七年级下册第四单元英语作文家规(有译文)全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Family's RulesHi friends! Today I want to tell you all about the rules in my family. Every family has rules, right? Rules help keep things organized and make sure everybody knows what's expected. In our house, we have quite a few rules to follow. Some of them are pretty typical, but others are kind of unique to my family. Let me explain!First up, we have the basic rules about behavior. My parents always tell me and my little brother that we need to be respectful. That means no rude language, no talking back, and always saying "please" and "thank you." We also can't fight with each other or be mean. Even if we're mad, we have to use our words nicely to explain why. Acting out or throwing tantrums is ano-no.Keeping our room clean is another biggie in our house. My mom does not like messes at all! We have to make our beds every morning before school. All our toys and clothes have to bepicked up too. If our room is messy, we can't watch TV or play video games until we've cleaned it. It's a real bummer, but it does teach us to be neat and organized. There are also rules around technology in my family. We're only allowed to use our phones, tablets, and gaming systems at certain times. During the week, we can't be on them until after we've finished our homework and chores. Even then, we only get a couple hours of screen time. On weekends we get more flexibility. But my parents are really strict about no technology during mealtimes. Dinnertime is family time!Speaking of meals, we have quite a few rules around food as well. We always have to try at least a couple bites of whatever is served, even if we think we don't like it. My mom works hard to make healthy meals, so we can't be too picky. Snacking is only allowed at certain times too. We're not supposed to just munch on chips and cookies all day or we'll "ruin our appetite." There are also pretty firm rules about not drinking soda or juice too close to bedtime so the sugar doesn't keep us up all night. When it comes to bedtime, we definitely have to follow a schedule on school nights. My bedtime is 8:30pm and my little brother has to be in bed by 8pm. We go through the same routine every night - bath, pajamas, brush teeth, read books, then lights out. Sometimes I try to argue for more time, but my parents are strict about bedtimes. They say we need plenty of sleep to have energy for school and activities the next day.On weekends, the schedule is more relaxed. We can sleep in if we want. But we do still have to follow certain rules, like doing our chores and homework before playing. My parents also enforce quiet time in the afternoons when my baby sister is napping. Me and my brother have to keep it down so we don't wake her up.Chores are unavoidable in my house too! We all have jobs we have to do to help out. I'm responsible for taking out the trash and recycling. My brother has to feed the dog and scoop her poop in the backyard. We switch off loading and unloading the dishwasher. My parents work hard, so we have to pull our weight too. No chores means no allowance!Another big rule is about being honest and truthful. We get in huge trouble if we're caught lying or trying to sneak around. I learned that the hard way when I tried covering for my brother after he accidentally broke a window. We both ended up grounded for weeks! Now I know it's always better to just fess up.Of course, there are tons of safety rules too. We have to wear our seatbelts in the car, no exceptions. When I'm old enough to start staying home alone, there's a whole list of rules I'll need to follow about answering the door/phone, using the stove, etc. Anytime we go someplace new, my parents review the safety guidelines. It can be annoying, but I know they just want to keep us safe.My personal least favorite rule is the one about finishing everything on my plate at meals. I really struggle with that sometimes, especially if it's a food I'm not crazy about. But my parents insist—we can't waste food when there are people going hungry. It's made me really appreciate not taking things for granted. On the flip side, one rule I really like is getting to pick my own extracurricular activities. As long as I keep my grades up, my parents let me decide what sports or clubs I want to join. This year I chose soccer and art club. Next year, who knows? At least I get some say in how I spend my free time.Overall, I have a looooooot of rules to follow in my household. Sometimes it feels like too many. Every once in a while, I'll start wondering why my parents have to be so strict. Don't they trust me? Can't they just lighten up? But then I remindmyself that rules are there for a reason—to keep me safe, healthy, and on the right track. My parents aren't trying to be mean or make my life miserable. They just want what's best for me and for our family to run smoothly. Most of the rules make total sense when I stop to think about them. And you know what? Rules can actually make me feel more secure because I know exactly what's expected of me. There's no guessing or wondering how I should behave. The boundaries are clear.Of course, that doesn't mean I always follow the rules perfectly. I'll admit, I break them sometimes, either on purpose or by accident. And then I have to deal with the consequences, like losing privileges. But overall, I try my best because I know my parents are just looking out for me. Once I'm all grown up, I'll probably have a whole new appreciation for all these rules! So yeah, that's family life in my household - following a loooooot of rules. But I know it comes from a good place. My parents aren't going to be around to enforce the rules forever. All of this is teaching me discipline and responsibility so that one day I can be a well-rounded, well-behaved grown-up. At least, that's the plan! For now, I better go do my chores before I get introuble. Rules, rules, rules...but I guess that's just part of being a kid. Thanks for listening!篇2Family RulesHi there! My name is Timmy and I'm 12 years old. Today I want to tell you all about the rules in my house. Every family has rules to follow and mine is no different. Some of our rules are pretty standard, while others are a bit more unique to us. But they all exist for good reasons - to keep us safe, to teach us good values, and to make sure everyone respects each other. Let me break it down for you!Rule #1: No fighting or hittingThis one is probably obvious, but it's super important in my family. We're not allowed to physically fight with each other or hit one another, no matter how angry or frustrated we get. My parents always say that violence is never the answer and there are better ways to resolve conflicts through talking it out calmly. If my brother and I are arguing over something, our parents will sit us down and make us explain our sides until we can compromise. It's not always easy, but I've learned that punching him won't solve anything!Rule #2: Always tell the truthLying is a huge no-no at my house. My parents believe that honesty is the best policy, no matter what. They'd rather we admit to making a mistake than try to cover it up with lies. That applies to big stuff like getting bad grades, but also to little white lies. One time I tried telling my mom that my friend's mom said I could sleep over, when she actually hadn't allowed it yet. I ended up getting in more trouble for the fib than if I'd just been upfront! Now I try my best to always be truthful.Rule #3: Finish your homework before playThis is probably every kid's least favorite rule, but I get why it exists. My parents want me and my siblings to be responsible students and get our work done before zoning out on video games or watching TV. Sometimes it's tempting to rush through assignments just to get to the fun stuff faster. But mom and dad make us show our completed work before we can have free time. It helps reinforce the importance of taking school seriously. Plus, when I put in the effort on my homework, I usually end up understanding things better anyway.Rule #4: Household chores for everyoneAt my house, we all pitch in with chores around the home. My parents have a checklist of rotating tasks for me, my brother, and my sister - things like taking out the trash, loading the dishwasher, folding laundry, etc. I won't lie, I sometimes groan about having to do them. But I know it's only fair that we all help out, since my parents do so much for us already. Plus, I kind of appreciate learning how to be self-sufficient with basic cleaning and housekeeping. It'll come in handy when I'm older and have my own place someday!Rule #5: Family dinner time is sacredNo phones, tablets, or TV during family dinner - that's a big rule in my household. Once we all sit down at the table to eat our meal together, we have to unplug from devices and actually talk and listen to each other. My dad loves hearing about our days at school, my mom asks us questions to start conversations, and we share stories and jokes too. It can feel annoying at first to disconnect, but I've grown to cherish that quality time where no one is distracted. Those are some of my favorite memories.Rule #6: Lights out by 9 PM on school nightsAh yes, the bedtime rule that kids universally seem to hate. But in my family, we have to be up, dressed, and ready pretty early for school each day. So my parents enforce stopping allstimulating activities after 9 PM to make sure we get enough sleep to function well and concentrate during classes. That means no staying up late reading, no sneaking video games after bedtime, nothing too active or screen-based right before lights out. Sometimes I wish I could stay up way later, but I guess I understand why we need a school night cut-off time.Rule #7: Respect your eldersThis rule covers showing proper respect not just to my parents and grandparents, but also to other adults like teachers, neighbors, or relatives. It means speaking politely, using manners like "please" and "thank you," addressing them properly, making eye contact when they speak to me, and following their instructions without talking back. I've been taught that respectful behavior is expected, whether I'm at home, at school, or out in public. Elders have more life experience than us kids, so we show them that respect.Rule #8: Ask before taking thingsI can't just take food, objects, money, or anything else that doesn't belong to me without getting permission first - that's a big no-no according to my parents. If I want a snack from the kitchen, I have to ask. If there's a toy or item at home that's not mine, I need to check if I can borrow it. Same goes for takinganything that belongs to my siblings. This rule is all about respecting personal boundaries and property. My parents say it's a matter of common courtesy to get approval before taking what isn't yours. Those are some of the top rules I can think of that shape my household! There are a bunch of other little ones too, like no name-calling insults, keeping common areas tidy, and always saying where you're going before leaving the house. But you get the idea. Sure, rules can feel restrictive sometimes when you're a kid. But I know my parents enforce them to teach important values like respect, responsibility, honesty and conflict resolution. Following these rules helps keep our home a happy, harmonious place. Maybe your family has similar ones too? Let me know!篇3Family RulesHey there! My name is Lily and I'm a 7th grader. Today I want to tell you all about the family rules we learned in Unit 4 of our English textbook. It was a really fun unit because we got to talk about our families and the things we do at home. Let me break it down for you!First up, we learned about household chores. Chores are all the jobs and tasks we have to do around the house to keep it clean and tidy. Things like washing the dishes, sweeping the floors, and making our beds. My mom is always reminding me to do my chores before I can go out and play!In the unit, we read about a kid named Jack whose mom gave him a chore chart. A chore chart lists out all the chores with boxes to check off when you've done them. Jack's chart had things like "feed the dog", "tidy my room", and "set the table". Having a chart made it easier for Jack to remember his chores. I asked my mom for one too!We also learned some really useful vocabulary for talking about chores. Words like "vacuum", "dust", "load the dishwasher", and "take out the trash". Now when my parents ask me to do chores, I can respond in English! Although...sometimes I still pretend I don't understand. Oops!Next, we covered family rules and household rules. These are the guidelines that families put in place to keep things running smoothly. Like having set bedtimes, limited screen time, and rules about where we can eat in the house. The example family rules we looked at were things like: "Always say please and thank you", "No fighting or hitting", "Tidyyour room every week", and "Do your homework before watching TV". Pretty standard stuff that I'm sure exists in many households! We had to write out our own family's rules as an exercise. I included ones like "No screaming or running inside" (that one is just for my little brother), and "Keep common areas clean and tidy". Writing them out made me realize how many rules we actually have!Another thing we focused on was developing good habits and routines. Having a morning routine, like making your bed, eating breakfast, and brushing your teeth before school. Or an evening routine of setting out clothes for the next day, packing your backpack, and going to bed at a regular time.My favorite part was when we read a story about twins who had totally opposite routines. One was really organized with a strict schedule, while the other was a big mess who did everything at the last minute. You can probably guess which twin struggled more in school! After the story, we had to map out our own ideal morning and evening routines. I decided I wanted to start waking up a little earlier to have plenty of time getting ready. And limiting myvideo game time before bed so I don't stay up too late. Baby steps! We also learned about family meetings and communication. The textbook said family meetings are a good way for family members to discuss issues, give updates, and make sure everyone is on the same page. Things like schedules, responsibilities, and rules can get talked about.I thought having regular family meetings sounded like a cool idea, so I tried to get my parents on board. So far, no luck...they say they can barely get my brother and I to sit still for 5 minutes! But I'll keep trying. The last part of the unit covered family traditions and values. We read about different cultural traditions like celebrations, rituals, and customs that get passed down through families. The example they used was a family that went camping every summer. For the values part, we talked about the principles and standards that guide a family's behavior. Common values could be things like honesty, kindness, hard work, or religious beliefs. We had to describe some of our own family's important values and traditions.I wrote about how in our family, we always make a big deal about birthdays with special meals, decorations, and fun activities. And one of our main values is respecting your elders, which means listening to our grandparents and not talking back.Phew, that was a lot of information to cover! Those were the key things we learned about in the family rules unit. Writing this made me realize how many "rules" families actually have, whether it's chores, schedules, or just the way we do things.Even though rules can be annoying sometimes, I know they're important for keeping our home life running smoothly. Maybe I'll start following them a bit more...or maybe not! An unruly kid has got to have some fun, right? Thanks for reading, catch you later!篇4Family Rules in Our House我家的家规My family has a lot of rules that we all need to follow. Some of the rules are for kids like me, and some of the rules are for grown-ups. I will tell you about the most important family rules in our house!我家有很多规矩,我们都必须遵守。

My mother saw it and said nothing, and she wrote the word gods reward in my family rules. I felt shame and remorse when I saw it. A country its laws and a family has its rules. My family also has some rules.
For example ,there are important rules in my house . First of all, I have to be home by 10:00 pm. I think there is the danger of going home late and this rule is really true. Next , I’m not allowed to watch tv on school nights. In my opinoin, I need time to relaxing things instead of studying on school nights. Maybe my parents are strict with me in this way. Finally, the biggest problem is tha t I can’t join club. My parents think that only bad for my studying. They don’t know I’m intersted in running ,playing baskteball and writing.
There is good say “Nothing can be accomplished without norms or stand ards,”but though I should study hard .Of course,I’m old enough to make my own decision.
