刘翔在在赛前热身时，在第二组跑的时候跨过第四栏时，趴在了地上。
他的右脚好像出了问题，一瘸一拐的走回休息室。
结果发现，是刘翔脚后跟的老伤出了问题，今天的热身中这个地方再次出现了这个问题，发现是骨膜有问题，他痛苦的离开了鸟巢，退出了本次奥运会的比赛，鸟巢顿时鸦雀无声，也许很多人会要骂他：“为什么不比完赛呢？死也要站着死啊！”但我希望大家不要这样责怨他，受伤的痛苦让他不得已做出这样痛苦的选择。
刘翔在北京奥运会因伤退赛了。
但是，当刘翔在中国人亲切的目光中出现在110米栏预赛跑道上时，现场一片沸腾。
因为往日刘翔自信的微笑不见了，饱受伤病的刘翔，有些难以承受。
刘翔面无表情地试着跨了三个栏后，刘翔便走回起跑点，开始脱掉长衣准备起跑。
当他蹲下时，脸上再次浮现痛苦表情，同时他用左手撑地，右手轻抚右脚。
发令枪响！第一枪因有队员抢跑，一群离弦之箭瞬间收住脚步。
而刘翔几乎是单脚一蹦一蹦减速放缓的，当他往回走时已经是一瘸一拐了。
随后刘翔绝望地将贴在自己右腿上的号码条撕掉，走向运动员通道。
此时场内的观众诧异地望着刘翔。
面对志愿者的目光，以及身后工作人员的询问，刘翔有些尴尬。
刘翔刚刚比了一会儿赛，就退场了，这是，全场观众的目光全部聚集在刘翔身上。
这是，刘翔的伤口又复发了，所以，刘翔不得不退场。
我就是喜欢这样一个受伤的运动员——刘翔，他这次虽然因伤而退场了，不能获得冠军，但他在我的心目中，永远是第一名。
