二、摆好位置强团队合作一滴水只有放进大海才不干涸,一个人只有融入集体才能更优秀,此次的课题研究成员除了几个负责人在中心校外,大多都在村小学任教,各自的工作量都不轻松,平时的工作更多的是依靠电话、信息联系,如果没有一个齐心协力的团队,很难开展工作。
从一开始便千头万绪的课题研究过程中,我真实感受到了团队的力量,在负责人的精心安排下,我们各自负责自己的分工,但又互相配合,互相沟通与交流,在交流会上,组员的观点经常会被否定甚至是被推翻,一个交流会下来,工作还是原地踏步甚至倒退的现象时常发生,所以我们经常觉得很受挫折,也很茫然,但值得庆幸的是,我们这个团队并没有因此而放弃,我们正是靠在这样的研究氛围中不断地修正观点与思路,最终得以进步。

英语主题教研个人心得体会
我校英语教研组组织了以“搞好常态化教学,提高课堂教学效率”为主题的英语教研活动,这次活动不同于以往任何一次课堂观摩,而是一次课堂后的反思,反思我们的教学常规,反思我们的教学理念,反思我们的教学基本功,教研组长作了精彩,细致的讲座,骨干教师进行了经验传授,给了教师们直接的资源共享,是一次宝贵的学习机会。
因此听完后,我写下了自己的感受,以勉励自己。
一、着重把握课堂常规,注重实效
我们都追求一个目标——让学生真正学到知识并运用知识,感受学习英语的乐趣,不能只搞花样活动,而没有实效。
现在的英语课,老师们增大了语言的输入量,教学资源更加丰富了,给学生创造了许多的机会说英语。
几年的英语教学的课改的实施,我们很多的英语教师也会用新颖的,
独创的小学英语教学方法来教学新知识,但在英语教学的课堂上还是出现低效的现象,教研组长从备课,上课,反思,作业,考查几方面着手作了如何加强课堂教学的常规给我们指明了小学英语教师的教学要求以及如何更准确把握课堂,在报告中明显提出备课中要非常的明确每节课的技能目标,课堂中要设计有效的教学活动,课后要进行积极的反思,作业要落实到位,要少而精,真正提高40分钟的效率,才能提高学生的综合语言的运用能力。
从教研组长的讲座中让我感受到作为一节实效课,课堂的结尾部分学生的输出信息(学生会
做什么,会说什么,会演什么)的多少完全在于课堂中每个环节是否落实到位。
二、重视基本功的训练,提高效率
作为一名小学英语教师,教师基本功的训练不仅要教给学生的语言知识,教师自身的行为,有效的教具的创作绝对是吸引学生的有效手段之一。
作为优秀的英语教师冯爱华老师以独特的视角和细腻的手法让在座的小学英语教师受益匪浅,她在教具讲解过程中边示范边讲解,每件作品都是冯老师智慧的结晶,如作品中教学各种图形,正好是冀教版book7中的教学内容,这一魔幻般的教学方式,不仅节约了教师用语言解释的时间,也为学生感知、理解和记忆知识创造了条件,加强教学的直观性,又增大知识密度,突破难点,突出重点,减轻学生记忆理解负担,提高学生的学习兴趣。
此外关于教具的制作我们还学到了不少的经验。
如:教具的展示,在时间上要恰到好处,过早地暴露教具,容易使学生分散注意力,所以教具一般体积不要太大。
教具的选择与运用要注意保持新颖性,因为新颖性能使学生学习的兴趣得以稳定和持续。
还有教具要有趣味性,实用性,功能多样,一物多用。
