建议四：保持一致，始终如一
家长有的时候，能够注意到孩子 的问题，自己工作吃力了，或者情绪 不好时，就懒得理孩子了。这种状况 常常使孩子感觉到教育只是满足大人 的需要。此外，目前许多孩子教育中 还受到祖辈的影响，父母与上辈的教 育观点不一致，常让孩子有机可乘， 最终影响到教育效果。
建议五：分解目标，逐步实施
无论是培养习惯、改正缺点， 还是实现目标，都必须是可以操作 的。所谓“操作”的含义就是孩子 知道第一步该干什么，第二步该干 什么。如果对孩子的要求只是一个 理论上成立的计划，那么就无法指 望孩子能够如你所愿。

真正怜惜孩子的家长，一定允许 孩子有失误的时候，并且在孩子失误 时抱有强烈的同情心而不是简单的训 斥。如果能和孩子站在一起面对失误 而不是站在对立面批评，即使孩子考 砸了，他也会主动告诉你，因为这时 候他非常需要有人分忧。能分忧的家 长一定有权威，也一定能让孩子更加 珍惜父母给予的这份自由。

一、学习的要求
本学期的学习要求跟上学期大体 相同。但四年级下学期难度加深，逐 渐与五年级接轨。五年级的英语难度 更大，作文、阅读与听力都趋向于篇章。 因此，要逐渐提高学生的学习要求。
