首先，让我自我介绍一下。
我是XX学校的一名高三学生。
对我来说，英语角不仅仅是一个学习英语的地方，更是一个展示自己的平台。
首先，我想分享一下我是如何进入英语角的。
记得我刚进入高中的时候，英语对我来说是一个难题。
每次上英语课，老师都要求我们积极参与课堂讨论，但我总是感觉自己的英语水平不够好，害怕犯错误。
于是，我决定去参加英语角，希望通过和其他同学交流、互相学习来提高我的英语口语能力。

但是，当我看到其他同学们积极参与，毫不拘束地表达自己的观点时，我开始慢慢克服了内心的害怕。
我意识到，在英语角，大家都是为了提高英语口语而努力，不会对我的错误评头论足。
相反，他们会帮助我纠正错误，并且鼓励我继续努力。
通过参加英语角，我渐渐发现了其重要性。
英语角不仅是一个让我们练习口语的地方，更是一个展示自己的平台。
在这里，我可以尝试新的表达方式，不用担心被别人嘲笑，因为大家都在一起学习，互相鼓励。
通过和其他同学的交流，我不仅提高了我的英语口语能力，也拓宽了自己的思维方式，学会了倾听和尊重他人的观点。
英语角也给我带来了很多难忘的经历。
我记得有一次，我们在英语角进行了一场辩论比赛。
我被分到一个小组，我们需要选择一个热门话题进行辩论。
最后，我们选择了“学生是否应该使用手机”。
在准备过程中，我深入研究了这个话题，并准备了辩论词。
在比赛当天，我紧张但兴奋地表达了自己的观点，与其他小组展开了激烈的辩论。
虽然我并没有赢得比赛，但这次经历让我明白了辩论的重要性和技巧，也锻炼了我的口语表达能力。
除了参加活动，我还通过和一些英语角的老师和志愿者交流，学习了很多课堂上没有教的有趣的英语知识。

今天，笔者带领大家一起来体验一下英语角English Corner.一、口语交际要从英语（西方）国家的日常交际开始英语作为一门世界通用语言，是有它的历史原因和现实原因的。
这里，我们只从现实出发，从英国的绅士文化出发来聊聊英语的日常交际。
如今，在任何一个国家和地区，都强调文化外交、强调礼仪。
虽然我们在English Corner交流不属于外交，但是，也是需要注意文明礼仪的。
这是对别人的尊重，同时也是对自己的一种尊重。
作为一名绅士，最起码的应该做到彬彬有礼。
比如，初次去英语角，基本上都是遇到陌生人，因此在打招呼的时候不能过于亲热。
可以从基本的Hi/Hello开始，从"How are you?"开始。
当然，看见别人都在热火朝天地聊着，你想加入的话，可以委婉地说"May I join you?"并且，在说这句话之前，最好是加上"Excuse me!"这样才不显得突兀和冒失。
