商务英语论文范文一:医学院商务英语论文一、研究对象和方法1.研究对象作者所在学校2012级五年制临床医学系学生,共532人,男284人,女248人。
其学习公共英语时间为一年半,即从大一入学即开设公共英语课程,目前为大二下学期,之前并未是接触过商务英语课程。
2.研究方法通过问卷调查以及与学生面对面的谈话获取其对商务英语课程的看法,设计内容包含“你之前是否接触过商务英语知识”,“你是否对于商务英语相关课程感兴趣”,“你是否会选择商务英语作为英语提高课”等选项。
通过查阅有关文献资料并依据有关学科的理论方法,初拟了调查问卷,并在调查前进行了信度和效度的检验,本研究共发出调查问卷500份,实际回收478份,回收率95.6%。
二、结果在I选项“你是否对于商务英语相关课程感兴趣?”中,72%的学生选择了“是”。
在II选项“之前有接触过商务方面的知识么?”中82%的学生选择了“没有”。
在III选项“你认为医学专业学生是否有必要学习商务方面的课程?”中63%的学生选择了“是”。

三、讨论结合调查问卷以及与学生的座谈,作者构思出商务英语教学改革的实施方案,其指导思想和目标为:(1)运用现代教育技术,改革教学模式、教学方法和教学手段。

在开设的所有提高课程中,选择商务英语的比例达到近70%,78%的学生表示商务英语相关课程对未来就业非常有帮助,因此作者认为商务英语相关课程在学生层面深受学生喜欢,同时作者获学校批准的启动项目“商务英语专业在医学院校中开设的必要性”,也从学校层面反映了对非英语专业学生开设商务英语课程的重视。
根据作者的教育背景和近一年商务英语课程的教学经验,作者认为商务英语体系中最核心也最具有实践指导意义的课程应为管理学原理,它涵盖了管理学基础、商业环境、营销、人力资源管理、企业控制等一系列企业管理流程。

本班大多数学生虽然高考成绩不理想,但是英语基础尚可,学习动机较强。
在接班之前笔者对该班学生大学英语四六级的通过情况做了简单了解。
全班通过CET4的有15人,其中两人通过CET6。
其余未通过的8人中仅2名女生,6名男生,可见男女生基础不平衡是客观现实。
在新课程刚开始的第一节课上,首先任课教师进行自我介绍,其次对课程的性质、目的、要求等方面进行简单介绍,再次对自我介绍本身做简短介绍。
接下来教师要求学生从姓名、年龄、家乡、兴趣、对于本课程的看法和需求等方面进行介绍,要求介绍方式新颖、能给人留下深刻印象,使人容易记住。
作为语言课程,为锻炼学生的口语和表达能力,笔者要求学生在构思三、五分钟之后进行口头表述,在时间充裕的情况下可以邀请尽可能多的学生来展示。
口头介绍完毕之后,为了更全面深入的收集所有学生的信息,同时锻炼学生的写作能力,笔者要求学生将已经构思或者口述的内容写在纸上,通过书面形式来展示自己。
收集上来的信息显示,学生来自江苏省苏州、连云港、徐州、南通等各个城市。
大部分同学性格开朗、爱好广泛。
他们普遍的愿望是在轻松有趣的课堂氛围中提高听、说技能,通过各种课堂教学形式达到学习的目的。
当然在调查中也不乏收集到一些有个性的信息,比如有的同学很自信,有的同学很谦虚,有的同学很释然,有的同学有点焦虑。
总而言之,对照学生的自我介绍,简单做了需求分析之后,任课老师对学生的了解更进一步加深,更有利于教师在短时间内记住学生,掌握学生特点。
2、课堂上学生自我介绍的作用(1)对教师的作用新课程刚刚开始,师生之间不熟悉是肯定的。
学生需要了解老师,老师也迫切需要了解学生。
尤其是教师需要通过了解学生来因材施教,调整自己的教学方法来适应学生的需要。
对于学生的需求分析很大程度上基于学生的自我介绍。
通过学生的自我介绍教师可以对学生形成初步印象,了解学生基本信息,兴趣爱好。
有的学生比较外向开朗,有的学生比较腼腆敏感。
那么在课堂上老师要适时的关照这两部分学生的需求。
外向的同学可能会得到更多锻炼和表现的机会,腼腆的学生有时候就算知道怎么说、怎么做也羞于表达自己,这就需要老师给予更多的关照和鼓励。
有一些学生学习动机较强,学习主动性很好,但有一些学生相对比较被动。
对于前者老师比较放心,大部分时间只要布置下任务就可以放手让他们自己去完成,可是对于后者,往往需要额外的引导,否则他就一直被动的等待。
如果等到了验收成果的时候,才发现学生完成的进度或效果与预期大相径庭的时候,教师就比较被动了。

大部分同学都对课程只有笼统的印象,甚至毫无概念,并不清楚的知道自己需要什么能得到什么。

教师在完成教学目标的同时要尽可能的满足学生的期待。
对于消极被动的同学,可以通过向班主任反映和了解情况。
比如笔者班级就碰到了一位不管老师说什么就是不开口的学生,经和班主任沟通发现该学生有先天性心脏病,学生家长和学生自己都对学习没什么要求,只求身体健康,老师也只能把他当成旁听学生对待。
相反有的学生有英语考级的需要,有通过出国考试的需要,他们的学习动机就会很强烈。
任课教师有必要把握学生的思想动态,由此“对症下药”。
学生自我介绍还能反映学生个性。
有的学生挺幽默,比如他在自我介绍中说到自己最喜欢同外国人讲话了,因为他们都听不懂他讲什么,以此来自嘲英语水平低,而实际情况未必如此。
有的学生很善于迎合讨好老师,个性温润。
还有的学生,善于表现自己的优点,个性张扬。
无法逐一而足。
总之,了解学生的个性,能更好的处理师生关系,提高课堂教学效果。
(2)对学生的作用学生课堂的自我介绍纵然使老师掌握更多学生信息,对老师掌控课堂、开展教学起着作用。
归根到底,还是对学生自己有益处。
首先,学生通过口述和写作锻炼了语言组织能力、口头表达能力和写作能力。
作为商务英语专业的学生,英语的听、说、读、写四项基本技能是专业之本,而其中产出性技能说和写尤为重要,是区别于其他非专业学生的一个重要标志。
其次,学生通过自己介绍并表达自己的需求,有利于教师有针对性的教学,最终受益的还是学生。
学生对于课程的理解和想法需求因人而异,表达出需求,是需求得到满足的第一步。
比如有的学生喜爱全英语教学环境,有的学生抱怨全英语教学。
这种矛盾即使无法调和,任课老师也可以尽量协调,有必要的时候为那些有需要的学生用母语再复述一遍。
再比如有的学生表达积极态度希望得到老师的关注,个别学生表达消极思想躲避老师的关注。
教师对于积极的同学自然是支持和关注,对于消极的同学也要适时的关注和鼓励。
再次,课堂上学生进行自我介绍也为同学间相互交流、相互了解提供了机会,同时也为某些同学在全班展示自己提供了机会。

教师应当尽可能的给他们提供真实的语言环境并给他们提供更多的机会锻炼他们的听说技能。
而对于其他经贸类专业的学生来讲,他们在学习商务英语视听说这门课程的时候仅需要在运用英语的条件下了解一些常见的商务知识,体验一些常见的商务情境。
因此,学生的特点和需求决定了课程的定位。
