点评：这是一篇典型的基础写作训练题，先赏析范文，引导学生从范文找出地点介绍的相关短语，然后使用短语进行句子训练，接着是篇章练习。
从短语到句子到篇章，层层推进，深入浅出，就算是中下层的学生也能通过模仿完成写作要求，特别适合平行班的学生。
此外，老师在引导学生归纳相关短语的环节，可补充高级的词汇，在讲解句子翻译的环节，亦可引导学生使用高级句型，（比如结合刚学习的过去分词的用法），这样就能同时兼顾中上水平的学生。
注：课前听写，daily report等日常教学活动很有必要长期坚持，但是在公开课上，如果这些课前活动与本节课联系不大，最好暂时取消，以免导致课堂时间不够使本节公开课质量受损。
