近年来,英语口语表达能力的培养倍受师生重视,已成为英语教学的重要组成部分。
但由于多种因素的影响,英语口语教学的效果一直不佳,成为初中英语教学最薄弱的一环。
因此,加强英语口语教学,帮助学生克服口语学习中的困难迫在眉睫。
我一直任教初中英语,年复一年乐在其中,因教学成绩突出也曾受过几次学校或上级部门的表彰,自认为积累的教学经验也不少,但在英语口语教学方面总感不满意,好像拖欠学生的。
于是,在2013学年初,我征求级部大多数英语教师的意见,向校领导请示、向专家请教,申报了山东省教学研究课题“以活动为主线,加强学生英语口语能力培养的策略”。
我将课题研究与英语教学紧密结合,在加强学生英语口语能力培养方面探究出了行之有效的成果,在教学实践中已得到验证。
现将这一成果在教学中的应用作以探讨。
一、拟定方案1.析现状。
在现实的初中英语教学中,我们一再强调要为学生打好英语基础,要落实在听、说、读、写的基本技能上,然而在落实时却没那么容易。
尤其是英语的“说”,即英语口语,更是“软肋”。
从学生方面看,学英语时学生喜欢听,也擅长写,出声朗读则感到困难,脱口说更是难为情,几乎成了“哑巴英语”,这是学英语的语言环境长期不适合而致使学生缺乏兴趣造成的。

课题应用推广背景
《提高国际化经营人才英语口语能力》课题是以2008年 上半年中石化国际化经营人才英语培训班学员为观察对象, 结合国际化经营人才学习英语的情况展开调查并从中发现和 解决问题,主要以研究如何提高英语口语能力为主线,为在 国际化经营人才英语培训中如何提高英语口语教学进行有益 的尝试和研究所取得的课题成果,该成果获得了处2008年 课题研究二等奖。按照课题研究“研究目的以应用为主”的 原则,我们认真开展了推广应用工作,在2008年下半年第 2期以及2009年上半年第3期国际化经营人才英语培训中应 用该成果。
中口语部分学员所取得的成绩进行分析,尽管相对入学前口语成 绩大幅度提高,但我们发现大部分学员口语成绩仍不是很理想。
口语部分满分50分,学员口语平均成绩不到30分,还有一名学
员口语成绩不及格(24分),这是非常严峻的现实,迫切需要在 今后的国际化人才英语培训中对研究成果加以推广应用以有效提 高口语成绩。
英语口语教学的规律,切实提高英语口语教学能力,而且
可以引导所有英语教师参与教科研,增强英语教师的教科 研水平。

为适应集团公司建设具有较强国际竞争力跨 国能源化工公司的需要,集团公司加大了国际
口语交际是人际交往的重要内容,学员通过口语交际 能习得人际交往规范,培养学员的语言交际、待人处事、 临场应变、团队合作等综合能力和素养,使普通学员在 口语训练中正确地认识和评价自己。很多成人学员性格 内向,心理素质较差,不能大胆说出自己的见解。面对
