠工具通电后电机不运转:⑴电源断了或插头松落;修复电源或调换插头。

⑵开关接触不良;修理或更换开关。

⑶电枢或定子线圈烧坏;调换电枢或定子线圈。

⑷定子线圈断路;如断在出线处可重新接好后用,否则须重绕。

⑸碳刷磨损接触不良或碳刷启动自动保护装置;更换碳刷,更换电源线。

㈡电锤没有冲击:⑴O型圈磨损;更换O型圈。

⑵活塞破损或缺少润滑油;更换活塞或添加润滑油。

⑶连杆断裂;更换连杆。

⑷冲击锤卡死;修复冲击锤。

⑸曲轴不运作;曲轴半圆键是否损坏或传动齿磨损。

⑹四方管活动不灵活;清洗四方管。

㈢电机旋转而钻头不转:⑴电枢齿轮破损;更换新的电枢。

⑵大平板齿轮破损;更换新的大平板齿轮。

⑶钢管齿轮破损;更换新的钢管齿轮。

⑷钢管齿轮销键损坏;更换销键。

⑸离合齿轮打滑;重新拧紧离合齿轮。

⑹钢管卡钻头销磨损;更换钢管。

㈣工具通电后发生不正常的叫声,并且不旋转或转的很慢:⑴机械部分卡死;检查机械部分。

⑵部分齿轮磨损或齿轮啮合过紧;检查齿轮。

⑶轴承破损;更换新轴承。

⑷电枢少量短路或开路;修理或更换电枢。

⑸定子断路;更换定子。

㈤换向器上产生环火或较大火花:⑴电枢短路或断路;修复或更换电枢。

⑵换向器表面不光洁或磨损;清楚杂物及使换向器表面光洁或更换换向器。

⑶电刷磨损;调换电刷。

㈥机壳表面过度发热:⑴负荷过大;减少进给力。
