一、定位用户 | 服务 | 平台在开始运营一个微信公众号之前可以从以下三个维度来思考定位:用户定位:搞清楚目标用户是谁,目标用户的特征是什么,做用户画像服务定位:提供什么服务,是否有差异化平台定位:结合用户定位与服务定位来决定平台的基调,学术型?恶搞型?创意型?……平台的基调将决定内容运营与用户运营的策略。

平台定位还涉及到自定义菜单的规划。

其实自定义菜单的规划有点像APP底部的功能规划,规划的思考维度可以从目标用户、使用场景、需求、平台特性几个方面来考量。

如:是不是一看就知道知道平台的特点了?自定义菜单其实就是在告诉用户:我这里有什么。

PS:对于想运营自媒体账号的朋友,一个要么你自己本身比较牛逼,BAT背景啦,创业小新星啦,网红啦等。

通过自身的影响力来运营的微信自媒体账号一般质量比较高,目标用户比较集中,稳定性较强,大部分内容偏干货,学术范,比如BLUES,老鹰说,苏杰等。

二、运营内容 | 用户 | 活动1.内容运营概述:每天具体推送什么内容,内容上的安排还是得有逻辑的,不断的重复能让用户记住平台的特质,比如“一条”的正文排版,“人人都是产品经理”“互联网er的早读课”的正文开头部分,从内容运营的角度来说找到重复的元素,如首图,正文开头部分,正文结尾部分等,对于传播和留存用户是很重要的。

一位腾讯产品的微信公众号运营手册(迄今为止最全版)写在前面这是一篇关于微信公众号运营的系统长文,适合从事公众号运营的人阅读,没有耐心的请点返回退出。

本文从定位、运营(内容运营、用户运营、微信元素拆解)、推广、工具、公众号推荐等方面总结了微信运营的一些规律。

一、定位用户 | 服务 | 平台在开始运营一个微信公众号之前可以从以下三个维度来思考定位:用户定位:搞清楚目标用户是谁,目标用户的特征是什么,做用户画像服务定位:提供什么服务,是否有差异化平台定位:结合用户定位与服务定位来决定平台的基调,学术型?恶搞型?创意型?……平台的基调将决定内容运营与用户运营的策略。

平台定位还涉及到自定义菜单的规划。

其实自定义菜单的规划有点像APP底部的功能规划,规划的思考维度可以从目标用户、使用场景、需求、平台特性几个方面来考量。

如:是不是一看就知道知道平台的特点了?自定义菜单其实就是在告诉用户:我这里有什么。

PS:对于想运营自媒体账号的朋友,一个要么你自己本身比较牛逼,BAT背景啦,创业小新星啦,网红啦等。

通过自身的影响力来运营的微信自媒体账号一般质量比较高,目标用户比较集中,稳定性较强,大部分内容偏干货,学术范,比如BLUES,老鹰说,苏杰等。

要是你本身不怎么出名,就必须得足够特别,另类,气质高冷或屌丝,找到一个很小的切入口,做这个领域的意见领袖,比如“深夜发媸”(专注于两性话题)。

这一点和微博上的知名段子手成长路径颇为相似,如专注于星座研究的“同道大叔”,专注于发现奇葩事的“当时我就震惊了”,电影推荐“电影狙击手”等。

在微信订阅号的运营上,我个人认为走这两种路径且做得小有名气的都是有研究价值的。

二、运营内容 | 用户 | 活动1.内容运营概述:每天具体推送什么内容,内容上的安排还是得有逻辑的,不断的重复能让用户记住平台的特质,比如“一条”的正文排版,“人人都是产品经理”“互联网er的早读课”的正文开头部分,从内容运营的角度来说找到重复的元素,如首图,正文开头部分,正文结尾部分等,对于传播和留存用户是很重要的。

运营过公众账号的朋友都知道,一篇文章的“保鲜度”一般是3天,过了3天后若平台没有好的文章接力,粉丝直降是毋庸置疑的事。

单图文和多图文的选择:在推送形式上,是选用单图文还是多图文,单图文的好处是每天可以让目标用户集中精力读一篇最高质量的文章,但这个还是得因平台不同而灵活变化,对于资讯类的公众号,单图文的推送难免会显得单薄。

单图文和多图文的选择依赖平台特性与目标用户。

二维码:原生的二维码实在没有什么新意,缺乏辨识度,二维码在一篇正文中还是占到了一定位置的,所以更要与众不同,具有新意,经常更换,现在常见的表现方式有:1)长按:比如36氪这张,把二维码作为了一种平面设计的元素2)指纹:今年指纹长按识别的特别多,第一次使用的时候觉得挺新鲜。

3)动态:GIF的动图式二维码还是很别致的,够新颖。

二维码常用工具推荐:快手、视觉码、美图GIF、联图网、草料二维码事件营销内容的策划紧跟当下的时事热点、节日,列出一个每年必关注的关键时间节点list。

每个运营都应该有这样一个类似的list,方便做营销推广活动,具体时间节点的选择依赖平台的特性,比如,如果订阅号的目标用户是大学生,那么时间的节点就更多的紧靠CET,雅思,托福,校招,情人节(你懂的),毕业季,寒暑假这种,最重要的是达到平台与目标用户的共鸣,推出的内容适宜适时。

事件营销事件选择来源渠道:一些排行榜具有很强的选题参考价值;在知乎论坛,豆瓣社区上可以发现一些深入探讨的问题;互联网媒体的报道一般能反映当下人们的关注领域,热门关键词;微博上的消息比较偏向娱乐性,以八卦娱乐奇葩异事最能吸引眼球,可以用来做吸引用户流量的选题;在视频网站上可以启发写段子的灵感,比如热门神剧“万万没想到”。

除了上述来源渠道,还有:百度搜索风云榜、网评排行—搜狐、热门新闻每周排行、热门微博/话题、百度指数、凤凰新闻、今日头条、知乎、豆瓣、36氪报道、i黑马创业报道、优酷视频接下来,开始把微信的元素细化来分析特性和方法:标题微信运营标题的取名方法(摘自网络)之前在网络上看到的总结,规律总结的很好,这个方法论其实可以自己收藏然后去做后续补充,由此可见,一个好的运营平时的积累是必不可少的。

1. 如何体是有用性的最基本模式。

《技术型营销人必看:Airbnb早期是如何用Growth Hack获得更多用户的?》、《现代营销人进阶之路:如何从零开始成为营销技术专家(Marketing Technologist)》,一目了然全文阐述了个什么问题,读者从标题就会判断,是不是自己想要的内容?文章的价值几何。

如何体和即得收益相结合,会更加挠到受众痛点,奶牛Denny 有一篇《如何发邮件请求帮助,并获得超高回复率?》,标题形式可以模仿。

2. 合集型6种方法、5个建议、4个趋势。

合集的好处,往往在于它的归纳总结性强,1篇抵单独看5篇。

数字的堆积也给人冲击感和饱腹感。

如果还有个好的结构,合集型文章读起来更轻松,因为文章被拆分了,有时看二级标题就能get到点。

但你的几个方法趋势确实得有用和给人启发。

内容水,别人被标题吸引进来,也会失望,适得其反。

像《Airbnb告诉你如何用鸡肋换鸡腿:三种分享型经济的典型案例》这种,就比单独介绍一个Airbnb更丰富。

另外,盘点、榜单也是一种讨巧的方法,如《【盘点】重磅推荐!来自Adweek2014年度Digital,Television,Magazine榜单》。

3. 带负面词汇的标题比如:4个常见错误、5件你应该避免的事。

这些负面词汇往往让人警醒,想一探究竟,见不贤而内自省,通过一些错误的案例来获得启示。

《如果你的简历石沉大海,看看这8个秘籍》、《关于故宫博物院你所不知道的那些事儿》是不是比《8个简历制作秘籍》、《故宫博物馆的那些事儿》更让你眉头一皱,想点开文章来消除此时的负面情绪?4. 加一些修饰词修饰词有2个作用:1)让定义更明确、独特;2)增加读者的情感强度。

比如我们写过一篇介绍案例分享站点HUNT的文章,标题用的是《最好最新的案例库都在这里了|Hunt By SocialBeta》,说案例库,聪明的读者就知道这是怎么回事了。

但我上哪儿不能看案例呢?用“最好最新”来说明这个案例库的特色,你才有一点心动吧。

5. 带有急迫感“你还没尝试过的”、“最新推出的”…人人都有探索精神,兼具反击验证的心理缺口。

会立马想验证下我到底尝试过没有,最新推出的东西我知道了吗。

而且,让标题充满急迫感,也是召唤行动的一种表示。

SocialBeta发过一篇《【案例】这么有趣的航空安全须知视频,你看过吗?》,你会不会想赶快去验证下,这个视频自己看过吗?真的有趣吗?如果还不知道怎么用,教你一个万能模式:动词+所得利益。

像姜茶茶有篇文章标题《学会这些英文单词,你就可以在广告圈混了!》。

6. 赋予珍贵资源被读者独家抢占到的感觉“FaceBook内部员工工作指南”、“Google程序员薪资探秘”。

看到这样的标题,读者觉得你给的信息,他能得到,别人得不到。

而且,获取这个独有的信息后,读者会更愿意作为传播源,向别人散布知识(不得不承认:好为人师是本性…)。

李靖有一篇影响甚大的文《【李叫兽】如何写微信公众号文章:文章流畅耐读的奥秘》,如何写微信公众号文章已经够吸引社会化营销人们了,再加上文章流畅耐读的利益引诱和奥秘展现,你是否更想点开探秘,然后分享给朋友们?7. 解释性标题以前写过一篇挺受欢迎的专访,叫《学生团队如何取得35W销售额:专访南京大学欧莱雅义卖团队Mr.Miss》。

专访、欧莱雅的关键词赋予了文章独特性,也向读者传递价值和探秘感。

再加上数字和如何体来补充事实和知识性说明。

8. 嵌入专业性词汇专业词汇能展现文章的专业价值,还能吸引到精准的受众。

年前的时候,我的小伙伴写了一篇《【资源】HTML5工具篇:10个营销人也能轻松使用的在线编辑平台》,那几天SocialBeta 的微信平台上粉丝量暴增,交流中得知,很多都是急切需要制作HTML5的行业内人。

有人担心,如果专业性词汇太冷太偏,或者过于晦涩难懂,点击量都没有,后期效果还会有吗?别担心,有些人并不是你的目标人群,新锐或高精尖的概念,吸引到1个专业优质受众,也比2000个无关阅读量的收益大。

9. 善用双关语和俏皮话,增加趣味性双关语+网络热词是种很好的搭配,他们互相弥补新颖创意与过度流行间的不平衡。

像《当<权力的游戏>遭遇“蠢蠢的死法”,连最悲催的“领便当”也变得萌萌哒》这种,虽然很隐喻,但巧妙趣味足以让人消除消耗脑力的不快。

还有种方法是善用转折,让标题更有故事情节和悬念丛生感。

《Instagram上50位KOL晒同款女裙照片,裙子迅速售罄,但FTC说违规了》,看前面的事实还以为是卖裙子的水军软文呢,但SocialBeta说水军违规了。

10. 传递能简单习得和立马速成的感觉人人都很忙的,不一定有时间和意愿去复杂钻研。

如果像SocialBeta一样告诉大家《一篇文章读懂营销本质变迁从广告到SDi》、《7步教你玩转LOGO设计》,你会不会信心满满,读这篇文章就立马get成就?11. 福利帖标题表明,读这篇文章有福利。

2种方式,一种是直接打上福利的标签,如《2014年度礼物榜单—献给不会送礼物星人的福利帖》、《【招聘福利】高端职位专场:新媒体和营销类职位》。

还有一种是隐喻,使用“指南”、“面面观”、“入门读物”,这些词,可以这样组合用《【指南】关于视觉营销利器Cinemagraph,营销人应该知道的概念、案例和最佳实践》、《春节充电:36篇社交媒体和数字营销人荐读文章(职场篇)》。

当然,这些文章都可以在SocialBeta的网站搜索到。

12. 代入本地化和渠道特性试想一下《庆丰小吃是如何做电商的》,杭州人会有共鸣去一探究竟,但放到大口吃肉的新疆或没听过庆丰小吃的国外,还会有人关注吗?知名地标或者有特色的地点也能带动更大地区的狂欢,《三里屯从此多了一家价格很奇葩的酸奶公司》这样的标题吸引到的可不止是三里屯的人。

13. 借热点东风网上看到一名新媒体营销从业者徐妍说“我们之所以追热点,是为了有一天,可以不追热点。

” 流行是一时的,我们可以借热点的东风来造势,但你原本的内容才是本质。

前段时间《权利的游戏》第五季播出,Uber纽约立马推出“铁王座试乘”服务,是很好的借热点营销(Uber未赞助…),同样,标题也可以借热点来取,Social君几天前发过的一个招聘微博,就用了《世界那么大,你哪都别去了,时趣,要你》,配上创意招聘图文,获得了大量有意思的互联网重度用户的求职。

14. 标题具体化当你内容太多,无法将所有概念都提取到标题里,或者标题太泛泛而不动人的时候,就要选取文中的亮点来制作标题了。
