SM411和SM421适用共同软件,所有都应安装在C:\SmartSM\文件夹.
有SM411和SM421设备的客户应安装两种程序,但若安装就会在同一个文件夹构成,导致之前的内容被删除.因此在这里简约说明SM400系列MMI的安装方法。
1.首先在电脑里安装SM411MMI.
2.打开文件管理器将
C:\SmartSM\
文件夹的名称改为C:\SmartSM-411\.
3.
然后在电脑里安装SM421
MMI.
这样就产生了两个文件夹.
4.打开C:\SmartSM-411\Bin\文件夹的SmartSM.ini FILE.
5.在SmartSM.ini FILE将以下用红色线标示的部分如同图片进行变更.
6.将C:\SmartSM-411\Bin\文件夹里的执行文件快捷方式到桌面,将名称改为SM411.
7.最后将桌面的SmartSM.EXE变更为SM421.
8.执行.

PCB按方向放入进板导轨,进行贴装。贴装第一片PCB完成后检查其贴装的元器件是否符合

4.1 操作办法
4.1.1 开机步骤:
4.1.1.1 确认机器有无其它异常
检查吸嘴是否正常,飞达是否正常。
4.1.1.2 打开气源设备。
打开气源设备,检查气压是否正常。
4.1.1.3 打开电源
闭合电控箱内SMT机电源开关,确认稳压电源是否启动并稳定工作。
打开机器电源(电源开关顺时钟旋转90度),等待机器内电脑启动。系统完全运行正常

过滤器的清洁:将吸嘴轴杆顶部的软管固定器下按,拔出盘管,将过滤器按逆时针方 向旋转取下,取出过滤棉,用风枪对过滤棉吹气,除去灰尘和异物。在过滤器内滴入适量 酒精,用风枪对准过滤器内孔断续吹气,使酒精和灰尘从盘管口喷出直至清洁干净。清洁 后,将过滤棉按口朝上方向放入过滤器槽内,顺时针将过滤器装入机头,注意过滤棉装配 时不能歪斜,否则过滤棉容易变形损坏,过滤器必需顺丝旋入,不能强行旋入,并且不得 用力旋紧,否则过滤器容易损坏。
吸嘴轴杆的清洁:将吸嘴轴杆顶部的软管固定器下按,拔出盘管,将从吸嘴轴杆内滴 入适量酒精,下端用一层布料遮住(吸嘴必需取下),再用风枪向轴杆内先连续吹气10秒, 再断续吹气10秒,2种吹气方法吹4-5次。循环上述方法直至轴杆清洁干净。 4.2.2.2 检查各吸嘴轴杆是否变形
装配吸嘴后,旋转吸嘴,检查吸嘴旋转时是否有偏心现象,若有是必需更换轴杆。
按白色“FEEDER”键使机头向Y轴方向移动到悬空位置,拉下飞达固定把手,取下飞达,更
换新物料并记录。当有2个飞达使用同种物料时,机器检测到一个飞达物料用完后可以继续
使用另一个物料生产,此时必需更换物料,按前步骤操作,换完物料须按“FEEDER”键激
活此占物料。
飞达上物料方法: 1. 取下飞达后,打开飞达压盖锁扣,将空料盘取出,料带从飞达抽出。 2. 将飞达置于干净的工作台面上。 3. 将料盘放入飞达料槽上,注意料盘制动器必需压住料盘。 4. 将物料盘的前段料带稍分开。 5. 将料带穿过飞达的压料盖底部槽口。 6. 将物料上层卷带在压料盖中部窗口穿出。 7. 将料带的传输卷带插入飞达出带槽。 8. 向后拉动上层卷带至接近物料位置。 9. 将传输卷带孔压入进料齿轮,并压下飞达压盖,扣上压盖锁扣。 10. 稍用力将上层卷带后拉,确定上层卷带与传输卷带分离的位置位于上层卷带转向 点(在压盖窗口上层卷带向后的转角金属处)。层卷带经过滑轮,打开。 11. 拉起收带活动齿轮,将上层卷带经过2处滑轮在通过收带活动齿轮和收带固定齿轮, 放下收带活动齿轮,下拉上层卷带,使在收带齿轮前范围内的上层卷带收紧。 12. 将飞达取起离开工作台,按动手动进料杆,检查是否可以正常进料,上层卷带是 否正常后退。 13. 正常后将飞达装入机器,不正常时必需重复9-12动作进行安装。 4.1.3 关机 4.1.3.1 确认轨道上无PCB。 4.1.3.2 选择左下方的关闭选项,关闭程序和电脑。 4.1.3.3 待屏幕出去可以关闭时,将机器电源开关逆时针旋转90度关闭电源。 4.1.3.4 关闭控制柜SMT电源开关。 4.1.3.5 关闭供气设备。 4.2 保养办法 4.2.1 日保养 4.2.1.1 清洁机器外表面,显示器表面。 4.2.1.2 清洁废料盘,机器内部和物料器底座上的电子元件或异物。 4.2.1.3 吸嘴清洁和注油。
检查PCB板止档块磨损程度,若磨损较严重时需更换。 4.2.3.6 清洁个感应器
使用干净的布擦除感应器外表和凹槽内的异物。 4.2.3.7 机器内各处清洁
使用干净布或吸尘器清洁机器内的元件,异物和灰尘。 4.2.3.8 机箱内各处清洁
使用螺丝批打开机箱,使用干净布或吸尘器清洁机器内的元件,异物和灰尘。 4.2.3.9 清洁X,Y,Z轴杆和轨道轴杆
4.2.2.3 清洁飞行相机镜头 使用空气喷射器对各相机镜头吹去污垢,必要时用酒精棉签擦净镜头后,用干棉签在
次擦干净。注意不得使用风枪清洁镜头。 4.2.2.4 清洁机器侧面的风扇
将风扇保护盖取下,将保护罩和过滤海棉使用风枪对其吹干净(次步骤在室外进行)。 再对风扇叶清洁干净后装回。 4.2.3 月保养 4.2.3.1 检查吸嘴管套
清洗液为 CHEMTECH Sticker Remover 喷雾 润滑油为 润滑油脂为 THK AFE EP2 4.3.4 更换物料取飞达和插入飞达时必需停机。 4.3.5 更换物料后必需检查新物料是否正确,并在“换料登记表”上记录。 4.3.6 更换的物料有2个用量时,换完物料须按“FEEDER”键激活此占物料。 4.3.7 不得随意调整机器各种参数。 4.3.8 正常操作机器时,若听到异常噪音,必须立即停机检查。 4.3.9 生产时,发现抛料现象时必需清洗吸嘴及吸嘴轴杆。 4.3.10 生产时,发现批量不良品时必须上报拉长解决问题。 4.3.11 新员工上岗前,须进行安全生产培训,合格后才能上岗,新员工上岗时,拉长须对新员工 进行现场培训和督导。禁止未培训者操作机器,否则容易出现安全事故。 4.4 安全警告信息: 如违反上述规定操作可能会导致作业人员人体各种损伤或机器损坏。
