二、用途IRG型立式单级单吸热水泵适用于冶金、化工、纺织、木材加工、造纸以及饭店、浴室、宾馆等锅炉高温热水增压循环输送及城市住房采暖循环用泵,使用温度105℃以下。

三、工作条件:1、吸入压力≤1.6MPa,或泵系统最高工作压力≤1.6MPa,即泵吸入口压力+泵扬程≤1.6MPa、泵静压试验压力为2.5MPa,订货时请注明系统工作压力。

泵系统工作压力大于1.6MPa时应在订货时另行提出,以便在制造时泵的过流部分和联接部分采用铸钢材料。

2、环境温度<40℃,相对湿度<95%。

3、所输送介质中固体颗粒体积含量不超过单位体积的0.1%,粒度<0.2mm。

注:如使用介质为带有细小颗粒,请在订货时注明,以便厂家采用耐磨式机械密封。

IH100-65J-200B型单级单吸离心化工泵,按照国家标准设计通用化程度高。

用于输送不含固体颗粒,粘度类似于水的腐蚀性液体,被输送介质温度一般为20℃~105℃。

泵的最高工作压力为1.6MPa,进口压力不高于0.6MPa。

IR100-65J-250型单级热水泵 IR100-65J-250型单级热水泵,是全国联合设计的节能泵,它是BA型、BL型及其他单级清水离心泵的更新型。

优点有:全系列水力性能布局合理,用户选择范围宽,检修方便;效率和吸程达到国际平均先进水平。

本型泵适用于工业和城市给水、排水,也可用于农业排灌及供输送清水或物理化学性质类似于清水的其他液体之用,温度不高150℃。

IR100-65J-250型单级热水泵型号意义: IR100-65J-250型单级热水泵结构特点: IR100-65J-250型单级热水泵系根据国家标准ISO2858所规定的性能和尺寸设计的,主要由泵体(1)、泵盖(2)、叶轮(3)、轴(4)、密封环(5)、轴套及悬架轴承部件(12)等所组成。

IR100-65J-250型单级热水泵的泵体和录盖的部分,是从叶轮背面处剖分的,即通常所说的后开门结构形式。

其优点是检修方便,检修时不动泵体,吸入管路,排出管路和电动机,只需拆下加长联轴器的中间联接件,即可退出转子部件,进行检修。

泵的壳体(即泵体和泵盖)抅成泵的工作室、叶轮、轴和滚动轴承等为录的转子。

悬架轴承部件支承着泵的转子部件,滚动轴承承受泵的径向力和轴向力。

为了平衡泵的轴向力,大多数泵的叶轮前、后均设有密封环,并在叶轮后盖板上设有平衡孔,由于有些泵轴向力不大,叶轮背面未设密封环和平衡孔。

泵的轴向密封环是由填料压盖(9),填料环(10),和填料(11)等组成,以防止进气或大量漏水。

泵的叶轮如有平衡,則装有软填料的空腔与叶轮吸入口相通,若叶轮入口处液体处于真空状态,則很容易沿着轴套表面进气,故在填料腔内装有填料环通过泵盖上的小孔将泵室内压力水引至填科环进行密封。

泵的叶轮如没有平衡孔, 由于叶轮背面液体压力大于大气压,因而不存在漏汽问題,故可不装填料环。

为避免轴麿损,在轴通过填料腔的部位装冇轴套保护,轴套与轴之间装有0形密封困,以防止沿着配合表面进气或漏水。

IRG型热水循环泵
IRG型热水循环泵概述:
IRG型热水循环泵系单级单吸悬臂式离心泵,适用于冶金、电站、化工、采暖余热利用系统或封闭贿赂中的热水循环和有机热电缴获。

用来输送温度不超过230℃,工作压力不高于3MPa的介质。

IRG型热水循环泵参数范围:
流量Q 5.4~400m3/s
扬程H 6~80m

IRG型热水循环泵结构型式:
泵为卧式安装,水平轴向吸入,向上径向吐出。

泵体为后开门式,可不拆卸泵体、吸入和排出管进行检修。

泵的轴封采用填料密封或铅箔包填料密封。

轴承为滚动轴承,采用稀油润滑。

IRG型热水循环泵旋转方向:
从电动机端看,泵为顺时针方向旋转。

IRG型热水循环泵主要零件材质:
泵的过流部件材质,除叶轮Ⅰ、Ⅱ类材质用HT200外,其余Ⅰ:QT500-7;Ⅱ:ZG230-450;Ⅲ:ZG2Cr13。
