产品简介4-72离心风机是工业各领域应用最广泛的风机之一,本风机风量从844-221730立方米/小时,风压324-3200帕斯卡,功率:1.1-220kw,中低压大风量。

有普通型、防腐型、防爆型、耐高温四种规格。

电机直联、皮带传动、联轴器传动方式均有。

作为一般工厂及大建筑物的室内通风换气,即可用作输入气体,也可用作输出气体。

空气和其它不自燃、对人体无害的、对钢铁材料无腐蚀性的气体。

气体内不许有粘性物质,所含的尘土及硬质颗粒不大于150mg/m3。

气体的温度:不超过80℃。

从电机一侧正视,叶轮顺时针旋转者称右旋风机以“右”表示;叶轮逆进针旋转者称左旋风机,以“左”表示。

风机的出口位置,以机壳的出风口角度表示。

4-72型风机№2.8~6出厂时均做成一种型式,使用单位根据要求再安装成所需要的位置,订货时不需注明。

其中№2.8出风口位置调整范围是0°~255°,间隔是45°;№16、20出风口位置制成固定的三种0°、90°、180°,不能调整,订货时需注明。

风机的传动方式有A、B、C、D四种:№2.8~6采用A式传动,№8~12采用C、D式传动,№16~20采用B式传动。

介质温度不大于80℃。

风机采用双吸入进气,机号有6E、8E、10E、12E、14E、16E、18E、20E。

Centrifugal fanA centrifugal fan (also squirrel-cage fan, as it looks like a hamster wheel) is a mechanical device for moving air or gases. It has a fan wheel composed of a number of fan blades, or ribs, mounted around a hub. As shown in Figure 1, the hub turns on a driveshaft that passes through the fan housing. The gas enters from the side of the fan wheel, turns 90 degrees and accelerates due to centrifugal force as it flows over the fan blades and exits the fan housing.Centrifugal fans can generate pressure rises in the gas stream. Accordingly, they are well-suited for industrial processes and air pollution control systems. They are also common in central heating/cooling systems.1. Fan componentsThe major components of a typical centrifugal fan include the fan wheel, fan housing, drive mechanism, and inlet and/or outlet dampers.2. Types of drive mechanismsThe fan drive determines the speed of the fan wheel (impeller) and the extent to which this speed can be varied. There are three basic types of fan drivers.2.1 Direct driveThe fan wheel can be linked directly to the shaft of an electric motor. This means that the fan wheel speed is identical to the motor’s rotational speed. With this type of fan drive mechanism, the fan speed cannot be varied unless the motor speed is adjustable.2.2.1 Belt driveBelt drive fans use multiple belts that rotate in a set of sheaves mounted on the motor shaft and the fan wheel shaft.This type of drive mechanism is depicted in figure 2. The belts transmit the mechanical energy from the motor to the fan.The fan wheel speed depends upon the diameter of the motor sheave to the diameter of the fan wheel sheave and can be obtained from this equation:Where:= fan wheel speed, revolutions per minute= motor nameplate speed, revolutions per minute= diameter of the motor sheave= diameter of the fan wheel sheaveFan wheel speeds in belt-driven fans are fixed unless the belts slip. Belt slippage can reduce the fan wheel speed several hundred revolutions per minute (rpm).2.2 Variable driveVariable drive fans use hydraulic or magnetic couplings (between the fan wheel shaft and the motor shaft) that allow control of the fan wheel speed independent of the motor speed. The fan speed controls are often integrated into automated systems to maintain the desired fan speed.An alternate method of varying fan speed is by use of an electronic variable-speed drive which controls the speed of the motor driving the fan. This offers better overall energy efficiency at reduced speeds than mechanical couplings.2.3 Fan dampersFan dampers are used to control gas flow into and out of the centrifugal fan. They may be installed on the inlet side or on the outlet side of the fan, or both. Dampers on the outlet side impose a flow resistance that is used to control gas flow. Dampers on the inlet side are designed to control gas flow and to change how the gas enters the fan wheel.Inlet dampers reduce fan energy usage due to their ability to affec t the airflow pattern into the fan.3. Backward-curved bladesBackward-curved blades, as in figure 3(b), use blades that curve against the direction of the fan wheel’s rotation. The backward curvature mimics that of an airfoil cross section and provides good operating efficiency with relatively economical construction techniques. These types of fan wheels are used in fans designed to handle gas streams with how to moderate particulate loadings. They can be easily fitted with wear protection but certain blade curvatures can be prone to solids build-up.Backward curved fans can have a high range of specific speeds but are most often used for medium specific speed application—high pressure, medium flow applications.Backward-curved fans are much more energy efficiency than radial blade fans and so, for high horsepower applications may be a suitable alternative to the lower cost radial bladed fan.4. Straight radial bladesRadial fan blades, as in figure 3(c), extend straight out from the hub. A radial blade fan wheel is often on particular-laden gas streams because it is the least sensitive to solids build-up on the blades, but it is often characterized by greater noise output. High speeds, low volumes, and high pressure are common with radial fans, and are often used in vacuum cleaners, pneumatic conveying systems, and similar processes.5. Centrifugal fan ratingsRatings found in centrifugal fan performance tables and curves are based on standard air SCFM. Fan manufacturers define standard air as clean, dry air with a density of 0.075 pounds mass per cubic foot (1.2kg/m^3), with the barometric pressure at sea level of 29.92 inches of mercury (101.325kPa) and a temperature of 70F. Selecting a centrifugal fan to operate at conditions other than standard air requires adjustment to both static pressure and brake horsepower. The volume of air will not be affected in a given system because a fan will move the same amount of air regardless of the air density.If a centrifugal fan is to operate at a non-standard density, then corrections must be made to static pressure and brake horsepower. At higher than standard elevation (sea veal) and higher than standard temperature, air density is lower than standard density. Centrifugal fans that are specified for continuous operation at higher temperatures need to be selected taking into account air density corrections. Again, a centrifugal fan is a constant volume device that will move the same amount of air at tow different temperatures.If, for example, a centrifugal fan moves 1,000ft^3/min (28 m^3/min) at 70F it will also move 1,000ft^3/min (28 m^3/min) at 200F. Centrifugal fan air volume delivered by the centrifugal fan is not affected by density. However, since the 200f air weights much less than the 70f air, the centrifugal fan will create less static pressure and will require less brake horsepower. Selecting a centrifugal fan to operate atconditions other than standard air requires adjustment to both static pressure and power. When a centrifugal fan is specified for a given CFM and static pressure at conditions other than standard, an air density correction factor must be applied to select the proper size fan to meet the new condition. Since 200f air weighs only 80% of 70f air, the centrifugal fan will create less pressure. To get the actual pressure required at 200f , the designer would have to multiply the pressure at standard conditions by an air density correction factor of 1.25 (i.e.,1.0/0.8) to get the system to operate correctly. 4-72系列风机使用说明书一、安装,调试,运行1.1 安装前,需彻查通风机所有部件,叶轮和机壳转向一致,一切连接正常平稳,风机运转时不能有任何摩擦。

如有问题,一经发现必须立刻解决。

1.2 安装前需检查以下事项: 机壳内无工具或杂物残留,进气管和出气管须自然连接,不得用力过猛。

禁止在通风机管道上增加重量,检查通风机主轴水平度。

1.3检查轴接合,带轮及皮带是否安装完好。

两带轮应在一条中线上;检查风机轴和电机轴的同轴度是否符合技术要求。

(径向位移0.1mm,倾斜度0.8/1000)。

1.4 安装完毕后测试风机运行情况。

在零负荷状态下开启风机,即关闭进气调节阀并稍微开启出气调节阀,在开启过程中仔细检查风机运行情况,其运行不得超出额定值。

如运行状况良好,打开阀门恢复正常运行。

1.5 当转速达到正常值后,应检查轴承温度,正常情况下其温度应低于80℃。

发生诸如剧烈震动,温度过高或杂声等情况需立即停止机器并检查。

二、维护2.1 为避免因错误操作造成的故障,延长通风机寿命,必须严格检查维护保养。

2.2 将过滤器和除尘器安装在进气管前面,如果进气管上不安装任何装置,需安装防护网以免吸入杂物损坏叶轮。

2.3 定期对通风机及气管道进行除尘。

2.4 定期增加或更换润滑油。

2.5如发生以下故障,需检查维修:a) 风机剧烈震动1. 底座硬度不够或不牢固2.叶轮摩擦风口3. 地脚螺栓或其他部件松动4.叶轮铆钉松动或叶轮变形5. 风口未安装好,造成共振6. 叶片脏,叶轮磨损变形,轴弯曲造成转子失衡7. 带轮未安装好,电动机轴和风机轴不同轴对称b)轴承温度过高1.润滑剂不好或有沙尘等杂质2. 支架或连接螺栓太紧或太松3. 滚珠损坏c) 电流过量1.气密度过高导致电机超负荷2. 低电压或单相电源断开三、测试后安装风机零负荷测试及负荷测试:3.1 零负荷测试:在正常情况下,风机将气体输出,没有任何阻力,通常打开一个风管,机器无负荷运行4小时。

在使用时,常常发生流量过多或不足的现象,产生这种现象的原因很多,如果在使用过程中发 生这种现象,主要是由于管网中的阻力时大时 小,或风机在飞动区工作等缘故。如果是在使 用过程中,经过较长时间逐渐减少,或在短时 间内突然减少,主要由于管网堵塞。

F4-72玻璃钢离心风机F4—72玻璃钢离心风机系列是我公司在原有4—72离心风机的基础上设计的新型风机,保留了原型风机的空气动力学性能,又用特殊工艺制作,具有效率高、噪声低、质轻高强、耐腐蚀,抗老化等优点。

本系列风机广泛应用于一般工厂及各类建筑物的通风换气,且特别适用于化工、电镀、医药等特殊行业,对输易燃易爆气体的场所,可选用BF4—72玻璃钢防爆离心风机,该系列风机与其它风机相比较,更具有良好的使用性能和使用寿命。

如用户需要风机机架请在订货时说明。

其中C式传动、6A以上玻璃钢离心风机外形结构安装尺寸,在订购风机的同时,按照各机号,另行提供图纸,也可参照用户要求生产。

三、结 构
4-72 型风机中№2.8~6 主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口等部分配直联电机而组成。№8~20 除具有 上述部分外,还有传动部分等。 (1)叶轮由 10 个后倾的机翼型叶片、曲线型前盘和平板后盘组成。用钢板或铸铝合金制造, 并经动、静平衡校正,空气性能良好,效率高、运转平稳。 (2)机壳做成两种不同型式。№2.8~12 机壳作成整体,不能拆开。№16~20 的机壳制成三开 式,除沿中分水平面分为两半外,上半部再沿中心线垂直分为两半,用螺栓连接。 (3)进风口制成整体,装于风机的侧面,与轴向平行的截面为曲线形状,能使气体顺利进入叶 轮,且损失较小。 (4)传动部分由主轴、轴承箱、滚动轴承、皮带轮或联轴器组成。

用途4-72型离心通风机主要用途是为一般工厂及大型建筑物的室内通风换气或输送空气及其它不自燃、不易爆、不挥发、对人体无害、对钢材无腐蚀性之气体。

但输送的气体不得含粘性物质,所含尘土及硬质颗粒物不大于150mg/m3,气体温度不得超过80℃。

4-72型离心通风机在我国是使用最早的风机,然而也是使用最普通的风机,从高层建筑到地下铁道,从锅炉鼓风到厂房换气,从北部边疆到南海之滨,从西部高原到东部边垂,随处可见。

型式从电机一端正视,凡叶轮按顺时针方向旋转者均称“右旋风机”,以“右”表示,反之则均称之为“左旋风机”,以左表示。

风机的出风口位置以机壳的出风口角度表示,4-72型风机No2.8~6在出厂时均做成一种型式,使用单位根据要求再安装成所需要的位置,订货时无须注明。

其中:No2.8出风口位置调整范围是0°~225°,间隔是45°;No3.2~6出风口调整范围是0°~225°,间隔是22.5°;No8~12出风口调整范围是0°~225°,间隔是45°;No16、20出风口角度制成固定的0°、90°、180°三种,不能调整,订货时需注明。

风机的传动方式有A、B、C、D四种:No2.8~5采用A式传动,No6既有A式传动又有C式传动,No8~12采用C、D式两种传动方式,No16~20采用B式传动。

如上述机号、传动方式、出口角度不能适应您的生产需要,我厂有能力为您改造或设计,直至您满意为止。

结构本风机No2.8A~6A主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、电机等部分组成,No6C和No8~20除具有上述结构外,还有传动部分。

叶轮-由10个后倾机翼型叶片、曲线型轮盖和平板后盘组成,经动静平衡校正和超速运转实验,效率高,运转平稳可靠,空气性能良好。

机壳-用普通钢板焊接成蜗壳形整体。

进风口-制成整体结构,装于风机一侧,与轴向平行的截面为曲线形状,作用是能使气流顺畅进入叶轮,且损失较小。

4) 改变管网阻力,用管网阻力系数调节流量。

4.Function&SelectionAfter the new installation fan,the flow is too large or too small when began formal operation or in the use process.You can remove it using one of the following methods:1) Using the close degree of throttle device to regulate the flow.2) Change the fan speed,adjust the flow.3) Replace a new high or low pressure fan to regulate the flow.4) Change the pipe resistance, regulate the flow using the pipe resistance coefficient.必须指出的是:一般都是采用节流装置来调节流量,但当实际流量比需要流量大的很多时,这种方法浪费电力过多,如果条件允需,通常采用降低风机转速或调换压力较低的风机。

It must be pointed out that: generally use throttling device to adjust the flow, but when the actual flow is much larger than the requiring flow , this method wastes too much power, if conditions allow, usually reduces fan speed or replace a low pressure fan.当节流装置全开时,流量仍嫌过小,此时节流装置已失去节流作用,故应设法减小管网阻力系数,以增加流量,也可采用增加风机的转速和调换压力较高的风机,但电动机直联和联轴器直联的风机一般都不能改变转速,只有皮带传动的风机可改变皮带轮直径的大小以增减转速,切记风机的最大转速不可超过性能表所列最高转速,并核算电机功率。

5.Installation&UsageBefore installation, the required materials and tools for install should be ready, to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the wind machine parts, should be particularly examination of the impeller, casing, shaft and bearings and other parts carefully , when discover damage, should be repaired, and then cleaning the bearing box with kerosene .在进行安装操作过程中必须注意下列三点:1.在一些接合面上,为了防止生锈,减少拆卸困难,应涂上一层润滑油或机械油。

2.在上接合面的螺栓时,如有定位销钉应先上好销钉,再拧紧螺栓。

3.检查机壳内及其它壳体内部,不应有掉入和遗留的工具或杂物。

During the installation process should pay attention to the following three points:1.In some of the bonding surface, in order to prevent rust, reducing the disassembly difficulty, should be coated with a layer of lubricating oil or lubricating oil.2.When put on the joint bolt on bonding surface, if has a positioning pin ,pin should be good, then tighten the bolts.3.Check the housing and other housing, should not fall and legacy tools or sundries.安装要求 Installation requirements1.安装风机时,输气管道的重量不应加在机壳上,按图纸校正进风口与叶轮的轴向和径向间隙尺寸, 日保持轴的水平位置。

2.安装进风口管道时,可以直接利用进风口本身的螺栓联接,此时进风口的固定是靠三个沉头螺钉。

3.出风口被安装成某一角度时,后盘适当旋转使标牌在水平位置,其中4-47-8c 角钢法兰面应保4.安装4-72-8c 式风机时,利用千分表和塞尺,测量风机主轴和电机轴的同轴度及联轴器两端 平行度,两轴同轴度允差为0.05 mm ,联轴器端面平行度允差为0.1 mm 。
