光伏并网逆变器专用技术规范1并网逆变器范围的界定和重要功能要求1.1并网逆变器范围的界定并网逆变器作为不可分割的整体,不允许进行任何形式的拆分、分包或外协。
并网逆变器的容量、安规、降额系数等必须严格匹配。
并网逆变器的输入接口为逆变器直流输入侧的成套光伏连接器(含公头和母头),输出接口为并网逆变器的交流总输出。
1.2并网逆变器输入、输出电气接口的特性并网逆变器的每路直流输入为截面积4mm2的光伏专用直流电缆,并网逆变器上的成套光伏连接器(含公头、母头、安装附件等)必须与光伏专用直流电缆相匹配;并网逆变器的交流总输出接1根据三相铠装电力电缆,铠装电力电缆的截面积由设备厂家根据各自的设备情况提供建议,逆变器应保证三相铠装电力电缆通过螺栓连接方式与逆变器连接,逆变器的交流输出接线电缆孔必须与设备厂家建议的铠装电力电缆的截面积相匹配并预留调节余量,设备厂家需在此处提供逆变器交流输出接线电缆孔所兼容的截面积范围。
并网逆变器需通过独立的接线端子向外部提供逆变器内所有可通信设备的RS485通信接口,RS485通信接口的有效传输距离不小于100Om o设备厂家对逆变器RS485通信的通信距离、通信可靠性、准确性和有效性负责。
对并网逆变器标准的RS485通信接口的有效带宽、通信距离、通信可靠性、准确性和有效性负责。
并网逆变器上必须明确而清晰的标注出防雷接地点和设备外壳接地点。
设备方必须使用密封盖对未插合状态的光伏连接器等逆变器电气输入、输出接口进行有效的防潮和防尘保护。
1.3逆变器接地必须保证逆变器整机的安全性与可靠性,在并网逆变器内部,防雷系统的接地线和漏电监测保护系统的接地线(若有)不能共用。
1.4并网逆变器的防组件PID效应功能(电势诱导衰减)并网逆变器应具备防组件PID效应功能(电势诱导衰减),应能够完全消除组件的PID效应,同时,不能对光伏组件造成损害。
为保证并网逆变器防护组件PID效应功能的有效性,光伏并网逆变器必须保证光伏组件方阵负极对地的最大电压≥-6V。

操作说明1. 开机操作按下逆变器面板上的开机按钮,逆变器将开始运行。
在正常情况下,逆变器面板上的指示灯将亮起。
2. 关机操作按下逆变器面板上的关机按钮,逆变器将停止运行。
在正常情况下,逆变器面板上的指示灯将熄灭。
3. 逆变模式选择本逆变器支持多种逆变模式,可根据实际情况选择合适的逆变模式。
逆变模式设置可以通过逆变器面板上的按钮实现。
4. 风扇控制本逆变器内置风扇,可根据逆变器的温度自动调节风扇的转速。
在正常情况下,逆变器将自动控制风扇的转速。
5. 通讯接口本逆变器具有通讯接口,支持多种通讯协议,可实现远程监控和控制。

500kW光伏发电并网逆变器技术规范
1 概述
本技术规范规定了500kW光伏发电并网逆变器(以下简称光伏逆变器)的环境条件、基本参数、技术要求、检验规则、验收规范等。
本技术规范适用于500kW光伏发电并网逆变器(以下简称光伏逆变器)的制造、出厂检验及验收。

3使用环境条件
光伏逆变器的使用环境条件如表1所示。

4 基本参数
光伏逆变器的基本参数如表2所示。

5 技术要求
a)输出电压变化范围:不应超过额定值的±10%;
b)输出频率范围:光伏逆变器应与电网同步运行,输出频率偏差不应超过±0.5Hz;
c)输出电压波形畸变率及各次谐波满足国标GB/T14549-1993《电能质量-公用电网谐波》的要求;
d)输出电压三相不平衡度满足国标GB/T15543-2008《电能质量-三相电压允许不平衡度》的要求;
e)直流分量
并网运行时,光伏逆变器向电网馈送的直流电流不应大于逆变器输出电流额定值的0.5%;
f)功率因数要求:当光伏逆变器输出功率大于额定输出功率的50%时,滞后功率因数应不小于0.98;
g)负载能力
1)输入电压与输出功率为额定值,环境温度为25℃时,光伏逆变器连续可靠工作时间应不低于4小时;
2)输入电压为额定值,输出功率为额定值的125%时,光伏逆变器安全工作时间应不低于1min;
3)输入电压为额定值,输出功率为额定值的150%时,光伏逆变器安全工作时间应不低于2s;
h)具有最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)及软启动的功能;
i)介电性能:满足相应电压等级的绝缘耐压要求;
j)保护性能:光伏逆变器应具有过压/欠压保护、过频/欠频保护、过流保护、短路保护、极性反接保护、恢复并网、反放电保护、孤岛效应保护等。
k)通讯接口要求:采用Profibus-DP现场总线通讯接口;
l)柜体要求
1)柜体采用垂直地面安装的自撑式结构,预留吊装接口,并有保护接地;
2)柜体采用电缆下进线,直流侧设进线端子,容量满足额定电流要求,正负母排各留有不少于5根直流电缆的进线端子;交流侧设出
线铜排,容量满足额定电流要求,各相留有不少于3根交流电缆的出线端子。
3)防护等级:IP23。
6 检验规则
设备检验为出厂检验及现场试验项目,出厂检验项目如表3所示。

7 色彩、铭牌和标志
7.1 色彩
设备外表面颜色由买方提供色标。
7.2 铭牌
a) 铭牌采用不锈钢材料制造,字迹在整个寿命期内不易磨灭,铭牌的紧固件不得穿透机壳;
b) 铭牌的型式、规格等要求按GB/T 13306中的有关规定。
7.3 标志
a) 设备的接地螺栓位置附近应设有指示接地的标志;
b) 接线端子标志应符合GB 1971中的有关规定;
8 其它
8.1 随机文件
随机提供的图纸及文件有:
a)包装清单;
b)产品出厂合格证明书;
c)出厂试验报告及该类产品的型式试验报告;
d)安装、使用说明书,技术说明书,电气原理图,柜体安装接线图,端子排图等;
e)提供设备安装所要求的操作维护走廊净距、安装尺寸、控制电缆及电力电缆进口位置和连接详图;
f)主要技术数据及安装结构图;
g)设备总重量、最大运输尺寸和重量;
h)安装须知、调试须知、运行手册、维修手册、部件目录等。
8.2 质量保证期限
质保期限为设备正式验收后不少于2年。
