Step1 Warming-up
1．播放第二课时的歌曲：《I watch music shows》，进行本课课堂。
2．多媒体展示电视节目图片，复习上课的句型：What are your favourite shows? When do you usually watch them? Why do you like them? Are they interesting? 等。
Step2 Presentation
1．师：Today we’ll learn more about TV shows. Turn to Page 60. First, look at the pictures below. What do you see? Who can answer me?
2．Listen to the tape，the students follow it.
3．屏幕分段展示句子，教师讲解内容：
片段一：I can learn about animals from different countries.我可以学到不同国家的动物知识。
片段二：every evening每天晚上。
There are many different activities on these shows.在这些节目中有许多不同的活动。

3．根据海报宣传活动内容，把相应句子写在61页下面的横线上，小组内成员交流写作成果。

1．师：下面我们要听一个故事了，听故事前老师要提问你们两个问题：
小男孩家每个人都喜欢什么电视节目? 他们为什么喜欢这些电视节目? 发生了怎样的状况？他们最后做什么了？
2．播放故事录音，学生跟读。

教读，学生跟读。
教师故事学生rain 的中文意思是“下雨”。
教师再在rain 后面用红色粉笔写上字母y,告诉学生rainy 是“下雨的”意思，并教读单词rainy 。
同样方法教读单词 rainbow,让学生反复读这三个单词并引导其发现字母组合 “ai”的读音是没有变化的。
因此学生应牢牢掌握字母组 合“ai”的发音。
教师示范发音，学生跟读，自己感受发 音时声带和口型的变化。
教师在黑板上画出一道彩虹，问 学生这个动作被称为什么。
学生回答画画时，教师再写出 单词paint 和wait 并教读，学生跟读，教师引导学生发现 规律：这两个单词中仍然是有字母组合“ai”在其中，且 发音同样为/ei/。
最后教师总结规律。
3 .另外教师请学生注意单词间的拼写区别，简单讲述词 性.教师鼓励学生用所学单词进行造句或对话。
4 .学习第二组单词时，教师先从词组sing the birthday songs 引入,让学生自己认出单词birthday,教师再造句： My birthday is next Monday!由此将单词 Monday 写在黑板 上，教师再说：“别人生日时，我们应该对他说‘生日快 乐'是不是？ ”学生说“是教师再问“说”用英文是 怎么读的呢？同时将单词say 写在黑板上，最后写上单词 way 。
教师引导学生观察四个单词发现它们都有字母“ay”, 通过反复齐读四个单词发现“ay”发音为/ei/和“ai”发音 一致。
教师可以请学生来列举与此四个单词发音规律相同 的单词，以便更好地掌握发音规律。
最后教师总结规律。

【教课重难点】要点：1.读准“ Let’s spell”部分中的例词，并完成练习。
2.能区分形容词性和名词性物主代词，并能灵巧运用。
难点：鼻辅音的发音。
【课前准备】1.单词卡片；2.教课光盘或其余录音机设备；3.教课课件。
【教课过程】Step 1: Warm up（ 1）教师出示代词，学生两人一组搭档，一人说形容词性物主代词，一人说名词性物主代词，比一比，看看哪组搭档配合得最完满。
（2）Free talk，教拿一个学生的一本并：“ Whose book is it?”Ss:“ It’s ⋯’s.It ’shers/his.” 句型。
Step 2: Presentation（ 1）直接以展现片和学生猜的方式展现出两例，并板：ng: long ,sing ,ring ,youngnk: think ,ink ,trunk ,pink（2）播放教课光，学生跟例，模拟音，尽量准例。
（3）小，成流例，互相正音，教巡指。
（4）教写出两的音，并学生仔察“ ng”“ nk”的音有何异同。
（ 5）展现成就，交流，教点，并指鼻音的音，舌后音，音下垂，堵住口腔通道，气流从鼻腔送出，声振。
（ 6）教范，引学生正确音。
Step 3: Consolidation and extension（1）完成“ Read, write and listen” 。
① 教先找出学生“开火” 所，学生一听一画出的字母合ng以及 //的字母合“nk”，教一听一正音，全班同学一起领悟的音。
②写出的字母合ng，以及//的字母合“ nk” 。
