使用说明
1.表面处理:机械处理(喷砂)后脱脂,或化学处理。

2.稀释:可不经稀释直接涂胶.若实际需要,亦可用前述稀释剂进行适量稀释.
2.涂 胶:用浸渍法、滚涂法、刷涂法或喷涂法将本胶水均匀涂覆于基材表面。

3.干 燥:室温干燥至少30分钟-60分钟,或高温150度下干燥5-15分钟.
4.停 放:按需要可在干燥后立即硫化,无需预烘.
使用注意事项
一段硫化: 推荐硫化温度为150℃-180℃.时间因胶粘剂不同而异进行调整.
二段硫化: 起始温度比一段硫化温度低10℃,由此逐步升温, 经过至少2-3小时至所需的最高温度,最高二段硫
化温一般不宜超过220℃
注意事项
远离儿童存放。

若不慎接触皮肤,擦拭干净,然后用清水冲洗;若不慎接触眼睛,立即用清水冲洗并到医院检查。

贮存条件
在8-28℃阴凉干燥处贮存。

贮存期为12个月。

环氧AB胶使用说明书
一、产品简介
本胶水为以环氧树脂为基础树脂的AB胶,可在室温下快速固化,适用于太阳能行业晶体硅棒切割过程中的粘接固定。

使用方法简单,粘度适中,易于操作,AB组分为不同颜色,易于辨别是否混合均匀;固化过程中固化收缩率小;固化后产品具有优异的粘接性能。

1、A剂和B剂按1:1重量称取后,务必充分搅拌混合均匀;如混合不均匀会
造成固化不充分,影响产品性能;
2、A剂和B剂混合后,开始反应,务必在操作时间之内完成涂胶操作,以免胶
水固化,影响使用;
3、B剂在储存过程中可能会出现结皮现象,使用之前小心将表面结皮去除即可
使用,注意不要将结皮固体残留到剩余的B剂中,以免有固体颗粒影响产品性能;
4、产品储存过程中可能有沉降现象,使用之前,请沿底部充分搅拌混合;
5、每次称取所需量后,请将产品包装罐密封,以免长期与空气接触影响产品性
能;
6、建议使用时戴防护手套,以免产品沾到皮肤或眼睛,沾到皮肤时请及时用清
洗剂洗净;如不慎沾到眼睛时,请先以水冲洗,再送医治疗。

六、储存与包装

若是溶剂型胶粘剂因溶剂挥发而导致浓度变大,还得用适当的溶剂稀释。

对于双组分或多组分胶粘剂,必须在使用前按规定的比例严格称取。

因为固化剂(交联剂)用量不够,则胶层固化不完全;固化剂用量太大,又会使胶层的综合性能变差。

因此,一般称取各组分时,相对误差最好不要超过2%~5%,以保证较好的粘接性能。

每次配胶量的多少,根据不同胶的适用期、季节、环境温度、施工条件和实际用量大小决定,做到随用随配,尤其是室温快速固化胶粘剂,一次配制量过多,放热量大,容易过早凝胶,影响涂胶,也会造成浪费。

有的胶粘剂配方中,固化剂或促进剂用量给出了很大范围。

一般地说,在夏天气温高时选用含量小的配方,其他情况下选用含量高的配方。

由于胶粘剂固化时要放热,因此,对于一些在常温下反应缓慢的胶粘剂,可以一次配足所需要的使用量,而对于一些室温下反应快或固化反应放热量大的胶粘剂,则应该少配、勤配,否则会由于配好的胶液因反应放出的热来不及散发而使胶液温度升高,进一步加快反应速度,结果使胶液在短时间内凝胶,甚至“暴聚”。

调胶时各组分搅拌均匀非常重要。

例如双组分环氧胶,若是固化剂分散不均匀,就会严重损害粘接性能,不是固化不完全,就是局部发粘发泡。

称取时还应当注意,取各组分的工具不能混用,调胶的工具也不能接触盛胶容器中未用的各组分,以防失效变质。

配胶的容器和工具最好在购胶时配套购置。

若买不到配套器具时,可选用玻璃、陶瓷、金属的干净容器,搅拌工具可用玻璃棒、金属棒代替。

但应当注意,这些器具中不能有油污、水或其他污染物,使用前最好用溶剂清洗干净。

配胶的场所宜明亮干燥、灰尘尽量少,对有毒性的胶,应在通风的环境中配制。

配胶原则上应由专人负责,应有适当的技术监督,从而保证获得优质的胶粘剂。

1、使用前将胶液仔细搅拌均匀,尤其是底部的配合剂(长期放置
后有少量配合剂沉淀物)要搅起来;
2、用棉布清除较部位表面灰尘,如有油污,可用棉布蘸汽油清洗,
使涂胶表面干燥清洁;如将欲粘合物表面磨糙,效果会更好。

3、在欲粘物上均匀的喷涂一薄层,晾至以手轻触近乎不粘时(晾
干时间随环境温度而变化),将两粘合面粘在一起,在用适当的
方法加压(≥20N/cm2),24小时后即可检验粘结情况。

注意事项:
4、以上使用方法,在常温干燥的情况下粘结效果更佳,当空气湿
度大于70%或者环境温度较低时,涂胶后晾置时间应适当延长,以手触近乎不粘为准。

5、当由于环境温度过低影响粘结效果时,可用热吹风机将脱胶部
位加热至50~60℃,使胶层变软后重新进行粘结即可。

6、不同用户的粘结条件、粘接材料各不相同,可探索使用最适合
的施工方法。

7、建议施工温度不低于10℃,低温状态时会影响粘结强度。
