一、教学策略
我校是民办校，大部份学生来自农村，英语基础普遍比较薄弱，对知识的领悟、掌握及运用能力有较大的差距，大部分对英语学习缺乏兴趣。
课程标准中提出：基础阶段教育的英语课程任务是激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展学生的能力和合作精神。
因此，在教学过程中我采用的是“分层导学、先学后教、精讲互动、合作训练”的教学模式，从差生抓起，力求让每一位学生都能受到合适的教育。
在“分层导学、合作训练”的教学过程中，根据学生的基础水平及能力分为A、B、C、D四个层次；各小组的英语成绩及能力水平大体相同。
这有利于展开讨论并在同等条件下展开小组竞争。
二、教材分析（说教材）
1、教材的地位和作用：
本节课是《仁爱英语》八年级下册Unit6Topic1SectionA的第一课时。
本课是本单元的核心教学，主要学习“使用哪种交通工具去春游”这一话题的交际用语，训练学生的口头表达能力。
承接上单元“如何调节自己的心情”这一话题，又为本单元后面的教学提供了话题和语境。
2、重点与难点
基于对教材的地位和作用的分析及本班学生大部分都羞于开口讲英语这一。
