4 •使用适量的保湿液
将适量的保湿液倒入手掌中，两手相对进行揉搓，使其覆盖双手，然后将手放到脸上，使保湿液均匀地覆盖整个面部。
检查一下皮肤是否完全吸收。
如果5分钟后皮肤仍然感觉油腻，说明保湿液用量过多；
如果皮肤感觉发干或者有紧绷感，说明保湿液用量不足。
过敏性皮肤需要特别注意，适度使用柔肤水和保湿液常常能够解决这个问题。
