2.旋风分离器工作原理
含尘气体以一定速度从切线方向进入上圆筒，在筒体器壁和器 顶的约束作用下，含尘气体紧贴内壁呈螺旋状向下运动，形成外旋气 流。随着外旋气流旋转速度加快，产生的离心力也越来越强，气流中 的固体颗粒被甩向内壁并沿壁向下落入集料桶中。当外旋气流运动到 锥底后，因压力的增大，迫使气流旋向中心的低压柱而形成向上运动 的内旋气流，内旋气流从顶部的排气管排出，排出的气体颗粒含量很 低，是净化气体。
