什么是色母特性？如表一 中列举 了一些杜邦汽车修补
漆 的色母 ， 从表 中我们可 以发现现代汽车修补漆每一种色 母都 不是简单 的三原色或次原色所能调出来的。 它们放到
油漆里边 ， 既影 响正面的颜色 ， 也影响侧面 的的颜色 ， 而且 对正面的影响和对侧面的影响有时还相差很大。如 ４ ３ Ｓ ５０ 银粉控制剂 ， 它会改变银粉漆正面和侧面的深度 ， 而且配方 中的用量也有一定 的限制 ， 如超出 １％易引起银粉漆发花 ， ２ 附着力不好 ， 光泽下降 ， 遮盖力变差。再如 Ａ ０细银 ， Ｍ１ 它 自身也有 正侧 面以及颗粒大小之特性 。 色母 的这些特性必

4、干膜平光遮盖 很有趣的是，当空气渗入漆膜内。如调制颜料含量高的油时，基料本身的平均折射率减少，颜料和周
围介质之间的折射率差别加大，光线散射增多。室内油漆的配制者利用这种效应(有时称为干膜平光遮盖)， 以增进二氧化化钛的遮盖效率。 5、二氧化钛粒子大小

因为干的油漆膜是一种三元结构，所以有理由预料，各个成份之间的体积关系，对油漆性能有重要作 用。颜料体积浓度是油漆内的全部颜／填料对整个不挥发物的体积比。就白色油漆来说： 颜料体积浓度％=颜料体积（二氧化钛+填充料）/（颜料体积+粘合剂体积）*100%
图 1a 反射散射 图 l 显示折射现象，其中球形表示二氧化钛粒子，由于漆膜中颜料粒子及基料折射率之不同、故当光 线穿越后、必然产生曲折现象。图 2 显示绕射现象。行进路线靠近二氧化钛粒子的光线受到弯曲、而分开 散射到许多方向。这一现象说明颜料在其临近区域对光的散射能力数倍于其粒子横截面内。

图 3 表示两个含颜料漆膜的横切面，演示了折射率的差别怎样影响光的散射和盖遮力。在含有高折射 率颜料的漆膜中(上图)光线比在含有低折射率颜料的漆膜中弯曲较多(下图)，所以射入漆膜之光线所经过 的路径长度较短，因而不能深入。实际上两种漆膜都呈白色不透明状，因为其皆没有存在吸收光线的粒子， 所以全部入射的光线亦都会返回表面。然而，如果漆膜厚度如虚线(X)所示，而且放在黑色背景上，那么， 含有低折射率颜料的漆膜能使部分光线进入黑色背景而被吸收，则漆膜就不会完全不透明，与白色的漆膜 相比较，则呈现灰色。

使用除硅清洁剂剂3920和清洁用抹布，清除车身上的汗渍和油渍。
在进行大面积清洁时请注意更换清洁抹布。
使用吹尘枪及粘尘布清除车身上的微尘和水份。
吹尘枪的压力应大于喷涂面漆时的压力.三工序打底素色漆C600/6000系列配合施工温度及工件大小，添加AB 稀释剂.三工序C600/6000珍珠漆配合施工温度及工件大小，按比例添加AB 稀释。
在电脑中查找车身所需之配方，并喷涂小样板以检查颜色的准确性，如有需要进行微调，直到颜色准确为止。
调配油漆三工序珍珠面漆喷涂面漆喷涂（2）C600/6000三工序珍珠漆喷涂：混合珍珠漆C600/6000系列，以1:1比例配合温度和粘度添加AB 稀释剂，按色板要求喷涂层数，每层至哑光后方可喷涂下一层。
静置10-15分钟后便可喷涂清漆系列。
喷枪口径：1.3-1.4mm枪口径喷涂压力:(MSB)3-4KG(HVLP)2KG(RP) 2-2.5KG清漆喷涂混合清漆4700S/4500S(3:1:1添加450S 硬化剂和12375S 稀释剂)或高浓度3200(添加硬化剂和稀释剂) 。
中浓度清漆喷涂两层，每层相隔5-10分钟，高浓度清漆喷涂无需间隔时间直接喷涂1层半，静置10-15分钟后可进行烘烤干燥。

背景
杜邦TM Vespel® CR-6100是一種高級復合材料，成份包括高性能 特富龍 (Teflon®) PFA碳氟樹脂和定向碳纖維 (PFA/碳氟樹脂增 強復合，20%重量比的x-y平面隨機定向碳纖維)。1996年以來， Vespel® CR-6100磨耗零件已經成功使用在數以萬計的離心 泵上，主要用於煉油廠、化工廠、發電廠和其他流體處理設備。 Vespel® CR-6100主要用作泵的口環 (Wear Ring)、喉部襯套 (Throat Bushing)、主軸軸承 (Line Shaft Bearing)，可取代金屬 和其他復合材料，顯著提升泵的效率和可靠性，改善泵的運轉 性能。Vespel® CR-6100的材料特性有效降低泵運轉時發生卡死 的機會，口環間隙可以減小50%以上。
非設計工況的影響
非設計條件的液壓工況或是機械故障時，泵的主軸會出現一定的 撓曲，導致口環中心移位，因此經常會發生口環和轉動的金屬件 相互接觸。此時，金屬口環會卡死，導致泵發生故障。Vespel® CR-6100口環不會卡住，使泵在該情況下還能持續運轉。 (參考圖2)
