其中涉及到的学生、教师活动设计如下：1.学生课前，课外学习设计：根据所做训练题，统计学生易错题目与难点。
2. 教师课堂教学活动设计：在小组合作，质疑解难环节中对有困难的小组给予帮助。
采用竞争机制，让小组进行展示，给予相应加分。
3.学生课堂学习活动设计：核对答案，自主纠错。
小组合作，组内商讨不会做的题目，互帮互助，质疑解难。
课堂中完成教师设计的各环节对应练习题。
课后完成达标测评题目。
4.课堂学生学习效果测评工具和学习方法：课堂中完成教师设计的各环节对应练习题。
自主完成达标测评题目。
学情分析由于我们学校地处城乡结合部，学生的英语学习环境、学习风气、学习兴趣以及学习积极性都不尽相同，加上本班学生的学习基础一般，学习兴趣不高，学习习惯稍差，两级分化严重。
因此在保证学优生能“吃得饱、吃得好”的同时，努力降低学困生的要求，促使学困生的英语学习兴趣的提高，以此缩小英语学习的两极分化。
所以，如何在提高学生学习兴趣的同时，让学生积极的参与学习活动，自觉地学习和掌握知识是这堂课的设计难点。
效果分析1）.小组活动中采用竞争机制，调动学生积极性。
2).运用多种教学方法，引起学生注意，激发学生学习兴趣，发挥学生主导作用。
把情感，态度，价值观的体现融合到知识与技能，过程与方法的目标中来，努力为学生进一步学习英语打好基础。
3).倡导“自主，合作，探究”的学习方式，本堂课中学生不是被动的接受知识，而是积极主动的参加学习，通过感知，实践，体验，参与等方式真正成为课堂的主人。
4).面向全体，听说读写全面培养，注重情感升华。
课后反思我执教的是人教版新目标英语八年级下册Unit7 What’s the highest mountain in the world?.的复习训练课。
为了做到有的放矢，把复习讲深讲透，在开课前我先做了大量的准备工作：通过训练广泛收集学生掌握信息，总结学生易错知识点。
一、充分的课前准备1.分析比较。
通过做题，根据每题出现的典型错误揣摩学生的答题思路，归纳造成学生答题错误的主要原因（或审题意识，或知识积累，或心理因素，或卷面书写，或语言表达，等等），以明确学生在各个板块复习中的总体优势和劣势。
比较是为了充分利用练习题的检测功能，发现教学中的进步和薄弱环节，发现学生学习的基本状况，更好地指导以后的教学2.确定重点。
数据统计及分析比较的根本目的，在于站在命题思想和备考策略的高度，对得错率高的题目认真查找错误原因，发现教学中的漏洞和不足，并确定复习的知识重点和板块重点，做到有的放矢。
二、精心设计教学环节1. 根据我校和乐课堂的教学模式，将本次授课分为六大环节：出示目标；单词闯关；短语检测；挑战造句；合作探究；达标测试。
2.选题典型。
训练中总有一些错误率高、迷惑性大的题目，还有一些能体现本阶段专题教学重点的习题。
我选择这些题作为复习的重点，而不是面面俱到。
根据学生答题情况，对某道题或某个板块题型的常见干扰陷阱设置讲清、讲明。
3.融会贯通。
我在复习过程中，帮助学生借题发挥，类比延伸，调动已有的知识积累，理清相关的知识结构，使学生形成一个经纬交织、融会贯通的知识网络。
4.增强信心。
学习没有常胜将军，一马当先不必沾沾自喜，马失前蹄不必妄自菲薄，学习关键在于细、实、慢、活，坚持不懈。
特别是对于考试成绩较差的学生，我不仅没有过多地指责、批评，而且在讲评时，特别注意帮助他们恢复信心，使其保持和强化学好英语的心理动机。
三、不足之处1.个别题目拓展不到位，没有针对学生的错误做进一步的指导练习。
2.设计的导学案练习题较多，个别题目没有留出足够的时间让学生进行投影展示。
通过本次研课，我深深地感到，教学是一门永无止境的艺术，无论怎样构思教学，总有需要我们进一步改进的地方，因此，备好课绝不是一句空话，它需要我们充分了解教材，了解学生，需要我们踏踏实实地考虑好每一环节，最大程度地让学生接受每节课所学的知识。

学生们通过Unit6 的学习，已经对形容词的比较等级有了初步的了解，并且我分析了八年级学生，表现欲强，好奇心强的特点，来利用小组合作、任务型教学方法来进行教学活动。
