1.1.1.1 样本盘系统样本盘系统主要包括样本盘(含样本盘盖)。

样本盘是装载样本试管的支架,将每个样本试管转到样本针的吸样位,等待吸样。

如图2-2所示。

样本盘仅作逆时针旋转,将指定的样本送至样本针吸样位置。

图2-2 样本盘样本盘分为内、中、外三圈,每圈30个样本位,共90个样本位,其中:⏹常规位置为1~60;⏹急诊位置为E1~E10(76-85);⏹定标位置为S1~S10(61-70);⏹质控位置位C1~C5(71-75);⏹其他位置:一个去离子水位W(蒸馏水清洗液,90),一个酸清洗剂位D1(ISE清洗液,87),一个碱清洗剂位D2(酸清洗液,88),一个电解质(ISE)清洗液D3(碱清洗液,89)。

稀释好的尿液选择放置在样本盘的常规样本位中任意一个,由用户使用过程中自定义。

虚拟样本盘:允许最大设置6个虚拟样本盘,默认一个样本盘;样本盘可放置原始采血管、离心管、塑料试管以及微量样品杯,支持手持式或固定式条码扫描。

样本盘兼容以下样本容器:⏹微量样本杯:Φ12×37mm、Φ14×25mm ;⏹原始采血管:Φ12×68.5 mm ,Φ12×99 mm ,Φ12.7×75 mm ,Φ12.7×100 mm ,Φ13 X 75 mm ,Φ13 X 95 mm ,Φ13 X 100 mm ;⏹塑料试管:Φ12×68.5 mm ,Φ12×99 mm ,Φ12.7×75 mm ,Φ12.7×100 mm ,Φ13 X 75 mm,Φ13 X 95 mm ,Φ13 X 100 mm 。

数显真空压力表说明书
1、在用户使用前,应仔细阅读说明书,理解操作规则和使用方法,以确保安全使用。

2、把电源插头插入电源插座,按开关,以便使表盘上的指针指向零点。

3、将真空探头与被测介质相连接。

4、真空表示,当真空探头的指针指向的位置大于零,则表示压力大小,即越靠近零点,压力越大。

5、当目测压力达到设定的最大值或最小值时,应立即停止使用,检查真空探头,排除故障。

6、使用完毕后,请关闭开关,拔下电源插头,以免给用户造成可能的危险。

注:该方法为仪表出厂时校准方法,要严格按照以上步骤进行操作,且必需保证电池的电量是满 的,中途不可漏校某一点,否则需要重新操作。

YQF(N)- 60100150型前封式不锈钢(耐震)压力表产品说明书一、产品用途及特点:YQF-60,100,150型前封式不锈钢压力表(以下简称仪表),广泛应用于石油、化工、轻纺、造纸、冶金、医药、食品等行业。

能在对环境耐蚀、抗震或工艺卫生要求较高的场合中,测量硝酸、醋酸及部分有机酸、无机酸、碱类腐蚀性流体介质的正压或负压。

仪表采用密封安全型前封式结构,外壳及弹性元件及与介质接触部位均采用优质不锈钢材料制成,结构合理,工艺精致,具有较高的测量准确度和持久的稳定性。

YQFN-60,100,150型不锈钢耐震压力表内填充阻尼油,使测量机构具备抗工作环境振动及介质压力脉动的能力。

二、工作原理:仪表由测量系统、指示系统和外壳组成。

当被测介质通过导压部分进入测量元件时,在其介质压力作用下,测量元件自由端产生相应位移,通过连杆带动齿轮传动机构,从而在仪表度盘上指示出被测介质压力值。

Here the measured values of the sensors are displayed. ☞ Chapter 6.5 Measurement Mode, page 17Parameter ModeIn the parameter mode you have the possibility of changing over the configuration switch at the rear of instrument different parameters of the DISPLAY ONE. ☞Chapter 6.6 Parameter Mode, page 186.5 Measurement Mode6.5.1 SelectionAfter switching on the DISPLAY ONE it will automatically run the measuring mode.6.5.2 DescriptionThe measuring mode is the standard mode of operation. Here the measured values of the sensors are indicated. If no measured values can be indicated, a status message is spent (☞ Table 5, page 17).If no sensor is attached at the measuring channel, noSEn indicated. This status message expires after 30 seconds.Table 5 – Display of the Measuring Mode6.6 Parameter Mode6.6.1 SelectionThe selection of the parameters is made by the configuration switch ( Figure 3, D, page 14) on rear of the DISPLAY ONE. Proceed in addition as follows:∙Switch the instrument off∙Set the DIP switches as requiered∙Switch the unit on once more6.6.2 DescriptionOver the configuration switch with DIP switches 1 and 2 the mass unit is stopped as well as selected with DIP switch 3 between two or three-figure measured value announcement. Maintenance and Servicing7.1 Maintenance7.1.1 General Maintenance AdvicesFor external cleaning please only use a dry piece of cotton cloth. Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.7.2 Troubleshooting7.2.1 Trouble Indication and Error MessagesA malfunction within the DISPLAY ONE is shown by an error message on the display (☞Table 9, page 20).Table 9 – Error Messages7.2.2 Help in Case of MalfunctionsIf the malfunction persists even after having replaced the sensor, please get in touch with your nearest Leybold GmbH Service Centre.7.2.3 Exchange of fusesUse for the exchange of defective device fuses exclusively the fuse type T1.6A H indicated on the rear site of controller. The both device fuses you can find in the fuse holder of mains connection (☞ Figure 3, A, page 14), which can be pried off with a small screwdriver. 7.2.4 RepairDefective products must be sent to your nearest Leybold Service Centre for repair. The Leybold GmbH cannot assume any responsibility or warranty if the operator or third persons do repair work on the DISPLAY ONE.8. Shelving and Waste Disposal8.1 PackagingPlease keep the original packaging. You will need this packaging in case of storing the DISPLAY ONE or shipping to the Leybold GmbH.8.2 ShelvingThe DISPLAY ONE must only be stored in dry room. ZRT-315-15W3 高真空退火炉使用说明书兰州真空设备有限责任公司2009年12月ZRT-315-15W3高真空退火炉使用维护说明书该设备为我厂最新研制的高真空退火炉,配有进口原装智能化控温仪表,造型美观、结构简练,主要用于稀有金属退火、脱气等处理工艺,同时也是一种通用型真空电阻炉,具有较高的控温精度和温度均匀性,有较高的极限真空度和工作真空度,抽空时间短,其适应性很强,可用于多种材料的真空脱气、真空干燥、真空回火、退火等工艺,经其处理的零件表面光亮、清洁、无氧化,许多大气条件下无法完成的异种金属焊接和热处理等工艺能在该设备中顺利的完成,用途非常广泛。

信捷压力计说明书一、用途YS-2.5、YS-6C型活塞式压力计(以下简称压力计)主要用作检验-0.1~0.25MPa至-0.1~0.6MPa范围内的0.16级、0.25级和0.4级精密压力表。

压力计精确度为0.05级,工作介质为气体。

二、工作原理与基本结构工作原理:活塞系统和加在活塞上砝码的重量作用在活塞有效面积上所产生的压力作为标准压力,通过管路的工作介质,将压力传递到精密压力表。

结构原理见图1,在压力计底座上有活寨系统、微调器和五个阀。

测量压力时,活寨系统应在图示位置,阀1的接嘴上接压缩空气源(YS-2.5型最大压力≥0.25MPa但超过0.4MPa时,应接减压装置;YS-6C 型最人压力≥0.6MPa)或手摇空气加压泵,气体进入微调器的波纹管中,然后通过阀3与被测精密压力表连通,通过阀4作用在活塞下端面上,通过阀5对油杯上表面施加压力,以润滑和密封活塞处。

管路快速接头(仪用于YS6C型)测量真空时,活塞系统应从前面绕水平轴转动1800并锁紧,阀1的接嘴上接真空泵或手摇真空泵,通过上述管路与被检精密真空表接通并作用在活塞上端面,此时应关闭阀5,打开油杯上盖与大气相通,以便得到零位。

仪器活塞系统中承重杆和滚花螺母重为0.051kg,取时先逆时针旋转滚花螺母,再用中指和食指反方向握紧滚花螺母,垂直瞬时用力向上滑动产生一个冲击力,从而带动承重杆一起拔下。

四,验收与保管1、用户收到装箱压力计时,应先检查压力计箱是否完整;如有损伤,应即查明原因。

2、开箱后,检查压力计外观是否完好,说明书、合格证书等是否齐全,并按装箱单核对,如有缺损,应即通知我厂。

3、压力计应贮藏在室内,其环境温度为+5~+35℃,相对湿度不大于80%;周围空气不应含有腐蚀压力计的有害杂质。

五、安装与使用1、压力计应放在便于操作的工作台上,利用调整螺钉校准水平,必须使气泡水平仪的气泡位于中间位置。

2、压力计的工作环境温度为20℃,周围空气不得含有腐蚀性气体。

1.硬体部分:主要装置与接收收置连接:主要装置第2 pin与接收装置的第3 pin;主要装置与接收装置连接:主要装置第3 pin与接收装置的第2 pin连接后通电。

2.软体部分:主要装置设定为CP-M,接收装置设定为CP-S。

4.完成程序:关闭电源后将输出1&输出2线断开后重新接电开机。

OK处若数字不动为复制失败。

在量测模式下同时按 键显示下列图示即归零动作,放开按键归零完成。
