企业管理企业管理(Business Management)什么是企业管理企业管理是对企业的生产经营活动进行组织、计划、指挥、监督和调节等一系列职能的总称。
企业管理定义有三层含义第一层含义第一层含义说明了管理采用的措施是计划、组织、控制、激励和领导这五项基本活动。
这五项活动又被称之为管理的五大基本职能。
所谓职能是指人、事物或机构应有的作用。
每个管理者工作时都是在执行这些职能的一个或几个。
(1)计划职能包括对将来趋势的预测,根据预测的结果建立目标,然后要制订各种方案、政策以及达到目标的具体步骤,以保证组织目标的实现。
国民经济五年计划、企业的长期发展计划、以及各种作业计划都是计划的典型例子。
(2)组织职能一方面是指为了实施计划而建立起来的一种结构,该种结构在很大程度上决定着计划能否得以实现;另一方面是指为了实现计划目标进行的组织过程。
比如,要根据某些原则进行分工与协作,要有适当的授权,要建立良好的沟通渠道等等。
组织对完成计划任务具有保证作用。
(3)控制职能是与计划职能紧密相关的,它包括制定各种控制标准;检查工作是否按计划进行,是否符合既定的标准;若工作发生偏差要及时发出信号,然后分析偏差产生的原因,纠正偏差或制定新的计划,以确保实现组织目标。
用发射的导弹飞行过程来解释控制职能是一个比较好的例子。
导弹在瞄准飞机发射之后,由于飞机在不断运动,导弹的飞行方向与这个目标将出现偏差，这时导弹中的制导系统就会根据飞机尾部喷气口所发出的热源来调整导弹的飞行方向,直到击中目标。
(4)激励职能和领导职能主要涉及的是组织活动中人的问题:要研究人的需要、动机和行为;要对人进行指导、训练和激励,以调动他们的工作积极性；要解决下级之间的各种矛盾；要保证各单位、各部门之间信息渠道畅通无阻等等。
第二层含义管理定义中的第二层含义是第一层含义的目的,即利用上述措施来协调人力、物力和财力方面的资源。
所谓协调是指同步化与和谐化。

所谓企业管理，就是企业对人，财，物，供，产，销进行的管理。
企业管理的目的，就是为了提高经济效益，也就是充分利用人力，物力，财力，减少资源耗费，降低生产成本，以此获取更大或更多的利润。
不管是大企业还是小企业，不管是国营企业还是私营企业，企业管理都不可或缺。
这是由企业的本质所决定的。
什么是企业？企业是以产品为载体，以追逐利润为唯一目的，具有法人资格的经济实体。
既然以追逐利润为唯一目的，就决定企业要有管理，否则，经营得乱七八糟，怎能实现利润最大化？怎样与同行业竞争？又怎能不被淘汰出局呢?
正常情况下，医生看病，一般都是要先检查诊断出病情，然后进行科室划分，再对症下药并观察治疗的效果。
