我将课题研究与英语教学紧密结合，在加强学生英语口语能力培养方面探究出了行之有效的成果，在教学实践中已得到验证。
现将这一成果在教学中的应用作以探讨。
一、拟定方案1.析现状。
在现实的初中英语教学中，我们一再强调要为学生打好英语基础，要落实在听、说、读、写的基本技能上，然而在落实时却没那么容易。
尤其是英语的“说”，即英语口语，更是“软肋”。
从学生方面看，学英语时学生喜欢听，也擅长写，出声朗读则感到困难，脱口说更是难为情，几乎成了“哑巴英语”，这是学英语的语言环境长期不适合而致使学生缺乏兴趣造成的。

课题应用推广背景
《提高国际化经营人才英语口语能力》课题是以2008年 上半年中石化国际化经营人才英语培训班学员为观察对象， 结合国际化经营人才学习英语的情况展开调查并从中发现和 解决问题，主要以研究如何提高英语口语能力为主线，为在 国际化经营人才英语培训中如何提高英语口语教学进行有益 的尝试和研究所取得的课题成果，该成果获得了处2008年 课题研究二等奖。按照课题研究“研究目的以应用为主”的 原则，我们认真开展了推广应用工作，在2008年下半年第 2期以及2009年上半年第3期国际化经营人才英语培训中应 用该成果。
中口语部分学员所取得的成绩进行分析，尽管相对入学前口语成 绩大幅度提高，但我们发现大部分学员口语成绩仍不是很理想。
口语部分满分50分，学员口语平均成绩不到30分，还有一名学
员口语成绩不及格（24分），这是非常严峻的现实，迫切需要在 今后的国际化人才英语培训中对研究成果加以推广应用以有效提 高口语成绩。
英语口语教学的规律，切实提高英语口语教学能力，而且
可以引导所有英语教师参与教科研，增强英语教师的教科 研水平。

为适应集团公司建设具有较强国际竞争力跨 国能源化工公司的需要，集团公司加大了国际
口语交际是人际交往的重要内容，学员通过口语交际 能习得人际交往规范，培养学员的语言交际、待人处事、 临场应变、团队合作等综合能力和素养，使普通学员在 口语训练中正确地认识和评价自己。很多成人学员性格 内向，心理素质较差，不能大胆说出自己的见解。面对
这一现状，我们成人培训不应因为学员的“不配合”而
放弃英语口语教学，反而更应强化，从而促进学员的社 会化。
