一、说教材1.教学内容本套教材注重学生的兴趣,经验,能结合实际,贴近生活。

这个特点在本单元得到充分的体现,本单元的主要内容是文娱活动,也就是学生在课余生活会做的事。

本节课将要学习五个有关的动词短语和what can you do?及其正确的回答。

2.在教材中的地位本课是Unit4 What can you do? 的第二课时,是一节词汇教学课,所学内容是本单元的基础内容。

二、说学情五年级的学生已有两年的英语基础,大部分学生的英语基础还不错,能够听懂简单的英语日常课堂用语。

本班共有29人,男生偏多一点,男生天生比女生好动,而且男生在学语言方面的天赋要比女生弱点,所以在课堂中我注重让每个学生动起来,尤其是在小组合作中,分工明确,各负其责。

三、说教学目标根据小学生的生理和心理特点以及发展需求,小学阶段英语课程的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们英语学习的积极态度,使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心;培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础;使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力,为进一步学习打下基础。

在认真分析教材的基础上,我针对学生实际,将本课时的教学目标确定如下:1.知识目标:(1)能听、说、读、写单词“sing”,“song”,“kung fu”,“dance”和词组“sing English songs”,“play the pipa”,“do kung fu”,“draw cartoons”。

(2)能在创设的实际情景中灵活运用句型“What can you do?”,“I can …”。

本单元的话题是"What can you do",与学生日常生活联系密切,是大部分学生乐于学习和接受的,从对话操练的过程中了解其他学生会做的事情,通过实际情况进行沟通和交流,学期起来更容易理解和接受,相信他们对本课的学习充满期待。

(二)教学目标新英语课程标准指出,基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语宫运用能力。

所以,我将教学目标确定为:(1)能力目标:能灵活运用句型Can you ...?进行问答练习,获取他人是否会做某事的信息。

(2)知识目标:能听、说、认读单词learn,any,problem和词组no problem。

(3〕情感目标:培养学生主动学习的意识和与他人进行沟通、交流的能力,让学生感受到合作学习的乐趣和效率。

(三)教学重点和难点(1)本课时需要重点掌握的单词:learn,any,problem和词组no problem;能灵活运用句型Can you ...?进行问答练习。

(2)词组no problem的使用是本课时的难点,要让学生在课堂上较好掌握该词,教师需巧教.趣教.努力调动学生积极性。

二、说教法根据以上对教材的分析我采用情景法、游戏法、对话法、多媒体辅助法等教学方法,坚持以话题为核心。

在教学方法的使用上,我还采取了合作学习法 和鼓励学习法,给学生练习语言,并相互配合, 学习的机会。
二.学情分析
本节课的授课对象是五年级的学生,这 个年龄段的学生已经有了一定的英语基础, 而且学生在四年级已经接触过water the flowers,sweep the floor,set the table, make the bed等词语,同时学生也已掌握了许 多动作表达方式。教学中以旧引新,降低学 习的难度,不断循环复现,帮助学生积累巩 固。

六.说教学手段
根据本课教材的特点,我 除了采用常规的教学手段外, 同时采用了现代教学技术, 使学生的多种感官共同参与 到整个学习过程中,激发学 生的学习兴趣,提高了课堂 教学效率。

1.Warm-up(热身)
(1).师生进行日常对话。
(2).Let’s chant 。课件播放start部分Let’s chant,让学生边听边看图理解歌谣的意思。 然后提问歌谣中的动物和人都会干些什么。 由此引出新课:What can you do ?(你们 都会干些什么呢?)
4.Consolidation (巩固) 课件出示一些熟悉的图片, 请学生发挥想象,用句型I can… 来表述。拓展学生的知识面,培 养学生参与学习的意识。

语言教学必须重视情感渗透。学习 此课,我给学生布置作业:用句型“I can …”写出自己能帮助父母所做的事情。 通过人文化、情感化的作业融入孩子对 父母的爱,培养学生对父母的体贴之情。
情感态度目标 培养学生对生活的自理能力,对父母的体贴之情,对劳动 的热爱之情。
四.教学重难点 1.本课时教学重点是有关家务劳 动的五个动词词组。
2.本课时教学难点是掌握empty the trash这个词组的发音以及运用句型 “I’m helpful, I can ....”进行表述.

2. Presentation (新课呈现) ( 1 )为了让学生更好地掌握教学 重点,利用以旧引新的教学法,通 过多媒体和实物的直观展示,引导 学生回忆所学的单词,然后引出即 将学习的新词组,最后卡片带读。既 能降低教学的难度,也能减轻学生 学习的负担。 (2)为了让大多数学生都能更 好地掌握本课时的教学重难点,新词 的呈现之后,多种方式进行操练。
