我在上一学年担任高三三个班的英语教学任务(其中两个是实验班),每周超过27节的工作量,不是在上课就是在上课的路上,讲课讲到来不及思考和换气。

一、做高考和高三英语教学的明白人。
认真研读《教学大纲》、《高中英语课程标准》,明确高三英语教学的指导思想,以课本为基础,结合学生学习水平,把握教学方向,控制好教学的深度、难度和广度。
二、精心备课。
做到两个结合:集体备课与个人备课结合(认真搞好集体备课,做到内容具体、分工明确并有说课过程,集体研讨制定出教学进度、教学方法,统一教学思路;在集体备课的基础上,再根据本班实际情况,备好有个性的更为翔实的材料,克服用集体备课来取代个人备课的情况)。

各位领导,各位老师:
上午好!
今天有幸在这里和大家共同交流教学经验,我感到万分的荣幸,感谢各位领导对我工作的肯定和鼓励,也感谢各位老师对我的支持和理解,还有英语备课组组长彭雪萍老师对我的指教和帮助,使我能够不断的进步和成熟。
不过我真的感到很惭愧,我知道自己还做的不够完美,教学效果离我自己预想的目标还有一定的差距。
以下是我在教学中的一些做法和感悟,不能称之为经验,算作是与老师们的探讨和交流吧。
第一、充分利用好英语早自习
在教学实践中,我深深地感觉到利用好英语早自习对学生起到事半功倍的作用。
我还记得高一时汪泽海老师曾肯定的告诉我“书读百遍,其义自现。
作为语言类学科,英语和语文都要让学生自主的读”。
现在想来确实如此,语感的形成,英语的运用都离不开朗读。
不仅要读,而且声音要大,李阳疯狂英语中说,大声朗读能刺激大脑神经和口腔肌肉,只有大声的读才能让眼,耳,心,嘴都利用起来,以达到全身心的投入,精力才能集中起来。
有时为了增进对课文或知识点的理解,学生读的同时,我也读。
因为学生比我更年轻,声音理当比我的宏亮,所以当我发现个别学生只见其口形不闻其声时,我便开玩笑说他“装斯文,有劲不使”。
久而久之,学生养成了大声早读的习惯,当读书声变小时,只要我拿书开始读,他们便条件反射般声音大起来了。
第二、强化词汇、句型、语篇教学
记住英语单词是学好英语的前提条件,在词汇教学方面,我喜欢把重点放在英语词汇的习惯用法、短语固定搭配、惯用句型上,并要求学生熟练掌握构词规律。
我主张学生把单词放在句子中去记忆,这样不仅对单词的印象更深刻,而且知道怎么灵活运用新单词。
在课文教学方面,强调句型和语篇的有机联系,要求学生以句子为单位,有选择
地背一些重要句型,这样既可减轻学生过重的学习负担,又可达到提高书面表达能力的效果。
第三、巧抓阅读,促进写作
阅读既是一种能力,又是语言学习的一种重要方法。
从某种意义上说,阅读能力的强弱直接关系到学生高考笔试成绩的高低。
我坚持指导课余或课堂上给予部分时间每天做1至2篇阅读题。
上课之前或下课前10分钟我会有意识的带着学生一起阅读《英语辅导报》的彩页阅读版本,这不仅使学生也使我自己更加了解英美国家的文化背景,开阔视野的同时丰富了语言知识,扩大了词汇量。
上好阅读课,对学生运用英语常用句型、写好英语短文大有裨益。
因此,我常鼓励学生尽量根据上下文猜测词义,使之逐渐提高阅读速度,获得独立阅读的能力,更好地配合课堂教学,巩固教学成果。
完形填空、阅读理解、简答题和阅读填空每周坚持交替练习。
鼓励学生每天勤查字典,养成充分利用工具书的好习惯。
重视学生良好学习习惯、良好答题习惯的养成的培养。
第四、真诚待人,因材施教
我国著名教育家陶行如先生说过:“教育是心心相映的'活动,唯独从心里发出来的,才能打到心的深处。
”一直以来我都用一颗真诚的心对待学生,在课堂上我会直言不讳,一针见血的大叫某个有小动作的学生的名字,一开始的时候弄得女生面红耳赤,男生颜面丧尽。
但是他们都知道了我的性格,我就是一“心是口是”的直人,唯一让他们心服口服的可能就是我能一如既往的一视同仁,在我的眼中无所谓成绩好与差的学生,只要是坐在教室内的学生我都会尽力去帮助他,鼓励他。
以前我总希望每个学生都能掌握我教的东西,但现在知道那只能让成绩差的学生学的痛苦,让我教的更痛苦,所以我现在能用平和的心态因材施教。
以上都是我个人在过去工作中的一些心得体会,有不当之处希望大家批评指正。
在今后的教育教学工作中,我会多像各位老师前辈学习,结合学校学生的实际情况,不断提高教学水平,改进教学方法,更严格的要求自己,尽自己最大的努力为学校发展贡献自己的绵薄之力。

20xx年,我从来宾一中调入到宣威五中,我感到既欣喜又惆怅,怀着一颗忐忑和放飞理想的心,从事5年初中英语教学工作的我开始了崭新的高中英语教学之路。
我感觉
到从未有过的压力,但我全心地投入,浸润了多少个值得回味的日子,难忘的岁月。
八年里,刻骨铭心的日子,忘不了……
20xx—20xx年任教高一126、128班的英语课;20xx—20xx年任教高三17班、20班的英语课;20xx—20xx年任教高三16、19班的英语课;20xx—20xx年任教高一196、202班的英语课。
仅在这八年的时间里,我送出了四届毕业班,走过的路上洒满了我的汗水、艰辛,经历了我奉献于教育的步伐。
现小结一下这八年来的心得体会。
(一)沟通感情,勉励关怀
学生是学习的主体,要想使之发挥积极主动性,需走进他们的内心,激发他们学习的热情。
针对学生不同的情况,我鼓励他们发奋图强,力争三年后跨入自己理想的大学。
高三补习班的学生,有的丧失了自信心,深感前途迷茫,有的则破罐破摔。
通过我不断接触和仔细观察,综合各方面的信息,给予他们指导,力所能及地打动他们学习的欲望。
“亲其师,信其道”,学生对学科、对老师的好恶等非智力因素对学生的学习有着很大的影响。
渐渐地,很多学生开始喜欢我授课,无数次的心灵交流,使我们的情谊日渐深厚。
(二)因材施教,务实“双基”
从第一次的测试中,我发现大部分同学听、说、读、写的基本功很不扎实,需加强“双基”训练。
同学们浏览新教材后,也感到他们即将面临一个新的“学习高源”。
备课中,我参考教参及一些“双基”教辅材料,结合所教学生实际,采用一些独特的做法。
1、变考前集中复习为课上天天复习
高中英语知识总量较之初中英语成倍增加,课时却相对较紧。
我所教的学生中,中差生居多。
如把复习集中在期中或期末考前进行,势必挤占平时教学课时,影响课文的透彻讲解。
因此,我对教材中的每一个重要语言点都尽可能做到:以新带旧,深入浅出。
课堂习题浓缩精选,先放低要求,待务实巩固后,再循序渐进,逐步拔高。
这样就变课前集中复习为课上天天复习。
2、强化词汇、句型、语篇教学
在词汇教学方面,坚持分单元集中讲授,适度扩展,并要求学生熟练掌握构词规律。
在课文教学方面,强调句型和语篇的有机联系,要求学生以句子为单位,有选择地背一些重要句型,这样既可减轻学生过重的学习负担,又可达到提高书面表达能力的效果。
上阅读理解课时,经常围绕中心大意,常用句型和篇章结构等几个重要环节展开。
精读、泛读相结合,对不同的阅读课文采用点拨、启发、提问、讲解、展开和深绎等教法。
上语法分析课时,我从不抠语法,而是把重点放在英语词汇的习惯用法、短语固定搭配、惯用句型和中英文表达方式的差异上,让学生充分掌握借助语法,提高实际运用英语的本领。
上书面表达课时,着重讲明常见体裁的写作要求和技巧。
要求学生注意格式、词语的固定搭配、人称、数、时态及英语习惯用法,学会用适当的句型和学过的基本词汇来表达复杂的意思。
3、巧抓阅读,促进写作
到了高中阶段,在进一步提高听说能力的同时,要侧重培养学生的阅读理解能力。
阅读既是一种能力,又是语言学习的一种重要方法。
广泛阅读可以帮助学生理解和吸收书面信息,巩固记忆,有助于扩大词汇量,丰富语言知识。
从某种意义上说,阅读能力的强弱直接关系到学生高考笔试成绩的高低。

(三)指点学法,重点突破
针对弱项,对症下药
每次大小测验之后,我总要将学生们的成绩进行分析,找出他们的弱项,以便在今后的教学中作为重点加以突破,为全面提高学生的应试能力奠定坚实的基础。
通过平时的教学观察,我发现他们丢分多是因为语感不强,词汇量普遍较少,阅读理解能力不强。
短文改错主要是不注意语言现象。
想要提高改能力,有赖于平时足量的练习和实践。
短文改错设计灵活,压分度高,综合性强,学生往往辨认不出行文逻辑的错误。
解题时遵循三部曲:首先通读全文,初选错误;然后二次阅读,攻克难关;最后重读全文,仔细核对。
回首这四届学生的高考,我所任教班级的学生英语成绩都名列前茅,但这已成为历史,这不是终点,而是一个全新的起点。
漫漫教学路,执着、热爱自己的教学是真实的写照。
未来我会不断创新,不断充实和完善自己的教育教学能力,不断取得良好的教育教学效果。
教育教学工作是一种虽然辛苦但也充满快乐和享受的职业,笔者会继续努力,做一名受社会肯定、让学生尊敬和喜爱的优秀教师。
