点,并结合实际情况灵活运用更为重要。下列几个句型仅供参考。

• 论文标题属于特殊文体,一般不采用句子、而是采用名
词、名词词组或名词短语的形式,通常省略冠词。从内 容上,要求论文标题能明确地反映出论文主题。在拟定 论文标题时应注意以下几点:
• 2.3 Abstract 摘要
• 摘要(Abstract)是一篇科技论文的核心体现,直
接影响读者对论文的第一印象。一篇学术价值较高的论 文,若摘要撰写得不好,会使论文价值贬值。因此,掌 握英文摘要的特点非常的重要。
• 2.3.1 The Basic Characters of Abstract 摘要的基本
• ⑥ 摘要的句型少用或不用第一人称,多采用第三人称被动语态,以
体现客观性。
• ⑦ 避免隐晦和模糊,采用准确、简洁的语句概括全文所描述的目的、
意义、观点、方法和结论等。
• ⑧ 意体现摘要的独立性和完整性,使读者在不参看原文的情况下就
能基本了解论文的内容;摘要的观点和结论必须与原文一致,忌讳 把原文没有的内容写入摘要。
要可分段,但段落不宜太多。
• ④ 与标题写作相反,摘要需采用完整的句子,不能使用短
语;另外,要注意使用一些转折词连接前后语句,避免行 文过于干涩单调。

• ⑤ 避免使用大多数人暂时还不熟悉或者容易引起误解的单词缩写和
符号等;不可避免时,应对这些单词缩写和符号在摘要中第一次出 现处加以说明;例如:TM(Technical Manual)、 CCES(Chinese Civil Engineering Society)等。
• 摘要的基本形式和内容表现在以下几个方面: • ① 若无特殊的规定,一般摘要位于论文标题和正文之间,
但有时也要求接在正文之后。
• ② 对于一般篇幅的论文,摘要的篇幅控制在80~100单词左
右;对于长篇报告或学术论文,摘要的篇幅控制在250词左 右,一般不超过500个单词。
• ③ 一般篇幅论文摘要不宜分段,长篇报告或学位论文的摘

• 一般,紧跟在论文标题之后的是论文署名和有关作者
的信息,如作者单位、通讯地址、职称、研究方向等 情况。按照英语国家习惯,论文署名时名在前,姓在 后,但是为了便于检索,也有姓在前,名在后的情况。 有关作者的信息有时放在署名之后,有时放在论文的 末尾,这要看具体要求而定。

• ⑨ 通常摘要采用一个主题句(Topic sentence)开头,以阐明论
文的主旨,或引出论文的研究对象,或铺垫论文的工作等,避免主 题句与论文标题的完全或基本重复。
• ⑩ 在摘要之后,通常要附上若干个表示全文内容的关键词,或主题
词,或检索词(Indexing term),应选用规范化的、普遍认可的 单词、词组或术语作为关键词,不宜随心编造。
• ① 准确表现论文的主题和内涵; • ② 单词的选择要规范化; • ③ 尽量使用名词性短语,字数控制在两行之内。 • 【例1】Numerical Simulation on Heat Transfer
