A major obstacle to overcome was the sheer fact that employees viewed the transition to the new ekanban system with tepid optimism.
正面：软件产品在增加，材料成本和非生产时间在减 少。Positive: Software is on the rise, the material costs and nonproductive time are declining.
负面：没完全支持人们的期望并让人确信物有所值。 Negative: It dose not totally support from the people and it does not appear that they are convinced of its value .
